47 Chapter 17: Sorry for the delay

"Papa!" Alice shouted from Emi's arms. It has only been a night yet Alice already misses her papa, so after having breakfast and wandering around the city with her mama, she now wanted to go and see her papa.

Emi agreed after a moment of thinking and went to the Inn, and immediately rushed towards Alex's room.

She was a bit surprised when she the Demon King grilling dozens of fishes while drinking a wine, surrounded by beautiful girls.

Alex already felt them since earlier so he wasn't surprised by their appearance. He smiled and waved at her daughter, as he walked towards them.

"Papa! I miss you!" Alice raised her little hands, conveying that she wanted her papa to carry her.

Giving her a kiss on the forehead, Alex then took her to his arms, "Oou~, Alice has gotten a bit heavy, that's no good, next time papa won't be able to carry you anymore."

"No! Papa is...Papa...Papa is strong!"

"Hahaha, that's right, papa is the strongest."

Emi just rolled her eyes at the Father-Daughter interaction before she took a glance at the girls who are looking at them.

She couldn't help but blush as she immediately maintained a distance. She really hoped that her friends came with her to this place, but they are busy.

"Have you eaten anything?" Alex asked as while looking at Emi, "We're grilling some fish here, come join us."

"Err..." She hesitated, she already eaten after all.

"Mama! Let's eat together!"

"....fine." She growled when she saw Alex smirked but followed him when he went towards the side of the river.

With a snap of his finger, Alex summoned a wooden table and chairs, before handing Alice back to Emi.

"Hold her for a bit, I'm gonna go get some meat." Without waiting for a reply, Alex jog towards the place where he kept the livestocks such as cows, goats, pigs, sheeps etc.

He went towards the place where cows gathered and tapped one, and using Metamorphosis magic at that exact moment and turned it to beef.

Of course, he store most of it to the storage space while only holding a plate with at least five kilograms of beef. The meat itself was marbling beautifully, he was damn sure this thing is better than an A5 meat!

'Hmm, since we're already eating, let's just invite everyone to eat and start a barbecue party to welcome the new tenant....it might also stop her from making a move if she knew that our magic isn't gone...one less troublesome people for me.'

He shrugs before he went to pick up some vegetables to go with the beef. After he was satisfied, he called out Judecca to her human form.

With a bright flash, his pendant vanished as a beautiful tanned skin young woman stood in front of him.

"Master..."

He grinned, "Come on Jude, you're joining us."

Judecca blinked before nodding her head, "Very well master. Judecca is grateful for master's invitation."

Alex took out a basket and place the vegetables there before letting Judecca carry it, while he decided that a five kilograms of beef was not enough so he took the entire lower half of the cow and just let it float in the air with telekinesis.

"Let's go."

"Hm."

With that, the Demon King and the Imperial Sword went back to the group.

Nonko and Emi showed a surprised look when they saw an unknown or not so unknown walking with him.

For Nonko, she was surprised because she recognized this girl. She was the one who was standing in front of the Inn some time ago.

At that time, she has been wary of this woman due to her power.

As for Emi, she was quite curious about the woman who was behind Alex like some sort of a servant.

'Is she from Ente Isla? A servant of Satan perhaps?'

As for Sagiri, when she returned back in the Inn after her dat—mission with Alex, she already saw this woman, they even greeted each other and can be considered as acquaintance.

Yaya? She doesn't even care. She merely focused on eating the grilled fish on her plate.

Alex smiled at the girls as he decided to introduce Jude to them, "Guys, this is Judecca, my....partner you could say. She has been with me for a long time now."

Nonko smiled, "Heya~ Nice to meet you. I'm Nonko Arahabaki~"

Emi was the only one to actually feel cautious. Her assumption was right, this woman was a servant of the Demon King.

"Jude-neecha!" Alice smiled as she waved her little hands at Judecca.

"Judecca." Sagiri nodded at her.

