17 Chapter 17

Isha-

Isha knew something was wrong. No matter how everyone tried to conceal it she could see through their facde.  Specially she could see through Arjun.  Isha knew Arjun was not that happy seeing them here. She thought that her Arju will be happy to see her after weaks. but guess not. He was not. she could see it in his face. It seems like he is in another world. Thinking about the incident happened while ago brought tears to her eyes. 

So Isha decided to confront Sid or Ro. she needed answers and she needed them soon. She was going to get the answers from them by hook or crook. She didnt't want arjun to behave that way. 

She loved him so much that it hurt her so much because of his simplest actions of negigance.But she was not going to say it to him. She didn't want to become a clingy girl friend. She thought that she will get answers in the next mjorning. So after unpacking her things as Rohan told them they went to sleeep. 

Deep down ISha was waiting for arjun to come and wish her good night. But he never came. This was unbearable for her. Arjun behaving thus way only made her su hurt. Keeping those thoughts aside and determined to confront  Sid or rohan next day she fell in to a deep slumber. 

(Next Morning)

She woke up early in the morning. Diya was still sleeping beside her. She  wore her clother and went to the living room. Everyone was sleep.  She had an idea. She meekly tipoad to Arjun's room. Open the door and went inside. He was sleeping. He looked so peaceful in his sleep. Seeing Arjun sleeping like a baby smile came to face. She wa hurt of his actions. But he could never hate him. He is the live of her loife. isha couldn't imagine a life without Arjun. 

After  covering himself careffully Isha gave a kiss on Arjun's forhead and went out tof the room. She made it to kitchen and syated preparing breakfast for all of them. 

Suddenly he heard a sound. When she looked back she saw Rohan with a bottle of water in bis hand. 

" Good Morning Ro" she said to him 

" Morning Ishu. Why are you up early in the morning. Wait are you making breakfat" asked Rohan

" Yes. I am. i thought of making an Indian brakfast for all of us Ro. Why ? don't you like it. "  she asked him.

" no... no.. noo... Ishu it's not like that. We thought that we will take botht of you out for breakfast today. " Rohan said to her. 

" there is no  need for that Ro. Icould make them. Be sides Arjun like to eat what I cook naa" she said to Rohan. 

Bring arjun to the topic brought some awekwardness to the mood. Suddenly Rohan went silent.

" ah yes yes. ok Isha i will go now" sayimg that Rohan decided to leave the place. 

But  she was not going to let him go before getting some answers. So she called him

"a...h RO. I... I... need to ask you something and it is about Arjun" She said to  Rohan. 

Rohan instantly froze on the plcae. From the way Rohans demenor chanaged Isha understood that something was wrong. Rohan was not good at acting or lying ever. So anyone could detect his strange behaviour when he is lying. 

" what do you need to know Isha. I don't think that there is something you need to know abot him specially now Isha. " he said to her.

" Don't lie to me Ro. I can feeel it. Something is wrong with Rju and i can feel it. Why are younot telling me" she pleaded. Her voice cracking. 

Isha could feel that tears are trying to spill from her eyes but she controlled them.  She didn't want to act as a desparate and a weak woman. She was strong. 

Rohan looked at her seriously.

" There is nothing going on with Arju Isha. He was busy for the past few waks. you know naa this project is veryy omportant to us. So he was working very hard. That is the reason he is very stressed these days." Rohan smoothly lied but in a final tone. 

Isha had no reason but to believe him at that moment. But tears came out of eyes in the nexr second. 

" No  Ro. There is something wrong with my Arju... I can feel it. It just feel not right. " She stammered again. 

Rohan was looking at her silently but didn't utter a word. So she cried harder and harder. 

"You knoe naa.. Ro. Arjun is everything for me. I don't think i could survive wihtout Arjun. I have always  loved him he had treated me as a princess. But yesterday i felt like something had changed. I am scared Ro. For me there is no life without Arju.." She said in a very low tone. 

Rohan listened to Isha silently and suddenly pulled her in to a hug. Rohan knew that something was wrong with Arjun and had beed wrong since years but he was able to pretend like everything was fine. How could he tell Isha that her arjun was a mess all because of one girl.  How could he tell her that for weaks her Arjun was thinking of another girl.  It will be so painful for her and he knew it. 

Rohan felt a sudden rage inside him. He wanted to lash out on Arjun for his behaviour but he knew that whatever Arjun is doing out of his control also. Rohan knew Arjun was facing a hard time. 

So he hugged Isha in a very friendly manner and consoled her as much he could. 

" Ishu... there is nothimg like that. We will never allow Arjun to break your heart and Arju will never do that not intentionally. You know it naa. So wipe your tears and be strong  okay. Others will come down now. I dont want you to cry early in the morning. Today there are lots of things we  have to do. So buckle up " Rohan said to Isha in a very gentle manner. 

" ok .. Ro. I think that is true." She said to Rohan.

After  that  Rohan went to his room teeling her that he will come after changing and getting rady for breakfast. 

For now she decided to beleive Rohan. Her Rjun will never do anything to  hurt her. With that thought in her mind she decided to finish making the breakfast.
