The next day, Luis went to the council with General Huskey, and Scullard. Scullard waited outside, as general Huskey and Luis went in.

"Good day commissioner " General Huskey said, they shook hands. Luis saluted.

"Good day Huskey, come on, have a seat. We were waiting for you". They sat down. Generals form Brooklyn, Los Angeles, and other part of the united states were present. 

"Elliott Ross, has vandalized our reputation, we have to act fast, because this matter doesn't only consign the Los Vegas police force. But the united states in general. That's why I've called this meeting. Every department in the united states, are gonna release two of thier professional DCI to capture Elliot, because the Los Vegas department can't handle it alone". The commissioner said. Luis smiled slightly within his self. Lucy was right. Thank goodness that they've started seeing it as a responsibility, and not a job of one man.

"However, I'm disappointed at Los Vegas department for harboring a traitor, in thier department. ". Luis came back from his taught, all eyes were on him and General Huskey.

"Mr Rivers is died, because someone from your department double crossed the information. Do you have any clue who did it? ".  The general from Brooklyn department said harshly, as they waited to receive answers.

"No! ". General Huskey replied slowly.

The general turned to the commissioner. " I think they are working for Elliot, that's why they couldn't capture any of his men. Left for my team, the DCI, and her teammates would've captured Elliot long before they killed custom Alexander. ". The general's word made Luis extremely tempestuous. He got up in anger.

"How could you alter such accusations on us it's I and my team that is handling Elliott and his gang single handedly. What did you, or your so called professional team done? , nothing!". He spoke uncivilly. General Huskey tapped him to pull hiself together.

"How dare you raise your voice on the General! ". The commissioner said. " Remember, I made you what you are today"

"Pardon my discourtesy sire". He sat down.

"Because I want Elliott capture at all cost, and with immediate effect",  He paused, and looked around " I'm handling the mantle of leadership to the Brooklyn department! ". The General from Brooklyn smirked. Luis was at the verge of nervous breakdown.

"I beg your pardon sire, you just handled the leadership to Brooklyn!? ". He said with utter most beweildment.

" Do you have a problem with that? "

"Sire, with due respect, Elliot and his team are on Los Vegas, and you are letting another state lead us, in our own state and mission? "

"I'm sorry Luis. You and your team aren't  providing the council, with increasingly potent report ".  He turned to General Connor.  "You said your team can capture Elliot and his men in no time?"

"Yes sir, they are professionally trained one of the best police academy." The commissioner nodded.

"Can I see the team leader? "

"Of cause.". General Connor smiled. Luis and General Huskey sat speechless and mystefied. few seconds later, a beautiful lady, worked in, with a guy.

"Commissioner, this is the DCI", General Connor pointed at the lady. " She's detective Brianna Crouch, skillful, and extremely clever.  And this is the CEO,  Oliver. A computer specialist, and a criminologist. ", General Connor introduced. They shook hands with the commissioner.

"Detective  Brianna, you have been given attorney, to lead the entire police force of the  united states". The commissioner said.

"I'm sorry sire, that's not right! ". Luis stamped his hand on the table aggressively, and stood up.  "We don't know thier capability. We can't just make them in charge, because thier general said they are best in the job? ". He protested.

"Quite Luis!  I'm in charge here, and I make the rules. If you have a problem with that, kindly drop your badge, and identity card! ". The commissioner spoke harshly

"I plead  on his behalf sire, it won't happen again ". General Huskey pleaded, but still not happy with the decision.

"Luis, you would be assisting her, I want you guys to work together and get me valid reports. Understood? ".

"Yes commissioner"

"Good, that'd be all for today. ". He got up, receiving handshakes for the generals. General Huskey and Luis left quietly.

"Hold it right there! ". They heard a feminine voice, as they where about to enter the car. Luis turn, on seeing the person closed the car door, leaned on the car with his hands crossed.

   " We haven't been  introduced, and you are leaving? ". Brianna said

"Sorry, my bad".

"I'm Brianna". She stretched her hand for a hand shake.

"I know who you are Brianna, General Connor told us". He stared.