Emi's eyes narrowed but still decided to introduce herself, "Emi Yuusa, nice to meet you."

Judecca just gave them a nod in response and remained silent. Alex turned towards Sagiri and asked, "Sagiri, can you go and call the others? We'll have a barbeque party to welcome the newcomer."

"Sure," she nodded and run outside to call the others.

Alex then turned towards the meat and patted it, "Alright, let's grill this baby yeah? Can you help me Emi?"

Emi rolled her eyes and put Alice down as she stood up, "Heh, I can even make it better. I had a lot of experience you know."

And that was true, during their quest to kill the Demon King, they spent countless nights on the forest, and just capture their own food to cook, mostly roasting and grilling.

Alex rolled his eyes and took out a knife before handing it to her, "Here you go chef, please do your best. My palates is only reserve for the best."

She ignore his words and took the knife before cutting a some meat on the levitating lower half of the cow meat.

"Give me some olive oil, salt, pepper, also maybe a chilli powder, paprika or garlic powder."

Alex turned towards Jude who only gave a nod and took out everything Emi mentioned.

Alex then sat beside Alice before making her sit on his lap.

Alice turned towards her father, "Papa, I'm thirsty."

"Hmm," Alex took out an apple juice box, inserted it with a straw before giving it to Alice, "You like apples right?"

"Yah, thank you Papa." Alice smiled as she took a sip from her juice.

He then looked behind him and saw Sagiri with the others walking in. It seems that Ashiya was also with them, Lucifer probably contacted him through Idea Link.

Speaking of Lucifer, he was currently being treated like a sack which was being carried by Ashiya on his shoulder.

He then turned his gaze at the new girl that went with him, '...Suzuno huh, that means Sariel should have already arrived here on Earth.'

He noticed her looking around in shock, before observing her hands, probably thinking how could her Celestial Force regenerate this quickly.

As if feeling his gaze, she turned towards Alex, but his gaze already went to Yuuna. 'Hmm, I made a body for Yuuna, though it feels like a real human body, but its still a golem or a robot after all. But whatever, she'll probably like it. Besides, this body I made for her decrease her chance of turning into a hollow to zero.'

"Alexander, I brought everyone with me just as you asked." Sagiri turned to Alex with a serious expression which made him raised an eyebrow.

"Alex-kun, thanks for inviting us." Chitose smiled before turning towards Suzuno, "Oh, and she will be our new tenant starting from now."

Suzuno bowed her head, "I'm Suzuno Kamazuki, its a pleasure to meet you all."

Nonko shifted his gaze from the wine to Suzuno, "Hello Suzu-chan~ I'm Nonko Arahabaki, its nice to meet you~"

Yaya also introduced herself, "I'm Yaya Fushiguro," before she continue devouring her food.

"Alexander Gremory," Alex smiled, "And this little one here is Alice Gremory, my daughter, say hello to Suzuno-neechan Alice."

"Elloo Suzu-neecha!" Alice smiled as she waved her left hand, because she was still holding her apple juice.

Emi took a break from her work as she smiled Suzuno, "I'm Emi Yuusa, and just to be clear, do not go near that man." While pointing at Alex.

Emi was worried that this girl might get "tricked" by the demon king so she gave her a warning...but for outsiders perspective? Well—

"Ara~? You are really possessive with your man Emi-chan~" Nonko grinned, "Even giving a newcomer a warning not to approach him."

Emi paused and thought about her words and blushed before giving Nonko a glare, "I-I-Its not like that! I swear! I was just giving her a warning!"

"Oh~? So you're warning her not to approach your man~?"

"Nonko-san?!"

Alex just smiled at their interaction before turning his gaze at Alsiel, who wore a very serious expression.

"What is it, Ashiya?"

"My liege," Ashiya put Lucifer down on the ground as the fallen angel groaned in pain, "I found this strange shop near our café, and it was imbued with minor hypnosis spell that attracts costumers to eat there..."

