'A demon among demons,' Sentry thought while staring at the anomaly in front of him.

He failed to understand why Arguise ended up dead in less than a minute of their battle, and even if he wanted to think about it, that would be useless. Asking the demon involved was never an option as well; he was not inclined to disclose how he did it in the first place.

However, with that fight alone, he realized something that made him question his memories.

'If a sovereign is this strong, how did the deities win against them?' He asked at the back of his mind.

Even though he couldn't gauge the extent of the silver-haired demon's capabilities, as the deities' close aide, he knew very well their strength and the limits of their powers. Comparing this knowledge against the scene that transpired in front of his eyes right now caused him to doubt their victory against the ancient demons.
