18 Encounter [part 2]

What Raio was seeing was unbelievable, the wolf was not ordinary, and this was a beast, with a high level of battle power. This was impossible; this was a forest where only the weak animals stay. But this also made sense, the strong preying on the weak. Raaz stood back up, he could only howl slowly in fear, this wolf was his senior by far.

"Is there a way we can scan this dude?"

'That is a sentinel tier beast, am afraid we stand no chance.' Fay said in a depressed tone.

"Oh wow." Raio said as he stood up. The rest of the betas fled into the forest leaving the beast to handle them. Luke and Dean dashed into the scene, their mouth opened wide in shock upon seeing the best.

"Why did you bring him here Raio?" Dean asked.

"I didn't, it came to this region."

The wolf started enlarging in size, as purple aura surrounded him. Dean lifted his hands in the air, as they all teleported into a large field. The wolf stood several miles from them.

"This is a mage class wolf." Dean said.

"Well, we shall die in peace." Raio said jokingly.

"I dreamt of dying in a battle, but not this type of battle." Luke added.

Damien looked at them in confusion, were they really serious? Damien looked left and right but couldn't find Raaz.

"Where's my wolf?" Damien asked.

"You want your wolf to survive, you leave it there." Raio said.

Before getting into the battle field, Dean instructed Luke to stay with Damien; he didn't want to risk his son going into battle with this level of beast. Raio and Dean casually walked to the battle field. Dean brought out a golden trident which was clouded in light energy. Raio set his crossbow aiming for the beast. The beast roared before charging at them, as he ran through the grass field, dark energy erupted from the ground. Raio shot several arrows which just destroyed when it came close to the beast. The beast constructed several energy balls which orbited his head for some time before attacking them. Dean used his trident to cut through the attack, while Raio flipped backwards to evict the attack. Dean struck out a lightning bolt at the beast but like before, the lightning disappeared when it came close to the beast.

"It is using the force of destruction." Raio said.

"Whatever you do, do not let it unleash it, I've got kids here." Dean replied.

"Wow Dean."

Dean leapt high in the air, he gathered enough energy from his surrounding, before focusing them on his trident, and Dean then threw the trident at the beast, while still on air. The trident went down with full speed; it pierced the beast defense, and then even went further to strike the beast, taking it off-balance as it flew in the air. Within this instance, Dean sped at the beast then tried to land a nasty spinning kick. The beast was quick to notice this; it created a blue energy around him, which repelled him backwards.

"Dad" Damien cried out.

Raio threw several arrows at the beast, but the arrows destroyed right when it came close to him.

"Shit!! It activated it again." Raio cursed out. Raio went to help Dean up.

"If I want to break the field I would be out of mama." Dean said.

"We have no choice!" Raio replied.

Raio flipped backwards before firing several arrows to distract the beast, Damien could only watch as their attack and strategy fail. Luke knew that his help would be needed. He ran down the hill, as a battle armor appeared on him, he firmly held his trident which was clouded in flames, singing it in a circular direction. Luke roared as he threw the trident with speed. The beast smiled before running in the direction of the trident. The beast knew that there was no way he was going to be killed by the trident. But it had underestimated its opponent; the trident dealt a fatal blow to him, piercing both the force field and it. Dean could only stare at Luke in awe. Luke smiled, but soon his vision started to get blurry, he had used all his mana in the fight, this made him drop unconscious on the floor.

"Luke." Raio wanted to get into the battle, but a wave of purple energy swept him backwards. The energy around the beast started to grow wider and taller.

"Holy sh**, he's about to use the force of destruction." Raio said as he looked at the beast in fear. "Can you teleport us out of here?"

"Nope, manna's low." Raio replied.

"Well, I hope no one misses me."

The energy had already grown right to the point of explosion, all they could hope for was a miracle. The wolf stomped on the floor, releasing the energy at them. Damien flipped down; he spread out his arms as he started to chant an incantation.

"No Damien you were supposed to run!!" Dean shouted.

"Brexit inferne admita."

The whole energy sucked up right into the little portal between Damien's hands.

'Nice work Damien, I never taught you could do it.' Fay complimented.

"Enough with the praises, let's turn this mother f***er into bonus points." Damien said as he advanced towards the beast.

"*Roars!!"

Damien also charged at him, with several threads forming at his back like tentacles. The energy he absorbed granted his magic excessive powers, and also his mana bar. The threads formed two set of huge fiery fists. The wolf came very close before it leapt into the air, but at that moment, the fire appendix gave the wolf a very powerful punch which took him crashing backwards. The wolf stood back up In anger, it stomped it's feet twice, as several humanoids, made out of pure dark energy came out from the ground. The humanoids did exactly as they were commanded, and went after Dylan who was now getting scared.

'Relax. Just this once . Say the spell….'

"Flactus…sergion inferne!!" Damien yelled out.

His eyes became bright fiery orange, fire energy surrounded him, as he levitated into the air, the ground split into two revealing the pit of hell bellow, as the two humanoids and their master sank into the pit, the ground sealed right after the wolf entered.

"Your Son's something else!!" Raio exclaimed.