Alex raised an eyebrow, "...And? Did you investigate it?"

He nodded, "Yes my liege, and I felt traces of Celestial Force being use. And by its purity and density, I'm sure it came from an Angel."

"....What's the name of the shop?"

"Sentucky Fried Chicken, or SFC."

Alex frowned, before looking at Lucifer who was struggling to move as he snap his fingers to cancel the gravity around him.

"Uwa!?" Lucifer quickly stood up with a relieved face as he gasp for breath. "...I-I can move? I can move!"

Alex rolled his eyes, "Shut up and go enjoy yourself. I'm already satisfied, so I won't punish you anymore. If you please me I might even give you a computer of your own."

Lucifer's ears twitched, "Really dude? Y-you're not kidding me right? You won't say "Joke! Its a prank" right?"

"No, now go and enjoy yourself squirt."

Lucifer almost cried but held it in as he slowly walked towards the chair and sat down before taking out a phone with a shit-eating grin. 'I gotta brag about this to "3merald" my boss felt generous and decided to gift me a computer.'

Alex stood up, before facing Ashiya, "Let's talk about this later. Hold Alice for me for a bit."

Ashiya nodded and took the princess on his arms. Alice just tilted her head as she watched her papa.

Alex then went towards Yuuna who was helping Emi, "Hey Yuuna!"

"Hm? Alexander-san?"

He smiled, "I have a gift for you."

He turned towards Jude who nodded her head as she waved her hand, and an exact copy of Yuuna appeared beside Alex.

She was wearing a clothes, kimono to be exact, its completely similar to what Yuuna is wearing.

"I made this body for you, it functions like a normal human. Feel, Taste, Sight, Hearing, Smell, you'll feel it all. Its also a water-shock-and-fire proof. It also prevents you from turning into a Hollow, and allows you to have a complete control of your Poltergeist."

Everyone stared in shock as they looked at the exact copy of Yuuna. They then turned towards Yuuna herself who just stared at her copy with wide eyes.

"I-I-I....Th-This.."

"Not only that, this body will also bound your soul into it, making it so that even if you sleep in the other side of the world, you won't come flying back in Yuragi. I was actually planning on giving it to you on your birthday but...as expected, we can't just party without you yeah?"

"Alexander-san...t-this..this...I-I-I can't.."

Alex smiled, "What are you talking about? We're friends aren't we?"

"Ah...UWAAA!" Yuuna couldn't hold herself as tears burst out from her eyes. She flew straight towards Alex and buried her face to his chest.

Alex smiled as as he caressed her back and just let her cry. The others were just watching her with a smile, especially those who knows her for a long time now.

It took her a few minutes to calm down as she separated herself from Alex in embarrassment.

"I-I'm sorry..hic..I-I.."

"No worries," Alex smiled and just gestured at the body, "So? How about you try it out?"

Yuuna bit her lips as she look around her, she can see Chitose giving her smile far kinder than normal, Nonko giving a smile which is warm and kind, completely different from her usual one, Yaya stop eating and gave her a smile, and Sagiri gave her a nod while smiling.

She turned towards Alex, her friend, the one who made this body for her, and gave her a hug again, but it only lasts for a few moments before she separated herself.

"T-Then...I-I'll...I'll try it now.." Slowly, she floated towards her new body and matched its posture as her soul went in.

Everyone stared, completely unblinking at the new body of Yuuna.

After a few moments, she blinked as her eyes opened. She moved her hands to her face.

"I..." She smiled, as tears began to fall from her eyes, "...I...can feel...what's this...it smells so good...ah..hic..I..hic..."

Emi, Sagiri, Chitose, Yaya, and Nonko all of them envelope the newly revived girl into a hug while the others just look at them with a smile.

Alex was a bit shock by the tears though, as far as he knew he never added this function to the body, but he just shook his head and look at the sky with a smile.

'Well, for now, let's just call it a miracle.'
