110 An Unexpected Encounter

I was paralyzed upon receiving his dark gaze that seemed to squeeze my soul. Two black pools daring me to cross him but even if I swore to not have feared death, I wouldn't dare to do so. His fierce grip was enough for me to understand the danger that he could bring upon me. And it wasn't just him, but the three men behind him as well.

"Answer me!!" He tugged my wrist harshly.

I winced inwardly as I felt a massive pain strangling my thin wrist. "L-Let go..." I stuttered through my clenched teeth and dripping cold sweat.

However, instead of mercy, what I got was atrocity. I was slammed against the frigid hard wall and the man did not do it half-heartedly. It was as if he truly wanted to crush me entirely.

"I'm gonna ask you one last time," he growled menacingly like a monstrous beast, "Where did you get this bracelet?!"
