Give Us Four Years

Dai and Yu returned to their army. They were still sleeping, but Trelawney and Eli were just waking up. When they saw Dai and Yu connected by their hands, they laughed and they ran towards them. "We've kissed, you guys." Dai tells the two. Trelawney giggled and Eli lifted his mate into his arms. Trelawney then saw something shiny in Yu's hand and she wondered what it was.

"Mother, what's that?" Trelawney asked, pointing towards the sword. Yu grinned and she swung it back to her front, revealing the angel wings on the hilt of the sword.

"It's the Sword of the Angel. It's a very light sword for me, despite how heavy it looks." Yu tells Trelawney and Eli, who gazed at the sword in amazement.

"Alright, everyone. Good news-new weapon. Bad news-Yu needs to train for four years with an Elder to perfectly wield the sword's abilities." Dai announced to the two people.

"That means that we're going back to the Underworld to train?" Eli asked. Dai smirked.

"Yep. However, I'm in the same boat as Yu, but without a new weapon. I need to train with a Demon Elder so I can perfectly wield my own powers. Eli, I am putting you and Trelawney in charge of training the army while me and Yu are off training." Dai vocalized to the two of them.

"I will not let you down, King Dai." Eli swore to his King.

"I won't let you down either, Father." Trelawney tells Dai, who smiled sweetly at her.

"Before we go, I have to convince the commander of the centaurs to give us four years to prepare." Dai says, rounding up his crew to take with him to talk to the commander of the centaurs. He was going to take Yu, Eli and Trelawney with him so he can convince the commander to give them four years to prepare.

They walked into Moconia and was suddenly attacked the commander. "You want to fight now?!" He bellowed, about to swipe at Trelawney. Despite the training she had went through, she was still just a fourteen year old child and she had froze in fear.

"Stop! Is that how you do negotiations?!" Yu had raised her voice, shocking the centaur into not moving out of fright.

"What do you mean negotiate?" The centaur asked, still shaky from the shout that Yu had emitted from her voice.

"Well, I was wondering if you would give us four years to prepare for the war against you and your people." Dai started to take charge, noticing the anger that Yu was burning off as she gripped her sword.

"Hmph. Four years will make your army ready for mine?" The centaur asked Dai. Yu and Eli went to Trelawney to comfort her.

"I froze up." She whimpered. Dai heard her whimper and he resisted a growl. "Yes! In four years, we will be ready to fight you." Dai announced with bravery. The centaur rubbed his white beard and he smirked.

"Alright! In four years, we will meet up at Moconia and we will fight to the death." He tells Dai. Dai bowed to the centaur.

"Nothing more, nothing less. It's war, after all. We will fight to the death in four years." Dai agreed with the centaur's words. Dai and the commander of the centaurs shook hands with one another and they walked out of the centaurs' land, glad that the negotiations had went well.

When they had got out of the land, Trelawney fell to her knees in fear. "I'm so pathetic. I froze up in front of the enemy." She chastised herself. She couldn't believe that she had stood there, frozen in fear. Dai went to her and he got on one knee.

"It's fine to be afraid. You're just a child, so it's very fine for you to be afraid. You're not a violent person. You would rather just sit out in wars or help in stopping the enemy and not killing. That is commendable." Dai tells Trelawney in a soft voice. After Dai had received a smile from Trelawney, he hugged her. He helped her off of the ground. "Now, we will stay put into Yu finds an Elder to train from. Eli, wake up the army. We are going for another journey." Dai orders Eli. Eli obeyed his King's orders.
