85 The Encounter(1)

The violet haired woman was Valerie. She smiled and said: "How have you been?"

Alex said: "I'm okay. How about you?"

Valerie blushed and said: "I'm also fine. Let's sit."

Alex nodded and sat beside her. The parents of Alex and Valerie did the talking while they quietly ate. Samuel sat beside Mary and Joseph and ate while listening.

Their family did not hear the sound because they were busy talking to each other.

Alex wanted to chase the man because that picture contains him and Valerie together. Alex took his phone from his pocket and texted someone on his phone and quickly put it back in his pocket.

"So, Joseph. Why did we only meet your grandson now?" The old man in his 50s across, Joseph asked.

Joseph said: "Well, you see. Alex and Samuel's mother hit it off, but Alex had amnesia at that time and forgot all about it."

Joseph smiled playfully and said: "They are still young. Why not let them decide."

The old man sensed Joseph's playfulness and was curious why. Joseph still remembered the Brooks family and choosing between Valerie's family over Samantha's family. He knew what was more important.

There was a burst of loud laughter that rang in the whole room, and the people looked at the man who laughed. After seeing the man, everyone immediately acted normally as if they didn't hear the loud laughter.

Everyone on Alex's table looked at the source of the loud laughter and before anyone could react, a kid's cheerful voice rang: "Mommy!!."
