With a look of shock plastered on both of our faces, though you couldn't properly see mine since most of my body was disappearing into light.

'What the fuck just happened?!' Out of nowhere, the feeling of bliss I was experiencing before quickly switched into one of pure unimaginable agony, like someone pulling all your fingernails out and then pouring lemon juice onto it then jabbed a nail through each one of them.

While our mc was screaming his heart out in words that would make pirates cry tears of happiness and joy from how foul his words are.

The old man that Alex was speaking to earlier, wasn't actually even the first GOD but the second one after his predecessor used up most of his/her/its life force and power to birth the universe, it has been so long that only primordial beings and ancient beings remember that fact but they are quickly diminishing either through old age or they been forgotten that the universe has deemed their existence unnecessary. Before Alex could catch a glimpse of what was happening he blacked out(?) due to the pain. In all honesty, he should be happy that he didn't get to see what the geezer was dealing with because it turned into a situation that would make the MC piss his pants and shut his eyes in the face of true fear, terror, and beauty that it would fuck up your psyche. But all it did to the old man was just make a frown appear on his face after the shock he experienced disappeared because he was an ancient existence and one of the strongest if not THE strongest.

What stepped through the fabric of space that was just ripped apart was a man that was well known in many stories even getting movies and series about him, that man was none other than, One of the seven Arch-Demons, the fallen prince himself the manifestation of Pride, the once glorious light that the second GOD named him after light itself, Lucifer Morningstar, with a look of carefreeness he spoke, "Well hello father, it's been awhile, hows mother doing?" While walking closer he looks around" What a nice place you got here, when did you buy it and oh, what beautiful decorations you should really tell me who your decorator is cuz my goodness they did a wonderful job."

The old geezer peered at him with a look of suspicion etched all over his face with his eyes narrowed, "Luci, why must you keep causing trouble for everyone(me especially, WHY CAN'T YOU LET THIS OLD MAN JUST SPEND HIS DAYS JUST RELAXING), you know your mother can't stand you doing this, you know how much it hurt her when you rebelled against heaven." The old man(GOD) shaking his head in expiration.

"While I love causing trouble to heaven, due to the fact it brings me a lot of joy, at the moment I'm not here for that," looking at GOD, in mock shock of how he could think he could do such a thing, he continues," I'm here to fetch one of my toys that you may have on you at the moment."

The geezer sighing looks up with an expression of clear irritation," Luci, you know I don't like the fact that you treat the humans as toys, they are sentient beings like us, so you should treat them not as equals but with great care because you also know what fragile creatures they are."

Walking towards the geezer, Lucifer with a sneer says," So what? The only reason I haven't outright destroyed them is that I find them amusing and I shall treat them as I see fit," getting up in GOD's face, "I do what I want anytime I want to them because I view them as lesser beings and they should always believe so."

With a look that could freeze over even the Sahara desert into a tundra," Luci, be careful what you say to me before I wipe you out of existence, even if it meant that your mother wouldn't talk to me for eons, I will so tread lightly."

A smile crossed over Lucifer's face. The old man looked back at him and asked," Why are smiling you brat?" With the smile increasing, even more, he answered," Because I got to do what I was here to do in the first place which was to distract you while I fuck up your plan."

With a look of shock after realizing the implications of his words, GOD turns around so fast, that if a normal human did such a thing there head would snap and corkscrew, with his mouth forming an O then turning into a look of anger," Luci, what have you done?" With a thunderous voice filled with anger that shook the temporary room in Limbo, he turned back to Lucifer, with a glow in his eyes that could disseminate an entire regiment and make even Bear Grylls defecate his pants.

Coldly laughing with his own eyes turning a glint of red with his aura flaring up in a mix of black and purple, the evidence of him being a high ranking demon, he looks straight into GOD's eyes and says," As I said earlier I do what I want anytime I want to."

The next that happened would leave anyone who saw this spectacle in awe and fear. They fought at such a speed that even I as the narrator could not describe without messing up a few minor details. With sparks of light and purple clashing together, with glimpses of a halberd going ham on purple.

"You know old man, you should really learn how to relax once in a while," with his clothes tattered and cuts and bruises evident all over him, Lucifer remarked.

"I would if you stop meddling and messing up everything," with a hmmph escaping GOD's lips he lifts his halberd high up and slashes down.[My will is eternall]

Their battle continued on for quite a while so much so that it destroyed the room and turned it into pieces that floated off into the endless void. With a resounding boom, the battle ended.

Few moments before their battle ended, Alex was finally able to break free from his trance, with the pain lessening by a substantial amount with new knowledge flowing into his head, while he couldn't glimpse it properly he could still catch bits and pieces here and there. Without a doubt, the info that he saw left him shocked.

'What the hell is this?!' silently musing over the knowledge he got after experiencing pain, he never thought he feel such agony in his lifetime, he would never want to feel again. What he didn't realize is that the pain he felt was nothing compared to the pain he would feel if it touched his spirit instead of just being etched onto his soul.

'Where is this knowledge coming from? For some reason, it feels like it's something I should know but at the same time it feels unfamiliar.'

What he would soon find out in the near future is that this knowledge he received wasn't just knowledge but something far greater than anyone whether gods, divine beings, immortals and etc. would slaughter an entire civilization just to receive a mere glimpse into.
