2 Chapter 1: the intro

Dear Diary,

I am happy to say that I am officially 14 as of today and can escape all the adults who called me a kid in the past year. But sadly more hardships are to come with new age. My life is set to be more boring from now on. Even my birthday cake, witch normally reads " Happy birthday Alice!! ", was just plain boring this year. Boring adult speech etiquette is also required of me now that I am to be leaving home soon.

my family is not rich in any way, shape, or form. If anything they are a normal family with okay jobs. My dad is an accountant ( But I don't understand a thing about his job) and my mom is a hair stylist. I however am not talented at anything in my life so far except making a fool of myself. Witch, by the way, is why I have this diary now. I thought it would be a door idea to wright down everything important about my life from my making a fool of myself to me getting a date.

Now I mentioned a date. Well, in case your wondering, I do have a crush. One of those crushes that you've had since you where a kid but can't bring yourself to tell him. Yes, I've known him since I was a kid but that's besides the point. The point is that he is a popular jock and i'm not. He only hangs out with me because I'm smart and I have a kind heart (I think...).

Anyways time to go to bed now! I hope I can rely on you to keep my secret crush a secret. if not I don't know what I'll do... maybe go disappear into a deep dark hole... ya... that sounds nice... anyways night Diary!!!
