She walks into the room to take her purse and almost laughed seeing his gloomy face. He is so cute!...huh....funny actually.

Lu Cheng sees her coming out and fumes in disbelief "Are you serious!? You are leaving me?".

She swallows her laughs and asks rolling her eyes "Of course! Its getting late for my dinner".

Lu Cheng spits "Dinner my foot! Tang Xi! Do you really have a heart? I got shot because of you! And you are abandoning me now!? Don't you feel guilty? Heartless wife!".

She burst in laughter "Really!? Who told you to fight with my brother!? I didn't! Why should I feel guilty? You are paying for what have done!".

Lu Cheng hisses "I am filing against your brother!".

Tang Xi opens her eyes wide "What!?".

Lu Cheng smiles broadly "Do you think he would walk away after shooting this Young Master!?".

Tang Xi grits her teeth and immediately smirks realising something.

Lu Cheng frowns seeing her "Aren't you worried now? I will make him stay behind bars!".

She chuckles "Lu Cheng! Do whatever you want. I don't mind". She turns to go.

Lu Cheng gets irked and holds her wrist.

Tang Xi stands shocked "Lu Cheng-".

He locks her waist and smirks "You don't mind? After all he is your brother".

She dumps her fear and raises her eyebrows mockingly "Why should I? Knight isn't someone you could mess with".

He too mocks "I didn't have evidences before. But I have now".

He smiles feeling her stood straight in shock and asks "Are you coming with me or not?".

She blurts looking at him "Evidence?".

He looks at his shoulder and says "He tried to kill me".

Tang Xi fumes pushing him "Lu Cheng! You provoked him!".

He shrugs nonchalantly "But he pulled the trigger!".

Tang Xi pouts in anger "You! I shouldn't have come here!".

He smiles locking her in his arms "Why did you come? You said you didn't feel guilty!".

She was caught off guard and looks away without answering.

Lu Cheng is smiling and lifts her chin so that he could see her clearly. He asks "Are you still struggling to admit that you love me? Say it! I never heard you say that!".

She didn't say those words even when she was drunk!

Tang Xi struggles to look down but no use. She just looked away while her face facing Lu Cheng.

To admit ..that I love him? ..But I hate him more now...

Lu Cheng leans forward slowly so that his breaths hit her face making him hard to control his desire.

Tang felt his hand moved to her bare waist and says calmly "I still need divorce".

As expected Lu Cheng's hold stiffened and froze in his spot. He felt that he was thrown a bucket of cold water all over him.

Tang Xi felt him still not letting her go. She doubts 'Did he hear what I just said?'.

She gulps but says strongly "Lu Cheng! You can't force your decisions on me! I am not a doll for you to play!".

She sighs in relief as he stepped back from her. But he stared at her eyes as if he tried to penetrate into her soul.

Tang Xi felt nervous seeing his deep eyes. She purses her lips and says persuading "Lu Cheng! I know you like me-".

Lu Cheng's face turned cold and corrects her "love...I love you".
