1 The Deal with the Deviless (prologue):

In the beautiful Land of Japan. In a village named Oshika (Nagano) there lie's the National Institute of Technology. In this college, studies a student whose name is "Akio Akira". He is 17 years old. Around 5 years ago, on a stormy night darker than the moonless night, an accident took place a car fell off the cliff and exploded the bodies were not found there were only ashes and crushed bones. The explosion caused a forest fire that raged on for 5 days continuously even the rain was unable to stop the raging fire till extreme measures were taken to stop the fire, the nature helped in stopping the fire. The car belonged to his parents who brought a birthday present for young Akio the shock shunned the poor boy of his ability to think. He locked himself in the room not eating or drinking and when he came to his senses he was at his parent's funeral. His relatives did not take him in saying "He is cursed, he will kill us too".

So, Akio lived in his parent's house and did part-time jobs to survive in the world. He studied hard and had good looks but had no friends in school life till he reached college there.

On the first day of his college, he is approached by a student, who says "good morning, I am Haru Hinata, you can call me Hinata for short. Are you Akio Akira?"

Akio replies "yeah and Goodbye to you too, Now leave me alone, the homeroom is about to start!"

Hinata went to the classroom next door.

Akio thinks's "looks like I won't be seeing him again." But much to his surprise,

Hinata came back in the break saying "yo, Aki what is that you got there" and sits next to him.

But Akio says "You should leave me alone. If you know what's best for you."

Hinata ignores Akio's warning and says "I am hungry today so I might eat your bento too."

Akio gets irritated and picks up his bento and goes towards the roof but Hinata is chasing him during the chase Hinata is stopped by Yua Sakura. Yua Sakura is Hinata's girlfriend and also his childhood friend. She stops Hinata and says to him "You should stay away from Akio because he is cursed." Hinata says "How do you know he is cursed unless you are the one who cursed him."

Sakura is one of the college Idols so curiosity got better of Akio and he hid near the stairs and listen to their conversation. Then Akio goes to the roof and starts eating his lunch then he is again approached by Hinata.

Akio says "You should stay away from me, I am cursed!"

Hinata draws a circle on the wall and gives a fork to Akio and tells him "Let us see if your bad luck is more powerful than my good luck." Hinata puts his hand on the wall in the circle and tells Akio to throw the fork towards his hand.

Akio first hesitates but then throws the fork aiming at the outside of the circle. But Hinata says that if you throw it out of the circle you will try again.

Then Akio throws the fork and it strikes between the index and middle finger. Akio says "Thank god!!!" thinking that he's saying it in low voice.

Hinata hears that and says "See you are not cursed, but the world is that threw rubbish words on the flower that gives sent of beautiful words."

Akio and Hinata become good friends, and Akio gets to know that Hinata is also living on his own. Because he asked his parents if he want to be more dependent on himself and starts living on his own with 10,000 yen as a monthly allowance out of which 7,000 is used for apartment and college, while the rest is used on food.

After knowing this Akio said to Hinata "you can come live with me, the house I live in is owned by me."

Hinata is excited and says "I killed two birds with one stone. No worries about my apartment fee and I also get to be more close to you".

Akio's house is next to Sakura's house. And it is very large and made of wood. It looks like an old Japanese house and has a back garden with many beautiful flowers and 2 Cheery blossom trees.

Hinata shifted his stuff to Akio's house. Akio learns that Hinata can't cook. He used to get food from a convenience store nearby.

On the first day of their days together Akio said to Hinata "Go take a bath." Hinata says "Want to take with me".

Akio replies "Would love to but I have to get dinner, maybe next time." Hinata starts bathing, and Akio goes to the kitchen, thinking about what he should cook today for dinner while he was thinking about that the door is knocked. He opened the door and found that Yua Sakura is at the door.

He asks her "So what do we owe you for this great visit?"

She asks "Is Haru here?"

Akio replies "Forgive me madam but the one you are looking for is not with me."

Sakura says "But he told me that he would be here. I even brought meat and vegetables for dinner, knowing you boys will be ordering something"

Akio laughs and says "I was joking he is here, taking a bath, want to peek? And yeah you are right I was planning to order something for dinner"

Sakura blushes and says "No I do not want to peek. And you will not order anything I will cook."

Akio says "It is good that you brought meat and vegetables, I was about to order them. But I will do the cooking today you are the guest."

Sakura reply's "Do you even know how to cook?"

Akio says "Why don't you try yourself, till that you can watch Television,"

Sakura sits and starts watching television.

While Akio was cooking dinner, he puts a milk glass on the table. Hinata comes out of the bath and says "Akio! is food here".

Akio says "will be ready soon, you can dink the milk on the table".

Hinata drinks milk and says "Yeah! Milk after bath is the best."

Sakura calls Hinata politely and tells him to sit in front of her. Then she starts lecturing Hinata when she was about to end with the sentence "You are not staying here with that cursed Akio".

Akio says "Dinner is ready, Hinata can you set the table please." They all sit at the dining table.

Akio whispers to Hinata "I have a plan to make her give permission to let you live here."

Akio says while sobbing "My family and I used to eat like this all the time. I feel like I am with my family here. I can go through all the rumors that the world has to offer if I can eat like this at the end of the day"

Hinata and Sakura were about to tear up then Akio says "What am I talking about it is just a dream but still thank you for being here now let us dig in"

They starts to eat the food was very delicious.

Sakura says "Wow, Akio you are a great cook."

Hinata is shocked and says "What you can cook that solves one more problem."

Akio says "Hope you like the surprise"

after a while, Sakura says "I will let him stay, and also my house is next door so I can keep an eye on Hinata"

After a while, they become good friends while the rumors of Akio slowly start to fade away.

But his fate was not that lucky
