65 Chapter 9 (7): Marriage announcement

"For the new information, there are... several pieces. To start off, allow me to introduce the three wives I married in the human lands. First, Mae Austine, daughter of the captain of the royal guard of the human lands" (Ryuu)

Mae, who had been hiding within the pedestal, used her earth magic to rise out of it onto a two meter high pillar next to the central one I was on.

"Then, there is Charlotte von Ascham, third daughter of Duke Ascham of the human lands" (Ryuu)

Char jumped over from a nearby building, landing on a long stretch of ice in the air which she made with magic, before she slid to a stop on a pillar of ice across from Mae, sized such that their heads were at the same height.

"And finally, we have Haruveritat el Isala, third princess of the human lands" (Ryuu)

Haru jumped out from the crowd, did a flip in the air, and then landed right in front of me, or rather, in my arms, and I set her down on my pillar as I flew up to hover about half a meter above her.

"Then, we have those I plan to marry in about a week. Elise, the one hailed as a high elven princess -" (Ryuu)

Elise appeared from thin air, well, really just removing the light magic she'd had distorting the light around her body.

"- and Tuareninya Lars, who, as you can guess, is the heir to the house of Lars -" (Ryuu)

Tuare created a water dragon from the fountain, which she rode until she landed on the pedestal, her massive breasts accidentally bared for all to see due to her clothes getting soaked through. Oops. She quickly fixed that, but still...

"- and finally, there's the Wyvern Lord Verene, the recently emerged eleventh divine beast" (Ryuu)

Ver flew in, shifted in midair, and glided down with wings and tail exposed from her dragonscale armor, until she hovered next to me. Before this point, I hadn't dared look and gauge the crowd's reactions, but when I finally looked, everyone was on at least one knee, bowing as much as the crowding would permit. Well, there were some who stood, looking confused. I forgot that there's a decently high beastkin population in the capital, so lots of people worship divine breasts, and so, it's only natural that they take a stance of reverence. Then, those next to them would kneel too, because they didn't want to be the odd one out by not doing so, and there'd just be a wave of people kneeling from there. It makes sense, and it means that the few outliers... outstanders? The few standing people either didn't understand what was going on, were too proud to kneel, or didn't believe that Ver's a divine beast. One of those three. It doesn't really matter, but it's nice to know.

"Any questions? Ah, please, don't make them be about anything too personal, such as bust sizes, sensitive spots, or about things like how to court one of us. I've had enough of that sort of question when I married the first three of them" (Ryuu)

That got a nervous laugh out of the crowd, but people began to ask questions soon enough. Mostly the standard stuff, how did we meet, what was the first set of weddings like, and where are we going to live. By the way, the answer to the last question was "On the road, for the most part. We'll live in my palace, Haru's part of the human's palace, or in my other wives' homes at times, if we're in the area"... We did get some of the odd questions, but we ignored those, or used a slightly modified version of what was, for some reason, called the Nene Punishment, which was to have the one asking the offending question be sat upon by wyvern form Ver, or to strap them to her back as she flew at high speeds and did loops and twists and sudden turns and stops at said high speeds. The latter was done to someone who asked for Tuare's three sizes. The former was done to a man who asked if we'd be willing to try adding him to the harem. He, unfortunately, seemed to get aroused by being sat upon, so Ver quickly stopped doing so.

An hour of questions later, we were interrupted by the guards and adventurers being mobilized because of a wyvern in the skies above the capital, because Ver forgot to have her armor on while flying. In the process of sorting that out, she shifted to her human form to explain, but... she shifted back naked. She quickly realized her mistake, however, that was not before someone memorized her figure and later made dozens of paintings and full-sized sculptures of her body with everything shown in extraordinary detail. Then, others made small palm-sized figures, full-sized hug pillows, chibi plushies, and so on based off of those, some with... enhanced busts, I guess? We only found out about any of that a year or so later, when I found one of those hug pillows (not enhanced) in a black market auction I was raiding, being sold for a starting price of two thousand gold coins, and which I confiscated after it reached a price of 5000 gold coins, and brought it home, much to Ver's dismay, but I digress.

Eventually, we got to the point where the only questions being asked were the kind we wouldn't answer, so we stopped people from asking more and instead announced the actual location, date, and time at which the ceremonies would take place, and where all you could view it from via magic.
