12 Chapter12

Ana-

After the talk she had with her ex friends she felt as a burden was lift up from her shoulder. This was something due from a really long time. If they hadn't cleared the air between them Ana knew that it will be impossible to work together in the future. The talk was not that bad. Actually she had missed Arjun. In her life everything was served to he in a silver plate. She has a doting father and a mother who will do anything for her happiness. Two elder brothers who has spoiled her rotten. And three best friends who will always back her up. But Arjun was different. Arjun's company was totally different and she liked it. Growing up love was not something she didn't get so Ana never wanted a boyfriend. She knew that one day she will have to marry according to the choice of her father or grandfathers. She was happy with it. Even with Arjun she never developed any romantic feelings. He was always one of the most reliable and a trusted friend in her eyed until both of them destroyed it. She wanted to apologize to Arjun for behaving that way. Ana knew she should not have done it. She shouldn't have lost control. Now that she had apologized and cleared their misunderstanding she felt really good.

Ana somewhat regret not telling Arjun about her babies. She knew that the children deserved their father. But she knew telling about their children will only bring more complications. They said that Arjun is engaged and going to get married right. If she had revealed about the children Arjun will be put in a tight position and Ana didn't want that for Arjun.

Ana hope that with this meeting they all will be able to move on from their past.

Ana knew now there are things she had to tell Adri. So she went to find him and told him the situation. First Adri was angry with Arjun for not taking responsibility for his actions. But after so many persuasions Ana could calm him down.

She could only hope that all will go well.

after there interaction in the club both Ana and Arjun felt really good. they didn't meet each other for about a week. Both of their companies cooperated well and the things were going pretty well. Ana was also living according to her father will. She spent more time with her babies and most of the time busied her self in work.

There life was going perfectly. The fear Ana had about Arjun knowing about Alex and Alexissa was also fading little by little. Ana thought that as Arjun was busy with his life there will be no way to Arjun to get a hint. She was extra careful past week. Usually she will take her children to office and give them the chance to spend the time in her office but past week she never did that, She didn't want to take a risk.

In other side Arjun was happy. His work was going well and he had cleared things with ana . Although they wont be able to have the friendship they had in the past he was still satisfied. And also his wedding was coming near. His friends were excited his parents and relatives were excited. Isha was all worked up for the wedding. But He didn't known why wasn't he was excited. there was a nagging feeling in his mind but he was able to push it away.

Its been a week and both of them were living there lives happily. Both of them tried their best to not interact with each other and stay pit of each others lives.

Arjun-

After a week

Today was a really hectic day for Arjun. He was tired and wanted to eat something really badly. So after finishing his work he started his drive back home. He wanted to go home and have a nice meal. It was like 6 in the evening but he was damn tired and worn up. As he remembered that Rohan and Sid are attending a party today he decided to g to a small café and get something to eat. So after existing from his office Arjun instructed his driver to drive to a certain café. He knew that food in there were the best at this time. So after reaching there he get down and went inside. it was not crowded but there were many people in there. Arjun went and sit in a table and waited till a waiter come to him. he gave the order and waited until it arrive. While he was waiting he saw a small figure in his right side. He saw a small girl waiting in the table. She was all alone and there was a woman and an man standing behind her. Arjun was surprised. the girl must be 4 or 5 years old but she was all alone with her nanny Arjun thought to himself. He was not used to these type of things as his mother and father has always accompanied him in this age. they had never allowed him to leave all alone.

Arjun was looking at the the girl when he heard the woman saying,

" Young madam . it is late now. we should go home I will tell Henry to bring you donuts. If we were to become too late madam will panic"

The young girl looked at the nanny and sad that

"But i want to eat them today, Please suzan" he heard her saying to the woman

Arjun had a urge to look at the girl . So he looked. the moment he saw her he was mesmerized. She was the most prettiest girl she had ever seen. The girl was familiar to him and it was like he knew her. He eyes and facia; expressions reminded him of someone but he couldn't pinpoint it. He had the urge to talk with the small girl but he didn't want to scared her away.

He was so engrossed looking at the familiar yet unfamiliar little girl he didn't see his order being placed in his table.

He was sad knowing that the little girl didn't get what she want to eat. He wanted to give it to her and make t he little girl happy. Looking down he saw that he had also ordered a donut and his order has arrived. He decided to give it tot the girl. So he took his plate and walk toward the table.

the girl was on the verge of crying, Her nanny and the other man was making many efforts to take her from there. But He could see that the girl didn't want tp go. So Arjun walk towards the table and greeted her.

"hi little girl. I heard that you wanted donuts " he said to her with a smile.

The girl looked at him with surprised eyes. He could see the tears in her eyes. Arjun wanted to wipe those tears away. But controlled himself because he didn't want to scare her away.

"Ye yes yes. i want them but hey say that it will tale lots of lots of time and Suzan here wants to take me away. Please help me mister" the girl told while crying.

The man and the woman who was standing behind the girl looked at him helplessly as if saying 'please help us'

Arjun decided to take the matters to his own hands

" ok hon. here here please stop crying. I will give you my donut ok" she said to her.

" really mister really. " he heard her saying

she is cute Arjun thought to him self.

" Yes honey. take it." he said to her in a very caring way.

Arjun could see the smile blooming in her little face. seeing that make him happy tooo.

Thank you mister. Next time we meet i will buy you whatever you want to eat. "

"ok ok little girl. May i know this wonderful girls name though" he asked her.

Arjun didn't know but he had the urge to know the name of this little girl.

" My name is Alexissa but you can call me Lexi because you are my friend' he heard her saying.

"Mister thank you for the Donut. But now i really have to go. Lets meet again. Bye Bye"

" bye Lexi" he waved at her.

With that the little girl went from their with the man and the woman. watching her walk out like that made him feel something strange but Arjun didn't no what is it. So he let it go.

Strangely his tiredness and hungriness were also gone with that little girl and it was like he had boost up after a long time.

he wanted to meet her again. And that was the only thought that was running in his damn mind. For some reason Arjun felt that the girl has took something belong to him and he coudn't understand that feeling.
