The proposal

The court ordered Sara's custody to Geet. She was happy to have her daughter with her.

A few months later...

Geet was peacefully living with her daughter while Manas visited them less frequently. One fine day, Manas proposed Geet that he would like to be Sara's father and hence he wanted to marry her. Geet was reluctant. She told Manas about the DNA report and how she conceived with Sara. Manas told he didn't bother about how she was born. "I like Sara and love her a lot. I feel very much attached to her from the very beginning. she started calling me dad without anyone asking her to call so. I feel like she's my own daughter". Geet replied that she needs to consider her parents' and Sara's opinion. she suggested proposing to Sara.

Manas and Geet decided to speak with Sara. so they took her to a dinner and Manas proposed Sara if he could be her father. "Dad, why are you asking like this. you are my dad. why do want to ask like this?" Sara replied. "Shall I marry your mom?" Manas asked her clearly. "Yay!" shouted Sara. "Are we going to live together in same house dad?" Sara questioned back. "yes." replied Manas. Sara jumped out of joy and said "When are you coming? I'm longing to spend more time with you dad". Manas took her close and explained "Sara, me and mom are not yet married. I would like to marry mom. So that we can be together always." "Haven't you married mom, dad?" questioned Sara. "Unfortunately yes, my dear" answered Manas. "When are you marrying mom, dad?" asked Sara. " I wanted to know if you would like me and mom getting married" replied Manas. "Yay! mom and dad are getting married! hurray" Sara exclaimed. "Now shall we proceed with the other formalities?" asked Manas. "We need to discuss with my parents" said Geet. "This is your life. you are a responsible mother now. You should make decisions on your own. Think we'll and make a decision. Take your own time. I'll take a leave now." he said to Geet and kissed on Sara's forehead before he left.
