The dawn of a new life

15 year old child dies, but not by illness, accident or murder, and is given a chance to lead a life in a completely different direction, however will his past experiences or the unknown dangers put a damper on that idea? This is my first novel, so please don't be too harsh with the comments please ^_^, however I will take constructive criticism to heart to the best of my ability. Thank you for bearing with me.
