8 Chapter 3: Introduction

"Please, wait here. The others will be arriving soon." Chitose said before walking towards the kitchen.

"Le-Let me help! Chitose-san!" Yuuna offered as she followed Chitose to the kitchen.

Alex sat down and put Alice to his lap before looking around. He even used his Magic Sense to look every nook and cranny of the inn.

And so far, aside from Chitose and Yuuna, there is only one people here in the inn.

"Sire," Ashiya called out, as Alex and Alice looked at him, "I've been wanting to ask, what exactly are we supposed to do here in this world?"

"Didn't I already said that before?" Alex smiled as he caressed Alice's head, "I'm going to raise her. I don't want my daughter to grow up on such a wartorn world after all."

With a sigh, Ashiya nodded, "I know that sire. But...are we just going to sit around here and wait until the princess grows up? What about your Demon Army?"

"You don't have to worry about them. With my announcement, those guys would surely return to the Demon World and wait for my return. And besides, we aren't going to just sit around here, we're going to work."

"Work?"

"Yes, Work." Even though he brought all the treasures from the Demon King Castle with him, he doesn't really intend to use them for money unless they desperately needed them.

The reason why he brought them with him was because of Creation Magic. He wanted to try and create an "Artifact", like a storage ring, or magic weapons, and the like.

"Yahoo~!"

Alex turned towards the woman who walked in. She has a long pink hair, a small diamond symbol on her forehead, wearing a loose clothes that showes her large breast and black bra, and she wasn't wearing anything that can cover her panties.

"You two must be the new residents then~? How about a drink to celebrate ne~?" The woman offered, holding a bottle of alcohol.

Ashiya was about to reprimand her but stopped himself when he saw his king opening his mouth to speak.

Alex just smiled, "Miss, I would really appreciate it if you can fix your clothes and cover yourself properly in front of my daughter, and please no drinks please."

"Daughter~?" The woman wondered before her gaze stopped at Alice who was watching her intently.

Almost instantly, the bottle in her hands vanished and her clothes was now fixed neatly, though she was still wearing nothing but panties down below.

"Ahaha!" the woman laughed as she sat down in front of Alex, separated only by the table. "I didn't hear anything about a child, sorry about that. I'm Nonko Arahabaki~."

"Alexander Gremory." Alex introduced himself turning his gaze to his daughter, "And this is Alice Gremory, my daughter."

Alice sniled, "Ellooh, Noko-neecha!"

"Aww~" Nonko awed as she smiled and patted Alice's head, "What a cute little fella aren't you? Your mother must be really beautiful."

"Mama?" Alice muttered before looking at her father with teary eyes.

Alex smiled and caressed her cheek as he wiped the tears in her eyes. "Don't worry, Mama will come and meet us soon."

Ashiya's cheek twitched. He really tried his best to forget the fact the Demonkind's greatest enemy turned out to be a lover of their king, and the mother of their princess.

Nonko noticed their expression and thought that Alice's mother has abandoned them so she decided to apologize. "I'm so sorry! I didn't know—"

"No, its fine." Alex smiled, "Its not what you think. Alice's mother has just something she needs to do so she can't meet us for now. I'm sure she'll meet us soon."

"Eh~?"

"No need to concern yourself over that Miss Nonko," said Ashiya, "I'm Ashiya Shirou, its a pleasure to meet you."

"Ahaha~ No need to be so polite." Nonko said while lazily waving her hand.

Ashiya nodded and took a moment to observe her. It might just be his imagination but he can feel traces of Demonic Blood in her.

And its strong one, belonging to one of the strongest Demon Clan in the Demon World, the Oni.

"Nonko-san, can I ask a question?"

"Hmm~?" Nonko looked at Ashiya who was looking at her with a serious expression, before nodding, "Sure~."

"Are you demon?"

Nonko looked surprised, but she just gave a carefree laugh. "Haha~ You noticed? But sorry to say~, I'm only a part Demon~, I'm a descendant of one you see~, I have a blood of the Oni; Shuten Douji in me~, so you can say I'm part Oni~"

"I see."

"We're back." A young woman announced. She has a long dark purple hair tied to a side-ponytail using a shuriken-like hair decoration, she also has a pair of green eyes, she was wearing a black blouse and white skirt with a dark-brown stockings.

"Yaya's back." A girl with short green hair and golden cat-like pupils announced as she stood behind the purple haired girl. She was wearing a purple hoody with long sleeves and purple sexy shorts and a purple shoes.

The two girl's eyes immediately stopped at Alex—who has Alice on his lap, and Ashiya, who was staring at them.

"Ara~?" Nonko turned her head and faced the two girls who just arrived, "Sagiri-chan, Yaya-chan, you're back~! How's your vacation~?"

"Its fine Nonko-san," The purple haired girl, Sagiri, replied, "More importantly, who are these guys?"

The hoodie girl, Yaya, yawned and just stare at Alice, who was also looking at her.

"Oh them~? They're the new residents here, they just arrived earlier, I think~?"

Alex smiled at the two of them, "Nice to meet you two. I'm Alexander Gremory, and this is my daughter, Alice Gremory."

"Elloo?" Alice smiled at them and waved her chubby little hands.

"I'm Ashiya Shirou." Ashiya introduced himself, glaring at the two girls warily.

"O-ohh." Sagiri muttered, as she stared Alice intently. She almost couldn't stop herself from throwing herself at the cute little girl due to how cute she was. "N-Nice to meet you too, I'm Sagiri Ameno."

Yaya was already beside Alex, poking Alex's daughter on the cheeks, causing her to giggle.

"Hmm~" Alice smiled with her eyes close as she enjoyed the feeling of Yaya's finger poking her cheeks.

Poke, Poke, Yaya was amazed at how soft and smooth the little girl's skin is. After she finally had her fun, she looked up at Alex and introduced herself with a monotone voice.

"Yaya Fushiguro, nice to meet you."

Alex nodded, "Nice to meet you too, Yaya. We'll be in Yuragi for a long time, so I hope we get along."

"Hn, Yaya too." Though, Yaya was confused on why Ashiya was glaring at her with fires in his eyes, but didn't think too much about it.

"Everyone! Welcome back!" Just then, Chitose and Yuuna went out of the kitchen, carrying trays filled with foods.

"Dinner is ready, please enjoy!"
