1 prologue

location: mars, 2604

on a barren battlefield , there were dozens of saucer shaped ships floating in the sky, on the battlefield countless number of creatures that looked like a cross between a human and a bat were swarming the battlefield,

on the other side of the battlefield , a lone man covered in futuristic looking powered armour was standing, in both of his hands he had assault rifles locked and loaded,

"the last demon is standing over there, let us end his wretched race today, and then , we will concur the earth!!!" shouted a important looking person among the strange creatures while pointing at the lone man,

"general yuuji, hold on , 'the last hope 'is headed towards your position , just hold on for 10 minutes and we will retrieve you from that hell hole, the man receive the transmission to his helmet,

"negative command, 'the last hope' is right now on an important mission in the andromeda galaxy, we cannot pull it out just for the sake of a single soldier" the now named yuuji replied,

"damn it yuuji, you are the last of the first generation guardian super soldiers left, you are too valuable to loose" said the commander

"with all due respect sir, i am the only one capable of stopping this legion of devils from attacking the earth, there is no other choice, all we can do is hope that the second generation guardians are better than the first" he said to which the command went silent , because they knew that he was telling the truth,

slowly yuuji started walking towards the army of devils who had already formed up to fight him,

the walk turned into a full sprint at unimaginable speeds for the guardian, he suddenly appeared in the middle of the army and started firing his guns, energy weapons were fired on him from every direction but his shield managed to keep him safe,

he fought for an entire hour before he ran out of ammo from his storage space, he had already slayed thousands of the devils and had destroyed a dozen of the enemy space ships, but there were still millions left, he then brought out twin energy swords and continued his rampage,

each time he swung the sword, hundreds would die, this continued for another 2 hours before the swords broke from the brutal usage, yuuji then activated his N particle drive and strengthened his body to the utmost limit, by now the devil army was already reduced by 75% and the remaining devils were in complete panic, but yuuji was also on his last leg,

his power armor was in tatters as his augmented, indestructible bones and muscles were screaming in pain and exhaustion, due to his exhaustion he failed to react in time as one of the remaining ships fired an energy weapon on him, the result was the loss of his left side of the body,

"finally ,the demon is dead!!!!!" shouted a tired devil but was then interrupted by a chuckle,

"yuuji , just hang on for a few minutes, 'the last hope ' has completed their mission and are headed your way just wait out for few minutes and then we will slaughter their filthy kind" shouted the admiral as he watched the super soldier lie on the battlefield completely crippled, he was also watching a screen on witch a gigantic space ship was speeding through the universe desperately to save their last remaining guardian, but he was interrupted by a chuckle,

"look at them commander, all giddy that they had managed to take down a guardian , but guardians never die, we are simply missing is all, it is too late for me commander, i have overused the N particles to strengthen my body, now the rebound will surely kill me , just let me go out with a bang here, permission to go critical sir??" he asked to which the admiral replied,

"negative general , you are to stay put unti-" " dad " immediately the admiral stopped and looked at the screen as yuuji said,

"it's okay, just let me serve humanity one last time"

"very well, authorisation code 7 alpha 11 " said the admiral while tears came down his eyes as he watched his only son sacrifice himself for humanity as a whole,

"thank you dad, authorisation code confirmed , activation N particle gravitational collapse, reactor going critical in 5....4...3.....2....1.."

as the devils were celebrating their victory they suddenly sensed a tremendous pressure coming from the demon, when they turned around all they could see was a flash of light , and the they were no more,

the N particle reactor exploded and created a miniature singularity which consumed half of the planet along with the entirety of the devil army, the singularity then collapsed on itself and exploded leaving behind nothing but dust in his wake,

the last of the first generation guardians had perished while protecting earth form an army of devil which numbered in the billions,

history records:

2050: humanity had finally cracked warp travel, soon warp engines were created to travel between solar systems,

2070: a new form of particles called the N particle were discovered in the alpha centauri star system, they soon discovered the existence of these particles throughout the universe, the N particle allowed the user to manipulate nature to his will, the users were soon dubbed as the espers,

2220: humanity had now colonised the entire milky way galaxy, but they have yet to meet an alien civilisation, however they did come across ruins of ancient civilisations that seems to have been attacked by the same foe as many other civilisations, humanity begins to prepare for this mysterious foe should they ever face them, the guardian super soldier program is born

2304:the first super soldier is born, and the mysterious foe is finally revealed, it seems that the heavens and hell from humanity's records were actually true, and both the realms were situated in different dimensions, the heavens would guide a sentient race on a pre determined path with their teachings of gods while after a few millenia the devils would come out to harvest the life force of the sentient race who were now defenceless thanks to the peace messages sent by the heavens mechanisations, but humanity was the only race that had ignored said teaching and had developed on it's own path, thus the war with the heavens and hell began

2504: 200 hundred years after the beginning of the war, humanity has finally defeated the heavens but at a great cost, humanity had lost 600 of it's 700 guardian super soldiers, but the heavens were completely devastated, N particle bombs riddled the dimension with countless singularities that would eventually make the dimension collapse on itself, effectively wiping out the heavens for good

2602: hell was also defeated in a similar way to that of the heavens but a few legions of the devils managed to escape the destruction of their home dimension, in the end one of remaining two legions of devils was tracked down to andromeda galaxy , 'the last hope' an infinity class warship capable of destroying star systems was sent to eliminate them, however this left earth defenceless,

2604: the second legion came out of hiding and attacked the earth while the ship was still away, but their plans came to an end as the last remaining first generation guardian yuuji corvin sacrificed himself to destroy mars along with the legion, thus the war finally came to an end
