Magic System
The magic system slightly varies in each Plane, but they are more or less the same. Each Plane has seven different categories for magic to be sorted in and have different ways to use them.
► The Demon Plane
• Seven Categories are based off the Seven Deadly Sins and thus are named Luxuria, Gula, Acedia,
Ira, Avaritia, Invidia, and Superbia.
• Also alternatively called; Lust, Gluttony, Sloth, Wrath, Greed, Envy and Pride.
• Usage in the Demon Plane is relatively free. For magic to work, the people there would choose a
tree or type of magic they are suitable for and practice it. Magic is generally used by using what is
being conveyed by those sins. Like an example for envy would be like you're being venemous.
Thus, poison spells. You would also envy that person and want to bring them down to your level
and get it from them, thus debuffs. But depending on the way the sin is defined, you can change
its uses.
An example of this would be when a person defines Envy like this: An intense hatred towards an
object to the point of wanting to destroy it. The same goes for the other sins.
► The Mid Plane
• Their categories are divided into colors instead of sins. They are Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue,
Indigo and Purple.
• The colors represent different 'elements' for their respective color. Red is for fire, Orange is for
Earth, Yellow is lightning, Green is for nature, Blue is for water, Indigo is for support and lastly,
Purple is for poison.
• The first 5 are self-explanatory while the other two may seem a bit confusing. The indigo colors
mainly focus on giving buff to allies and debuffs to enemies. Purple is just poison. It is known as
the type of magic with the most forms in the Mid Plane.
• All their spells are already pre-determined and are ranked from 1 to 7 depending on their
destructive power and usefullness in battle with one being the lowest and 7 being the highest.
► The Celestial Plane
• The Celestial Plane uses Chastity, Temperance, Charity, Diligence, Patience, Kindness, and
Humility. They said that they only use this version of the Virtue names because they thought that
they should be kind enough to allow the people of the Mid Plane not having to cram in anymore
foreign words into their puny heads. As to weather this was truly an act of kindness or
haughtiness on their part has not been confirmed.
• Their spells are similar to the Mid Plane in the fact that they are already set and new ones are
discovered intead of being created.
That's about the gist of it. As for other kinds of power systems that also exist such as qi and spiritual arts, their will be another auxillary chapter when it is already reveled in the story.
