"Mama Mia, I would like to take a break and see Monsterphilia."

"Oh, Xian, you're new to the town and wanted to see it for the first time, right?" Mama Mia looked over to Xian.

"If you want to go, sure. You've attracted many new customers ever since you joined. I need to reward you somehow. Syr also took this day off as well. If you see her, give her this." Mama Mia handed me a purse.

"This is her purse that she dropped. It would get Syr into trouble if she suddenly lost her purse without realizing," Mama Mia explained.

"Thank you for giving me the day off," I thanked Mama Mia and walked upstairs to grab my purse.

I'm currently wearing the clothes I wore when I first woke up in this world, a one-piece dress with simple blue and black colors combined.

(Pic: Just imagine the deathbed dress from Elden Ring with blue at the top and slowly turning darker as it goes down.)

"I should buy a new dress. This one seems not fit for combat," I muttered and exited the Hostess of Fertility.

Many people on the streets were walking, and many more were vendors taking advantage of the event.

Spreading my soul, I soon found a large colosseum crowded with people inside and outside that piqued my interest, and I walked in that direction.

-3rd POV-

Walking towards Hephaestus's office, Freya saw Hestia walking out of the front door with something tied to her back.

Entering her office, Hephaestus looked over to expect Hestia forgetting something but saw Freya instead.

"Ah, Freya, what do you need?" Hephaestus greeted Freya.

"Sorry for coming here without notice, but I want to ask you something," Freya casually said.

"What is it about?"

"Have you ever heard of living weapons?" Freya sat on one of the guest chairs.

Hephaestus's eyes jumped in surprise.

"How did you know about living weapons?" Hephaestus cautiously said.

"Well, three days ago, a human appeared to possess a living weapon, and I wanted to see if you have knowledge about them."

"How? The only living weapon I created for mortal's hands was only just today," Hephaestus said, confusingly.

"Don't worry about them now. I just want to know how a living weapon works," Freya smiled.

Hephaestus paused for a bit to think and sat down in front of Freya.

"A living weapon is as it sounds, a weapon that can grow along with the wielder."

"But can a weapon be tied to the wielder's health?"

"No, and even if I could tie them, it would be akin to giving them a new limb, and clashing that weapon would only worsen the wielder's health. Freya, please tell me what kind of weapon you are referring to," Hephaestus seriously said.

Freya explained what the Xian's weapon could do.

"A weapon that feeds on blood, and if not fed will affect the wielder's health! What kind of weapon is this?" Hephaestus shouted.

"This is not a living weapon; this is a beast in the shape of a blade," Hephaestus explained.

"Thank you for telling me this," Freya stood up and approached the exit.

"Wait! Freya, tell me the name of this human that has this weapon," Hephaestus asked.

"Her name is Xián yǎ," Freya briefly said before leaving.

"Xián yǎ, huh? I need to find her," Hephaestus quickly closed up shop and exited her office to find Xián yǎ.

Xián yǎ looked around and saw many vendors near the entrance of the Colosseum, with many people entering and exiting the Colosseum.

Approaching one of the vendors, she asked what they were selling.

"Oh, beautiful lady, I'm selling Jagamarukun, only 50 Valis for one, and if you buy three, you can get one for free!" the vendors offered.

"I'll buy one, and if I like it, I'll buy more," she said.

"One Jagamarukun right away!" the vendor quickly got to work preparing the Jagamarukun.

Before long, he gave one Jagamarukun to her.

She took a bite out of the fried Jagamarukun, and the taste of potatoes filled her mouth, with the perfect balance between salty and sweet making it more delicious.

"I would like to take three more," she turned her attention to the vendors and requested more.

"Haha, you liked it that much? I'm very happy to hear," the vendor gingerly said as he prepared more.

With five Jagamarukun in hand, she wanted to explore more but heard people screaming in the distance.

Approaching the commotion, some people ran past her.

"THERE IS A MONSTER THAT WAY! RUN!" one passerby shouted at her and continued running.

"A problem even on my day off; it feels like problems follow me everywhere I go," she lamented. Approaching the commotion closer, she saw a giant gorilla chasing a boy and a short girl.

Observing closer, she noticed the gorilla was targeting one of the two people running.

Either that gorilla has a grudge against them or someone is controlling them.

Turning her attention, she noticed that the boy's identity was Bell.

"What trouble did my student get into this time?" she quietly followed them through the rooftops.

The gorilla saw a big enough alleyway to jump into and separate Bell and his companion.

Bell quickly got up to try and save her but he froze for a second looking at the monster.

"Do not hesitate in a battle, Bell," she criticized Bell's action.

"Huh? Xian?" He looked over at her watching from the roof.

"Never turn your back on your opponent, Bell

."

"Right!" he turned back to the gorilla and tried to strike the head.

*Crack* *Shatters*

Bell's daggers shattered on impact and gave the gorilla the chance to strike back.

"Your strikes are too weak," she said to the fallen Bell.

Bell throws a ball at the approaching gorilla and turns into a bright light.

He quickly grabbed his companion and ran through the alleyway.

"Good, it seems you still can think in this situation," she commented and followed them from the roof.

"HEY, IF YOU ARE GOING TO BE HERE, HELP US AT LEAST!" Bell's companion noticed her and shouted.

She ignored her shouting as they arrived at another alleyway.

Bell ran to a nearby alley, shoving his companion into it and locked the door.

"Bell, what are you doing?"

"Don't worry, Goddess, Xian is watching me, you just need to run."

"Xian? She's the one watching us run?"

"Yes, and she also is my teacher, so I will be fine."

Bell proceeded to run into another alleyway, luring the monster away from his companion.

"A self-sacrificing spirit, commendable," she commented.

"TEACHER, WHAT SHOULD I DO?" Bell shouted at her while running.

"A lone warrior should only rely on themselves, Bell," she dismissed his cry for help.

'Figure it out myself,' Bell thought and tried to look around for something to help him but found nothing.

A giant hand almost grabbed Bell, but he dodged in time, making the gorilla roll out of balance.

"Do not hesitate, Bell."

"BELL!" the twin-tailed goddess ran towards Bell and checked him for any injury.

"So tell me, goddess, where did you obtain such a knife," Xián yǎ questioned her.

She turned to Xián yǎ with a pouting face and complained.

"Call me by my name; my name is Hestia, the goddess of the hearth."

"Alright, Goddess Hestia, tell me where did you acquire such a knife."

"Hmph, why should I tell you," Hestia crossed her arms.
