Hiroto-oniisan sneered when Jay did not deny his words. But, apparently what Oniisan found ridiculous was something else.

"If you want to make your stand as the president of this company, you should do it to me who is on equal foothold as you, Mr. Jay."

In that instance, CEO Jay became flustered and the rest of the shareholders were evidently embarrassed too. Some of them cleared their throats and pretended to be busy with whatever document lying in front of them. Yet, Hiroto-oniisan still did not let them off so easily.

He let out a derisive scoff in the next moment. "It's funny how you try to oppress someone unrelated just because you cannot deal with the supposed person."

'Ah...I see,' I was finally enlightened.
