2 Quirk Description and Backstory
Before getting into this, I wanna apologize. You'll know why laterš š )
Quirk: Devil
There are multiple stages of this quirk. I'll list them all and their uses.
Stage 1: Diablo.
This stage only gives an increase in strength and speed. It is equal to 20% of All Might's power during his Prime.(A/n: Not too brokenš )
Stage 2:Lucifer.
In this stage, the devil appearance starts to show. Horns about 3 inches long protrude from his head, his canines grow sharper, and his skin becomes red. His strength Increases, growing up to the height of prime All Might at 40%.
Finally, Stage 3: Satan.
The final form, the perfect cell evolution, the super saiyan blue, the... you get the idea. The form above all forms Satan. The horns on his head grow longer, His height rivals that of the nomu's, his physique comparable to All Might's. His eyes go completely white and black tattoos appear all over him. His already razor sharp canines get even sharper! His strength even triumphs All Might's in his prime. The downside is, he can't control this form. No, there isn't an actual devil inside him trying to take control, he just can't control it.
Alrighty. that's done. I know that this quirk is pretty broken, but it has its hindrances.

5 year old Togami POV
Another day of this. This teasing, this bullying, this embarrassment.
"Demon!"
"You Villain!"
"Go away!"
"No one wants you here!"
All things I heard after revealing my quirk. School became the worst. Most of my friends left me, my teacher lets them bully me, and I can't do anything peacefully.
I only have one friend left, and her name is Katsuki Bakugou. (A/n: Yep. I did it. Now you know.) Despite her behavior, she's not bothered by my quirk. In fact, it's the opposite. "You can be my sidekick when I become a hero Togami!" Were words I remember her saying, making me smile.
"Outta the way Deku!" I got pulled from my thoughts by Katsuki's voice. She was standing over a kid with wild and unkempt green hair. This was Midoriya. Izuku Midoriya.The only kid in class that got bullied more than me, due to him being quirkless. "N-no Kacchan! You're making him cry!" The greenette shouted, hesitantly putting up his fists. Sadly, there was nothing he could do. An explosion knocked him to the ground, and by that time I made my way over there. "Katsuki! Why'd to do that?!" I shouted. I wasn't particularly angry, but she wasn't acting very "Heroic".
"Togami! I'm just teaching Deku over here his place!" She said while letting off small explosions. Right after that, one of her lackies spoke up. "Well if it isn't the Villain. This isn't any of your business. Go away." He and the other lackie started laughing. I put my head down, looking at the ground.
Katsuki's POV
"Togami..." I whispered to myself. Anger quickly swelled up inside me as I turned and hit those extras with an explosion. "I HEAR YOU SAY THAT AGAIN AND I'LL KILL YOU!" "Calm down Katsuki." I turn to see Togami smiling softly at me.
Togami POV
"B-but they- " "I know. But I'm used to it. And besides, hurting them won't change their minds." I look down at the two. "Hmph." Katsuki folded her arms and looked away. I simply chuckled. My attention soon turned to the broccoli haired boy. "Hey. Are you ok?" He jumped a little nut calmed down. "I'm f-fine." I looked down at his slightly bruised face and frowned before turning back to Katsuki."
"Did you do this?" I asked while pointing at his bruises. "He had it coming.." She replied while looking away. "Katsuki. Apologize." I ordered. She looked at me with an angry expression. "No way! That loser Deku had it coming!" She shouted while pointing a finger at Midoriya. "I-I-.." Poor guy was scared to speak. I look up at her with the cutest expression I could. "Pleeeeeaaaseee?"
A blush spread across her face as she looked down at Midoriya and grumbled. "Sorry.." she muttered before running off. I smirked at her retreating figure as I too prepared to leave.
"T-thanks!" I turned back to the Green haired boy. "Don't mention it." I replied, giving him a thumbs up and leaving.
