6 Chapter 1: Arrival

Alex, who was now holding a sleeping Alas=Ramus, was flying in super speed while using his magic to keep the Gate stabilized.

He looked back to Alsiel who was panting heavily. With a single glance, Alex can tell that Asliel was almost out of magic.

It wasn't surprising really. He traveled from East Continent to Central Continent without rest, and when he arrived at the demon king castle, he only rested for a few minutes before battling the Hero and her Party.

Its only right for him to feel exhausted.

"Alsiel, just bear with it for a few more minutes."

Alsiel nodded, but he was really exhausted now. His injuries may have been healed thanks to his king, but he was still almost out of magic.

Alex observed Alsiel for a few moments before he flicked his wrist and created a rope out of magic and used it to pull Alsiel before accelerating.

"M-My liege?!" Despite getting tied up, Alsiel did not even put up a resistance, well more like he can't.

"Just shut up and rest! We'll be there shortly." With that, Alex increased his speed even more.

It took them less than minute before reaching the end of the Gate, and they landed in front of a large and rather spooky building.

Alex, who was in his human form, landed safely in his two feet, while Alsiel feel flat on the ground.

Alex's Human form was completely different from his Demon Form. Instead of his three meter height he was now only around 5'8.

His muscular build also became rather average. His horns also disappeared.

Alsiel also transformed into a Human, and aside from the black substance covering most of his body disappearing, and ears no longer pointed, he was still the same as before.

"This place.." Alex blinked, he recognized this place. Its the place where the protagonist of a certain anime is living in because its cheap.

'Yuragi-sou, or Yuragi Inn.' He narrowed his eyes as he pondered over it, 'But how? Is Hataraku and Yuragi anime in the same Universe? Or this is a mix of several anime together?'

"My liege..." Alsiel stood up and bowed at his king, "I, Alsiel, am very thankful for your demonic highness' help...even though its my duty...your demonic highness still help me...I'm so touched."

"Cut the crap Alsiel, we've got company." Alex turned towards a certain direction where a rather obsese woman with a heavy make-up was looking at them with a smile.

Alsiel immediately turned serious as he tried to summon his magic, but couldn't. He tried, again and again but his magic was completely zero, and wasn't regenerating.

"M-My magic...My liege, my magic is not regenerating!" Alsiel informed his king, who was only looking at the woman in wariness.

Alex gave a nervous grin, the woman might not look like it, but behind that rather unpleasant appearance of her, hides an immeasurable power.

'Judecca, probability of defeating this woman without causing much damage to the surrounding?'

{Calculating...}

{Chances of beating the woman without causing much damage is Zero percent...This World will be in danger if master were to fight her}

'Heh, I expected as much. This woman is really dangerous. Even in the manga, her strength was still unknown. Damn, I regret not reading the novel!'

The woman "gently" walked towards them. And Alex stopped Alsiel from making a move.

"My, My, Good day gentlemen, I hope you find your trip to here rather pleasant?" She smiled, however, her eyes stopped at the sleeping Alas=Ramus for a moment before looking at Alex.

Alsiel frowned and was about to speak up but was stopped by Alex.

"We don't want any trouble, we just want a place to live for now."

'Though, my guess is right, this world is a mix of several anime. Yuragi-sou and Hataraku, I wonder what other anime is here.'

"My, no need to be so tense." She said, giving Maou a wink, "I'm Shiba Miki, but you can call me Miki-T, and I'm the owner of this inn right here."

Miki pointed at the large building beside them. "If you want, I can let you stay at my inn? If you pay of course, don't worry its quite cheap."

With a grin, Alex accepted. "We'd like to. Thanks for the help."

Ente Isla...

"Emilia! Just surrender yourself to the church! You, resisting will make it even more believable that you had an affair with the demon king!" Olba said as he keep attacking the hero by firing barrage of light beams.

Emilia deflected everything with her sacred sword, but she never attack. "Never! Why would I be judged from something I did not do!"

Emeralda and Albert were fighting off the members of the church who went with them to the Demon King castle.

With the disappearance of the Demon King and his declaration that was apparently heard throughout the world, the Demons no longer has any reason to stay and they retreated back to the Demon World.

Waiting for their king to return along with their Princess whom they did not know they have.

And the members of the church who went with the Hero's Party no longer has anyone to fight, they followed Olba's order to capture the Hero Emilia for crime of betraying humanity by giving birth to the child of the Demon King.

"RAARGH!" Albert screamed as he punched the air, causing a powerful pressure that send tens of people flying.

"Albert! Don't kill them! You'll only make it worse!" Said Emeralda as she used wind magic to send everyone—who came close to her—flying.

"I! Know! That!" Albert said as he continue to send barrage of punches and kicks. "Shit! Where are the Knights from the Allied Knights Order?!"

"Hehehe.." One of the Knight from the Church let out a laughed that made Albert and Emeralda pause.

"What's funny?"

The knight gave Albert a mocking grin, "You're looking for those heretics? Don't bother, they're gone now! Hahaha!"

"Heretics?" Emeralda frowned, "What do you mean by that?"

"Hehehe, we send those heretics at the place where the number of demons are the largest, they are probably gone by now, hehehe."

Upon hearing that, Emeralda could feel her blood boil from anger. If she remembered it correctly, there are around fifteen thousand knights from the Allied Knights Order....and they just became a sacrificial pawns?!

"H-How could you..." she said softly, but Albert who was beside her could feel her anger, "THEY WERE HUMANS TOO! THEY WERE ONE OF US! WHY WOULD YOU DO SUCH A THING!"

The knight just smirk, "Because their heretics. That's all."

Right after he said that, his said exploded.

Emeralda stared at his headless corpse without any change of expression before looking at Albert.

"You do know that you just invited the Church to hunt us down."

Albert shrugged, "Whatever. I'm pretty sure we're already on their to-hunt list for helping Emilia."

Emeralda sighed before looking up in the sky, where Emilia was fighting with Olba. "You heard that Emilia?! What do we do now?!"

Emilia glared at Olba before swing her sword, "Heavenly Flame!"

Olba conjured a barrier to protect himself from the flames but he was still pushed back.

Emilia took that chance and swing her sword, creating a portal before looking at her friends.

"We're going to leave this world for awhile!"
