In front of the Lane family gates, two guards were on duty and looking around vigilantly.

Seeing the guard next to him freeze while looking to the left, he followed his line of sight and he too couldn't help but stare.

A young stunning girl with black hair that was shining in the morning light was walking towards them elegantly.

Taking in her appearance they were eyeing her up and down while their hearts started beating faster.

When the girl stopped in front of them, the guards thought that maybe they were hallucinating so they didn't dare say anything to prevent the wonderful hallucination from being shattered and just stood there with their mouths gaping open like a washed up fish struggling for air.

"Tell the head of the Lane house that his daughter Luna is here to see him."

The domineering voice of the young girl pulled the guards out of their daze and after processing her words they stood rooted to the ground looking at her with shocked eyes.

Looking closer they found a little familiarity in her appearance.

They didn't even think about how she was able to talk because their heads were already filled with the shock about her appearance.

Losing her patience, Luna's silver eyed glared coldly at them as she repeated her words.

Feeling her impressive aura they didn't dare stay for a second longer and sprinted towards the main hall to report.

"Master Lane!"

"Master!"

Because of the shock they forgot their manners and started yelling out towards the man sitting alone on the highest chair in the hall.

Irritated by the yelling Marcus glared at them and wanted to throw them out but before he could the guards said in unison, "Miss Luna returned, Master. But she..."

"What?! That sl*t actually dared to return. The stable boy probably dumped her as soon as he got a taste of her and now she comes crying back. She always puts are family at shame. After punishing that girl that's less than a dog I'll erase her name from the family register and send her away!! "

Interrupted by the sudden outburst filled with hatred, the guards weren't able to finish their report and they hid the horror in their eyes thinking about how that beautiful girl was going to suffer.

However realizing that after she was cast out they could take her in as another one of their wives lust started to take over the initial feeling of horror.

Marcus wanted to continue his vulgar, angry rant but suddenly a pleasant voice sounded, "Father, I'm back."

In his vision a goddess-like young girl appeared before him, with a red dress that accentuated her still growing figure and porcelain like skin, making her look highly alluring.

It was like she was able to rob the beauty of every place she went through because it would all look dull after seeing her.

Soon his eyes were drawn by her sparkling silver eyes that seemed to contain the entire galaxy.

Marcus was stunned after seeing her eyes, it immediately reminded him of the beautiful injured woman he had raped after falling in love with her at first sight and had imprisoned in his home afterwards. She was is greatest regret because she died after giving birth to Luna, leaving him before he was able to make that her love him.

This matter was not known to any outsiders because it was kept under tight raps.

Luna already knew about Marcus's horrific deed because her sisters bullied her while throwing insults like how she was an unwanted rape-child in her face.

Marcus hurriedly covered the desire that had appeared in his eyes, because he cared a lot about his image and feeling attracted to his own daughter would make people look at him in disgust but his reaction of course hadn't escaped Luna's powerful observation skills as she suppressed the nauseating feeling that had appeared.

An abrupt realization came to Marcus, "You can talk?"

In her sweetest voice possible Luna answered, "yes daddy, a kind old man taught me how to talk and read lips."

Hearing her call him daddy while looking at him with sparkling innocent eyes, he found her adorable and a warm feeling started spreading in his body making him temporarily forget all the anger and disgust he normally felt for her.

Luna sneered in her heart, that's exactly what she wanted.

In her past life she had dealt with a lot of disgusting pigs so she knew how to handle them and twist them around her finger, using them to destroy themselves without them even realizing until it was too late.
