Chapter 8 (8): How NOT to keep a low profile, part 6

As we were talking, I could faintly hear something or someone loud coming in our direction at high speed, but I didn't pay much attention to that, because I didn't want to interrupt the introductions. However, once I could make out the words that made up the loud sound, I held up my hand to get them to stop, and looked towards the open door.

"... NNNNNNEEEEE... EELLL... IIIIIISSSSS... SSSAAAAANNNNNNNEEEE... Oh, I'm so happy for you! Let us celebrate with a full seven course dinner tonight! I'll have the chefs make all of your favorites! Thank you, Miryuu! Thank you!" (King)

The king, having heard that I actually managed to cure Elisanne of her blindness, was screaming her name while running down the hall to her room at full speed, tripped when he tried to quickly stop in front of her door, and then he somehow caught himself on a passing butler, who had used earth magic to make himself an immovable pillar or something. Right after, the king threw himself into the room and straight into Elisanne's open arms.

"Father, you know that we're still here, right? You did interrupt us, though it was at a time that wasn't too disruptive, after all. Even so, calm down" (Haru)

"Actually, I think it was the perfect time. The author couldn't figure out how to progress from where they'd left off right before you interrupted us, so now they don't have to do so! It works well for everyone" (Ryuu)

"And if you had them make all of my favorites, I might get fat enough that I'd be unable to see anything for a different reason. It's hard enough trying to see past these huge breasts now, but... remember how hard it was for me to see when I was pregnant, and so they got a lot bigger and were propped up by my swollen belly? They were practically pushed up against my eyes! Now, imagine me getting fatter from all of that food, and what that would do. No sir, just a few dishes at once, please... though... I wouldn't mind another child, I would like to have some grandchildren, after all" (Eli)

"Please save the attempts to create another child until after we are no longer in the room, also-" (Haru)

"Oh, right. I forgot that you're still a virgin" (King)

"Uhh... Actually... I'm not... As of... a few months ago... and... uh... Ryuu? Could you..." (Haru)

"And you wouldn't need to have a second child to have grandchildren. My father had two mothers, thanks to the wonders of the Demon Lord's shapeshifting abilities. Similarly, like, six or seven generations back, one of my ancestors had two fathers. I don't want to imagine how that came about, but still. Also, if anyone asks how you're able to see, tell them that I used a rare medicine from my hometown or something. I don't want my healing magic to be spread about" (Ryuu)

After that, we decided to leave the two of them to work on giving Haru a sibling or three (as the wolfkin tend to have two to four children at a time) and were lead by a maid on a tour of the castle, ending up at Haru's room, which had a bed big enough for all of us to not only sleep on it, but all have sex on it, should we wish. The maid told us that we were all welcome to sleep in Haru's room, should we wish to do so, or get a few guest rooms should we want to sleep separately. She'd shown us how to get to the baths, the toilets, and how to summon a servant, should we need to do so. She even showed us three training areas, one large outside that was hardly used by anyone, a cluster of six medium size and a dozen or so small ones underground, used when people were wishing to work on a new technique in private, and one massive one used by the royal guards to train and practice, where we could watch them. With Mae being the captain's daughter, we could even join in at times, if we wished. Still, back to Haru's room.

"My bed wasn't this big the last time I was here... Thank you, Cecilia" (Haru)

"I live to serve you, your highness. Dinner will be served in about five hours. Would you like me to... assist you... in the baths? If so, would it be beforehand, later, both, or neither?" (Cecilia)

As she said the last bit, she turned a bit red and started to breathe more heavily, though she hid that rather well. Oh, right, she's the maid who made Haru realize she's into females, and who taught her how to most effectively stimulate another woman's body, using her own. The one who's in love with Haru, but trying to hide it. Hmm...

