House Blackwolf

Elise Blackwolf - The duchess of the Blackwolf family who controls the northern territory of the Eternia Kingdom. She is young noblewoman known as a ' demon',' devil' and 'monster'. She has earned the reputation of an ice cold woman who slaughters all those who threaten her dukedom. Her mana circuits flow in an unusual pattern, preventing her from using any magic except dark magic. She has unexpectedly adopted a daughter.

Ashley Blackwolf - Formerly known as Ashley Precisily is the only surviving member of the main branch of the Precisily House. A timid eight year old girl, she warms up slowly to outsiders but is very protective of her new mom. Her magic enables her to nullify all spells within a certain radius. A voice in Elise's head has called her a ' villainess'.

Steel Valkyries

Floira - Elise's capable right hand woman and loyal aid, known as the strongest Valkyrie and her power only falls behind Elise herself. She is quiet, mature and quickly resolves all problems for her lady. She is considered a great beauty but has to hide her horns due to her half demon heritage. She has been with Elise the longest and there is a quiet understanding between them.

Servia and Luxia - The twin assassins of the Valkyries, known to handle dark and dangerous missions in the shadows. While not the most powerful in terms of raw strength, they are the deadliest killers when directed at a target using their dark elf stealth abilities. Servia is the more lighthearted of the two and enjoys practicing magic tricks while her quieter sister helps her in the background. They both have a soft spot for children and adore Ashley like two big sisters.

Elena Blackwolf - A seductive siren who is surprisingly pure and innocent. Elena is a mermaid who can transform into a human form when walking on land. Her voice can enchant and disorient all those who hear it, putting them all under her command. She is not very good at social cues and interactions. After a certain incident in the past, she currently has a big crush on Elise. She secretly calls herself Elena Blackwolf to pretend to be married to Elise.

Sophie Nighthorn - A noble mage from the neighbouring empire who escaped slavery alongside her commoner friend Mary. Extremely prideful and arrogant due to her upbringing, she constantly gets annoyed by the twin's antics. She holds herself to an extremely high standard and is constantly seeking to improve her ice magic.

Mary - A commoner who formed a friendship with the noble Sophie Nighthorn and helped her escape the capitol city of the Valunger empire after the king sentenced her entire house to death. She became a member of the Valkyries after showing an enormous talent in fire magic. She is fiercely loyal to her lady but is very clumsy when handling daily tasks. She often apologises to all the people Sophie offends on her behalf.

House Sepetine

Lithea Sepetine - The only noble who Elise considers as her ' best friend' at least according to her. She is a battle junkie who visits Elise regularly for spars. Her current record stands at zero wins and forty one losses. Despite her war crazy nature, she is very intelligent in matters related to administration and social problems and Elise will reluctantly go to her for advice sometimes.

Royal Family

King (name unknown) - In tradition with the Eternia kingdom when a prince ascends the throne, he abandons his name and is simply referred to as 'king' or ' the son of heaven'. The king was once a hot blooded youth with visions of leading his kingdom to prosperity but has long since lost those ideals and now spends his days eating and lusting over women.

Prince Nathan - The eight year old crown prince and the heir apparent to the throne. He is a handsome child with golden hair but has been spoilt rotten by his doting mother the empress and now considers all to be beneath him.

Queen Isabella - A reclusive figure in the palace who pays no attention to her husband's affairs but rumors have spread that the one with the power in the royal family is not the king but the woman behind him.

Church of Light

Archbishop Belmont - The church's highest authority figure present in the Eternia kingdom, known as a kind and benevolent old man. He is a smiling devil who has launched several crusades aiming to spread the church's doctrine of need to eliminate the sinful existence of dark races. He considers the Blackwolf family to be an eyesore and may have played a hand in Elise's father having an early death

Grand Inquisitor - The man leading the church's crusades across the continent, he has never lost a fight and has single-handily slaughtered entire villages of demons, dark elves and other mana-less races. He wears a black mask covering his entire face and has tattoos of religious symbols across his entire body.

Elimason Village

???????? - girl of ??? age, given birth name of ?????, known as the ' heroine of the novel'. Considers Ashley to be a ??????. Wields the powerful ????? magic and possesses a rare mana circuit within her body.
