Bloody Mess

Mei woke up early in the morning and helped the group pack the last remaining things. She went wake Lily up before leaving the camp. It was a rainy cold day but everyone decided to move even though the weather was horrible. The horses were slow and everybody was freezing. Elion was worried, he didn't know if the majority of the group will make it. Brad,the one set the trail told him it will a long trip and people might die but Elion knew it was better then being killed.

"Dad, are you sure that there's no guard here. I don't think we can afford more deaths."

Deep inside, Elion wasn't sure. He was sure of nothing. Through the years, Elion learned not to worry but there was way more people in group so it made it easier to defend kids or just people. Now, they were a minority who could fight.

Mei was listening to their conversation from behind and couldn't help but say a word. "We are the perfect target right now. We aren't armed and the visibility is quite bad right now. "

Jack sighed, he always wanted to protect his people but he can't fight alone. " I hope you're wrong. But what you said is true, except a few of us, no one have a sword."

Mei was not even officially a member of the group but she felt concerned.

"I can create a few swords but they won't last long. The best I can do is a lightning sword."

Elion was stunned. This girl really underestimate herself. Creating object with the natures are the most difficult things to accomplish yet Mei could create swords. "How many swords you can create?"

" Ten"

Elion just couldn't say a thing. Mei just don't realize how amazing she is. Ten lightning swords is an enormous amount of energy. Only the Salvatore could do that. "Then do it..."

"AAAAAAAAH"

Everyone stopped. The scream was coming from the middle of the group. Mei didn't wait, she ordered her horse to run and quickly reached the carriage. Brad just had an arrow in his shoulder...

Mei alerted everyone by screaming "AN EMBUCH!!"

Elion an Jack were ready fight as for the other they were only frightened. A men jumped out of bush ready to stab Mei but she quickly took sword and kill him without fear. Blood drops flew everywhere on Mei's body. She was a cold blooded killer. Then a wave of guards from the Dead Empire came from the forest. The whole was now encircled by the guards, leaving the dirty job to Jack,Elion and Mei.

One of the guards took a step forwards them. "You got two choice give up or perish."

Mei scoffed "Who said we're going to perish if we don't give up?" She suddenly ran towards the guard and let the typhoon do the job. Mei didn't only hurt one guard but about six or seven guards fell with the first one.

Jack smirked, near him a tornado was quickly growing before he released it. His attack injured half of the soldiers but they could still fight. He heard Mei mocking him "That's all you got, weak!" Jack smiled to her and in a flash killed three guards with his sword.

On his side,Elion was trying to protect his people but he was one against six which didn't made the task easier for him. " Can someone land me an hand?"

Mei nodded and join Elion in his fight. She covered him enough to let him create a Giant but both of them knew it wouldn't do the job. Mei jumped on the top of the carriage and spelled the strongest lightning attack she knew. The sky got darker and the thunder rose. Mei was smiling widely as she listened to the thunder, she knew that lightning is gonna come. It didn't took long before the lightnings electrocuted all the guards. The whole group was standing in a bloody lake. What a bloody mess!
