The Meeting

*The light appeared*

As the light appeared in front of Yan Jun and Xin Wu, The light expanded and turned into a lady that looks like in her prime with green hair and, was wearing a dress made up of spider webs "Please don't scold him…It's not his fault…It's mine" she said with the most gentle voice as she floats down on the floor

As the lady floats down the two were out of words and surprised at what has happened in front of them, Yan Jun was the most shocked out of the two because he was the one who was looking for the light that appeared yesterday and, he didn't expect a beautiful lady to be enveloped in light

As Yan Jun stood up the lady got embarrassed and turned her head away from meeting Yan Jun eye to eye and, her soft white skin turned red from the embarrassment. Xin Wu jumped in front of Yan Jun and politely asked

"Ok…umm… Who are you?"

"Ohh I'm sorry I forgot to introduce myself… Hi I'm Xiang Shu, It's very nice to meet you" Xiang Shu introduced herself with a warm smile that captivated Yan Jun and, he couldn't take his eyes off of her.

"I'm sorry for troubling you two, especially you Yan Jun..." she said as she lowered her head

"Ohh it's nothing please raise your head" Yan Jun replied

As she raised her head Xin Wu invited her to sit down and talk about what happened. Xiang Shu explained where she came from and what might be the cause of Yan Jun's depression. The two were closely listening Xiang Shu looked at Yan Jun and asked

"How much do you know about this house?"

"Not that much apart that the tree is already 400 years old"

"You're not wrong about that but there is a bit more to it than that…this house is 600 years old in total and I was the original owner of this house…it all started 600 years ago when I purchased this land then built this house. This was a great home…but at the time there were constant wars and I often took refugees in my home but, some of the refugees had a much darker side to them…took advantage of me and robbed my life and after 200 years later a sapling was spotted on the very spot where I died and I got reincarnated as the sapling and now 400 years later here we are…"

After Xiang Shu told her story a tear came out of her eyes flowing through her soft cheeks because she remembers the betrayal after she did something so kind and brave to let strangers in her home, brought them food and a place to feel safe in as the war was going on after 600 years she was still holding these feelings of "Is this how my kindness will be repaid?" she let the pain out when she told that story and now she feels refreshed. Yan Jun handed her a handkerchief to wipe her eyes. "Thanks…" After she wiped her eyes Xin Wu asked

"What does this have to do with Yan Jun's depression?"

Xiang Shu looked at Xin Wu and looked down and said

"It's because 3 days ago I started to show up it was like an answer to Yan Jun's feelings of "not wanting to be alone anymore" and when I did. this whole ordeal happened so yesterday I was supposed to just watch over him and the house and never show up again and I was supposed give him a parting gift to let his happy memories shine rather than the bad ones but it back fired" she looked at Yan Jun in the eyes as if she was saying sorry to him...

"Well can you fix it?" Xin Wu asked. She puts her hands on her hips and looked at Xiang Shu with her left eyebrow raised up.

"Yeah…I can" Xiang Shu replied then she stood up and went to Yan Jun and she puts their foreheads together and started chanting. "Et caligo quae premit mentem ad lucem ut éxeas potestas!" then a bright light shined more and more the longer they touched foreheads and after 2 minutes the process was done and Yan Jun passed out from the spell. Xin Wu and Xiang Shu set Yan Jun on the couch and went to the tree and watched the swinging branches of the tree of which Xiang Shu came from.

"How long are you going to stay?" Xin Wu asked Xiang Shu out of the blue

Xiang Shu stared into space when she heard the question and just said "I don't know, to be honest with you…" followed by a nervous laugh. Xin Wu looked at her, kind of concerned but she couldn't say anything to her and what's left were silence between the two

*after one hour*

The two fell asleep from what happened earlier they were both tired and as the night went on Yan Jun had woken up from his sleep and saw the two passed out beside the tree he stood up and went to them, and sat down then smiled while he was looking at the two

"Thank you…for looking after me this night" then he stood up and carried them to his bedroom and laid them on the bed so that they don't have to settle for the cold hard ground. After he has carried the two he went to the fridge to eat something then went back to sleep on the couch.

*Morning*

The sun had risen finally after the Saturday that was supposed to be lazy day turned into a day full of surprises that was way beyond human comprehension but somehow Yan Jun and Xin Wu got through that day without losing their mind. Because having a light appear before you and transform into a beautiful lady is kind of hard to take in for some and so as the morning continued on, the two had finally woke up and asked why they were in his room and after they found out Xin Wu got embarrassed then just said sorry to Yan Jun

Yan Jun made food for them to eat then after they were finished Xin Wu said her goodbye to them so that she could go to her supplementary lessons not because she need to but she is way too eager to learn new things… After Xin Wu was gone Yan Jun was cleaning the house and Xiang Shu was sitting at the couch watching a video on Yan Jun's phone then a sudden clap of thunder echoed across the skies two human-like figures went down from sky and landed at the front of Yan Jun's house then as Yan Jun opened the door the two human-like figures asked

"Are you Yan Jun" Yan Jun was frozen in place and couldn't say anything and just replied with a nod then the two said

"Son…We have a lot to talk about…"
