New Comrade, Bearing Arms

After Trelawney had screamed, Yu had paused what she was doing. Her original hazel eye color peeked through the red eyes momentarily, but the red eyes had returned. However, Yu's Maxina had disappeared, leaving her in her base form. This was a big mistake as Dai aimed a fire blast at her. When Yu felt the heat and Trelawney's sound waves from her screaming, Yu returned back to normal and she punched the ground to let a rock absorb the fiery heat from Dai's attack. The rock had exploded and Yu just stood there in her base form, able to withstand the mind control. Yu couldn't believe that she was easily mind controlled and she hated it. "I'm sorry, Trelawney." Yu tells the girl.

The girl forgave Yu as she knew that Yu was being controlled and thus, not herself when she had attacked them. "Welcome back, Yu!" Dai shouted, his hands shrouded in fire. Yu smirked at Dai's plan and she agreed with it.

"I'm back, Dai." Yu whispered as she turned around and she let Dai's fire enshroud her as she unleashed her Maxina power. Fire and electricity mixed well and Yu smirked widely. "Electric Heatwave!" Yu used her own body as a way of projecting the attack upon the shadowed enemy. Upon contact, an explosion happened, causing black smoke to cover the area. When the smoke had cleared, it was clear that Dai's plan had worked and Yu had pulled it off with her power and the added extra power from Dai's fire.

Yu herself was stuck on the ground, her body aching as she couldn't move after landing the attack. "That was sweet." Yu tells Dai and she didn't attempt to get up until she felt her muscles loosing up. It took her awhile, but Yu was finally able to stand on her two feet. "That was risky, Dai, but it worked." Yu tells Dai.

"Of course, it worked. Me and you make the strongest team in the demon army." Dai tells Yu. Yu giggled at Dai and Dai chuckled back. Trelawney just gazed at the two power duo and she grinned. Yu noticed the grin and she grinned back.

"Hey, want to be ours?" She asked. Dai gaped at the question and so did Trelawney. Dai started to sprout out things about not wanting her to be harmed, but Yu shut him up with a glare. "I'm your wife and I come under attack more than you, Dai. Trelawney needs a family and we're the perfect candidates to give her one." Yu explains to Dai. Dai agreed with what Yu had said about them being the perfect candidates, but he was still worried because he knew that Yu would become very protective over Trelawney. He knew that his actions over Yu's safety will cause Yu to become very watchful over Trelawney's safety.

"Yes, I can feel the sincerity in your hearts. I feel loved." Trelawney tells the two adults, who hugged her against themselves. Dai was shocked to learn that Trelawney was an empath and not a warrior, however, Yu wasn't surprised or shocked as she had a small feeling that Trelawney had something to do with feelings. "But, I am considered weak by mage standards." Trelawney tells Yu.

Yu gave Trelawney a soft smile. "Forgive me, but screw them. The mage standards of strength does not match the strength of a demon." Yu teaches Trelawney a very valuable lesson about how much powerful demons are compared to the mage army. After the lesson was over, Trelawney was sweating bullets at how powerful demons could be.

"And, Negan challenged him?" Trelawney asked, desperate to know. Yu gave the young girl a harsh grin.

"Yeah, but I ended up killing him. He had made me extremely angry that I had snapped and the last thing I know, I had black out due to my anger." Yu tells Trelawney, who was still sweating bullets. She's powerful! She had thought. Trelawney was deemed weak by mage standard, yet her new protector was half human and half mage and she was very powerful. "Okay, Dai, I'll be making dinner. Shall it be meat and potatoes tonight?" Yu asked Dai.

"That sounds great, my dear." Dai answered Yu and Yu took Trelawney by her hand to find a boar. Yu found a boar and she taught Trelawney how to kill it. Trelawney ended up killing the boar, but she had some help from Yu. Yu skinned the boar and she let Trelawney carry the skin while Yu carried the meat of the boar. They arrived back at the camp and Dai was waiting for them patiently. "You caught a boar." He stated, not surprised at Yu's skills of finding wild game for them to eat.

"Well, I caught it, but Trelawney here killed it." Yu pats Trelawney on her head and the young teenager smiled happily. Dai smiled at Trelawney.

"Is that so? We have a hunter in the making." Dai announced, making Eli curious about the new arrival. He appeared in front of Trelawney and the girl held onto Yu's clothing. I guess she is not used to new people. Yu thought, placing her hand back on Trelawney's head, comforting her.

"Don't worry, Trelawney. This is Eli, the commander of Dai's army." Yu introduced the timid girl to Eli, who smiled at her. Trelawney hid behind Yu and she whimpered in fear. Eli felt bad for scaring Trelawney, but Yu told him that she will warm up to him eventually.

'I'm sorry." The girl apologized after she had seen Eli's hurt face. Yu turned to her and she hugged her.

"Don't apologize. It's not your fault. You were just revived, after all." Yu tells her, giving Trelawney a soft smile. But, Trelawney just kicked around a small rock that she had found after looking down. It was obvious to Yu that the young girl had felt guilty for being shy, so Yu decided to think up of a plan to help her get used to Eli. Time for Operation: Friendship Goals to be put into action. Yu had thought, gazing back and forth between Trelawney and Eli.
