1 Our start

15 January, 2075, NASA. After locating space stations in Mars and Moon and using all of their resources we are finally going on an expedition towards an earth like planet name SPECTRE-48 located in the Andromeda galaxy. To establish a civilisation there. Since our Solar system is at the brink of destruction.

My name is Ishizawa Haruta and I am a part of this grand expedition. I am 25 years old and I am appointed as the Doctor for the team of the astronauts. I specialise in Neuroscience and a researcher on the same topic. Our crew is of 10 members including me. The team is a young team that consists of the age group 25-38. Our technical team consists of 3 members namely Mr. John, Mr. Rakesh and Miss Jades. We have a Zoology expert Prof. Ricks and a Botany expert Prof. Lucy. We also have a team of 4 Professional Astronauts, Mr. Chris, Miss. Charlotte and Mr. and Mrs. Amber.

So today is the start of our expedition and we will begin it from a space station located in Mars named PHOENIX. And our space shuttle is quite lightweight but sturdy made of polycarbonate and lightweight steel which is a recent invention. So we are here in the space shuttle ready to be launched anytime now. Mr. Rakesh starts to joke about us dying today due to unsuccessful launch. We all gets angry and scolds him. Then suddenly announcement is done that the launch will start now. The counting starts "10 , 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, LAUNCH."

We have now started our journey, whole World is relying on us. We said to ourselves, as our journey will be 1000 light years ahead and we just have that much fuel which is not solid Hydrogen but a combination of Uranium and Plutonium which is highly toxic and radioactive due to which it release a large amount of energy on combination.

Now we are near Jupiter as this thing is quite fast. But it will still take us 1 year to go there. Now we went for our 6 months nap in our special chamber where we can hibernate. As we put our shuttle in A.I. Mode where our specially trained robots will watch over the shuttle and tell us if anything goes wrong during our hibernation.

Around the 4th month the robots wake us up and started to mention about a black hole that is up ahead. Our head technician John and Rakesh started to change the course of the shuttle by increasing the speed of the shuttle but it was all in vain we are drowned in by the Gravitational pull of the black hole which was hundred folds more powerful than our shuttle's turbo mode. We all lost consciousness after that and didn't know what happened after that. The next time I woke up I was in a snow covered desert and surrounded by many polar bear like living beings.
