54 The Young Master's Challenge

The young master of the Roaring Tiger Sect was now surveying the scene, and his gaze landed on his guards, who were now lying on the ground because of Vargus's surprise attack. Disbelief and anger soon washed over him as he slowly turned his attention toward Vargus.

The young master could not contain his fury any longer, and he immediately glared at Vargus. "Damn you, Barbarian! Don't you know who I am? How dare you attack my guards?" He shouted, his voice echoing with indignation and a sense of violated pride.

Vargus's response to the young master's outburst was simple: a cold and calculating smirk. He also retorted, unfazed by the anger directed at him, "Aren't you the one who tells me that as long as you have a high status, then you are free to do anything you want, right?"
