25 Sunlight Demonic Energy

Thomas didn't know how long it had been, his body was warm and filled with life. When he stood up, he immediately realized he seemed a lot taller than before, his hair was also reaching his shoulders.

The entire forest suddenly shook fiercely as bloody screams of pain and despair echoed in the forest.

"The group of survivors had been attacked!" Thomas soon guessed what must be happening and dashed towards the source of screams.

"So fast!" Thomas was surprised to see how fast he moved, his feet leaving trails of orange mist. He felt he was running on the same speed as a race car if not more!

Tree after tree passed by his field of view before a particularly large creature. The between the yellow fur, a big Azure horn was growing on the back of the beast. Its power seemed to be a little unstable as if enormous changes occurred within the beast's body.

"The beast is advancing!" Thomas grew worried as he saw the fierce creature biting on the the throat of a female adept. Her body fell down on the ground without a single breath of life.

Thomas was unsure about how strong he became since his Physique Awakening. At least it should be a enough gain more time.

Within the group that fought was Luis, Frank the other adepts that Kallen had met before. As for Luccas and his minions, they were nowhere to be seen.

Frank who was using his weapon to block one of the beast claws saw Thomas' arrival but he didn't stop. His eyes showed nothing but courage as he dashed towards the beast's left foot.

Thomas could see exactly what happened, only a flash of bloody light before the beast's left foot laid on the floor. Gray blood exploded over the area as Frank warned the other Adepts. "Step back, demon blood is a potent venom."

"What was that." Thomas was particularly curious about Frank's combat style and techniques. Even Thomas' Titan God's Shadow didn't do much damage to the beast. When the beast completes its evolution, even ten Titan Shadows would prove useless.

Yet, both Frank and Thomas underestimated the beast that was on the verge of becoming an Elite Beast.

Thomas' demonic sense detected the danger only a second before countless bolts of lightning fell from the sky, three of them falling right on Frank's head.

"Fuck!" Seeing as several charred bodies fell on the ground Thomas cursed. He did heard that when Adepts, demons or any dimensional creature was about to advance a rank they could cause severe climate changes with their unstable power.

Now, a a promising youth like Frank didn't even had the time to realize what was happening before he was in a condition where his life or death was unknown.

In a short while since he arrived there was only he and the beast standing unscatched, staring into each other eyes as flames of hatred burned in the hearts of both. Thomas' eyes were bloodshot as he screamed words only he and the demonic beast could understand. "Tok Pi Kaka pu!"

"Pak kii!" The beast seemed particularly offended by what he said and pounced on Thomas.

Seeing both his strongest skills couldn't be used at the moment, Thomas whispered the word.

If he wasn't already very fast, Thomas exploded into countless blurred afterimages. With his blade in hand he dashed in circles attacking all the demonic beast's blind spots.

*GRAAA!* Feeling all the scratches on its body, the beast roared to thomas who in response did the same, with his pair of eyes overflowing in a orange radiance.

*SHI SHI SHI!* Countless invisible wind blades appeared out of nowhere and striked several points where Thomas passed.

Both his shirt and battle suit were in pieces as his toned and carefully sculpted body was revealed in its full splendor.

Orange-colored demonic glyphs and runic formations decorated the whole body as intense heat was expelled by his body.

Booom!

A explosion occured the moment when the orange mist came in contact with the wind blades. The shockwave producing earthquakes that shook the whole forest.

When Thomas reached out with his hand and protected the other adepts with his energy.

"So this is how it works." With the passing time, Thomas was slowing getting used to the new demonic energy. It didn't felt as malevolent or even 'demonic, even so this orange mist is four times more potent that the gray mist. And maybe six times than the Anima Energy.

Of course, Thomas was only using it because he knew the warm energy of the Sunlight demonic energy was gentle . So as long he didn't transform into a demon or used any other power than belonged to demons it was fine.

Using his energy manipulation, Thomas gathered threads of the gray demonic energy was being generated by the beast's advancement assimilate it into his own demonic energy.

Soon threads of gray mist turned into countless orange spheres of heat and light. Like he guessed his new demonic energy possued the attribute of the sun, meaning it could produce immense heat and with his Demonic Energy Manipulation it was not hard to form fireballs with Sunlight Demonic Energy.

Bang! Bang! Bang! Bang! With the beast's huge body it was impossible for Thomas with his [Perfect Precision] to miss. The bright orange balls fell on different parts of the beast as they exploded in a bright flash.

"Nice." Thomas, surprised by his creation and nodded contently. "As it uses Sunlight Demonic Energy, so I will name it Sunlight Bolt."

With how much the earth shook and orange lights flashing time after time, even General Kaiser and the Vallar Gate's soldiers could see the spectacle in the distance. At this point, all the 2-star and 1-star fled the area and didn't even look back at the human soldiers as they were desperate to escape.

As experienced soldiers, they knew very well there was where their target, the 3-star beast is. But, who in the hell was fighting such beast to cause so much commotion?