"Do you know who these guests are, specifically? I'm not talking about their names, but why they are here and treated as honored guests, especially ones who might sleep in my room" (Haru)

"I heard they are your party, as adventurers, and two are the daughters of nobility. Why do you ask?" (Cecilia)

"Because they are not just that. One of them is going to be my wife soon, and the rest are going to be her wives as well. I'm sorry, but if I wished for someone to assist me, I would ask Ryuu" (Haru)

"Oh, come now. I know what you two are trying to say without saying. She's helped you so much, I wouldn't mind if you took her on as a concubine or a second wife after we're married, if you two wanted to" (Ryuu)

"I... you... I... how... I... if you wish... I wouldn't be opposed... to... that... you know" (Cecilia)

"Neither would I... and if Ryuu is okay with it..." (Haru)

"I already said to all of you that I don't mind if you have your own harems, should you wish. Even if a man, a horse, or a dragon strikes your fancy, I wouldn't care... well, maybe I'd care about the dragon" (Ryuu)

"I'd care about the horse too" (Char)

"Well... uh... looks like I'm going to have to break up with Moonlight" (Ryuu)

I was making a joke, of course, but everyone's faces showed some degree of shock. Let's shock them some more.

"Eh? You've been fucking a horse? Really?" (Mae)

"No, stupid" (Ryuu)

"Oh... good..." (Elise)

"The horse was the one fucking me" (Ryuu)

"Ah, I see... You're making a joke and taking it too far. Like usual" (Mae)

"Damn you. I was hoping to get Haru to faint, and I thought I would have with my next comment" (Ryuu)

"Why would you want that?" (Tuare)

"So I could wake her up in the, uh, sweetest way possible, after carrying her to the bed" (Ryuu)

Cecilia's nose started to bleed, just a bit. Her rabbit ears (oh yes, she's a rabbitkin) folded down to press on her nose, trying and failing to stop the trickle of blood.

"Cecilia, if you'd like, I wouldn't mind letting you join in the next time I want to do that, assuming-" (Ryuu)

"I'd be fine with her joining in on that, I guess... or in tonight's activities, if everyone is okay with it" (Haru)

"Well then, that... Wow. That is a LOT of blood she's losing, even after passing out. Haru? Should we..." (Ryuu)

"Eh, it's fine. She's just got an overactive imagination, but she'll stop bleeding soon, and will be back to normal in a few minutes" (Haru)

"By the way... Seeing a rabbitkin reminded me about how you're a half-wolfkin half-human, and you have both human and wolfkin traits. However, I've never seen anyone with traits from two different beastkin tribes. Why is that? Do you know?" (Mae)

"It's kinda complicated. When a beastkin has children with a human, elf, high elf, or dwarf, the resulting children will have a mixture of traits from both parents, like me. However, when a beastkin has a child with one from a different tribe, the child will always have traits from just one tribe, and for some reason, that also applies to when a beastkin has children with a demon. Either a beastkin is born, or a demon is born. Remember Iroh? He's an example of that aspect. I'm not sure if that applies to a beastkin and a Demon Lord, however" (Haru)

"Well, we'll find out at some point, I guess. Hopefully" (Ryuu)

"I'm imagining a miniature Ryuu with horns, wings, and a wolf's ears and tail, dyed silver instead of white, and for some reason, getting... kinda... very..." (Tuare)

She trailed off as she grabbed Haru and me, pulled suddenly, and threw herself onto the bed with us in between, before sliding her hands into the gaps between our respective articles of clothing and our bodies.

"Why did I have to fall in love with this nymphomaniac? She gets turned on by the strangest things..." (Ryuu)

(Insert sex scene where Cecilia joins in, vows to become Haru's wife or concubine in the future)

Three hours later, we'd calmed down, gotten dressed, and then we cleaned the room, despite the fact that Cecilia, still bright red and pleased with herself, wanted to be the one to do the cleaning on her own. Regardless, after that, she left to take care of the rest of her duties as we split up, Char and Tuare going to one of the libraries, the one they could go to without Haru or another member of the royal family being with them, Elise going with Haru to the medical ward to give them an explanation as to how Elisanne could see again, the one we'd decided on and had the king use as his story. Elise went there to help heal any minor injuries the guardsmen or others might have sustained, as she wanted some practice to stay in more or less perfect condition.
