225 Morning Inspection

Li Fei knitted her brows when she felt the sunlight spilled atop her eyelids. The sudden blinding light stirred her awake. Slowly, she opened her eyes to a blurry scene of the messy bedroom. Clothes were strewn across the floor and pillows were lying randomly on the ground. Even the bedding sheets was a heap of wrinkles.

Li Fei fell in a daze as she stared into the empty space. Her mind was a complete blank while her body laid limp under the duvet. She couldn't seem to muster even an ounce of energy. Keeping her eyes opened were already a tiring task.

She felt heavy not only on her body but also her head. The moment she tried to lift herself up, she felt a rain of dizziness attacking her vision. So, she ended up on her pillow again.

The woman clenched her grip on the bed sheet when she tried to move her legs. Her thighs were numb meanwhile, her hip felt like she had been run over by a car or run a ten kilometers marathon.
