Alan and the rest of Earth has been sent to the Rooms, another dimension consisting of several levels that they must escape. As they traverse through the endless halls and corridors, they realise that they are not the only ones there...
It had all happened so suddenly.
One moment, Alan was walking to work, and the next thing he knows, he was laying on a flat wooden floor.
He opened his eyes and looked around to see hundreds, if not thousands of people around him, seeming to be as confused as him.
"Is this a dream?" Alan thought while standing up.
He moved his eyes around the place that he was in. It was a large room, with sprawling white walls with black edges and a titled office-styled plate roof.
This place gave him some Backrooms vibes, creeping him out.
As he wondered what this place is and why was he here, a loud female voice suddenly rang through the entire room.
"You are in The Rooms, a set of levels designed by the Intergalactic Organisation for you to escape. To escape The Rooms, you must traverse through the dangers and puzzles of the levels here. No more explanations, and good luck."

Wait hold on, I forgot to mention Alan's backstory, let me make one first.
Alan was born in December 12th, 2001 in New York City to James Moid and Helen Moid. The Moids were a rich family, and had many bodyguards to protect them.
Despite this, they were killed by a thug in 2002 while Alan was only 1 years old. He became the Moid's family heir, but because he was too young, James Moid's best friend and butler David Avaraji became his advisor until he was old enough.
He took care of the Moid's family's businesses and proved to be an excellent teacher and father figure to Alan.
As an adult, Alan started working for his parent's businesses until he was experienced enough to become a boss.
And that's where the story starts.
Now let's stop this interruption and continue the story, shall we? :)

Like a flock of birds, all the people around him (including Alan) ran around the room, trying to find an exit.
As he looked just for a small opening he could pass, he heard a loud and gruffly voice rang like the announcer from earlier.
"Everybody, there's a passage over here, North!" The voice continued to repeat its sentence until it seemed to Alan it was sure it caught everyone's attention.
Alan followed the crowd going North to the voice, and confirmed the claim about the passage
It was a corridor with the same walls and roof as the large room everyone was in before
It branched into 3 different ways, all looking exactly the same. Like a hivemind told not to do it, everyone stood behind the person who found the passage, a bald middle-aged man in what seemed to be a green military vest.
That was, until they heard a loud screeching noise behind them.
