What to do?

I am in a total dilemma, I declared a war against this curse but I am not finding a way to find this untouched man.

I am shuffling to and fro from one corner to another in my room when Rooni my friend entered by knocking on the door.

Why are you so anxious? She asked

I am in big trouble and need to find a solution to this trouble.

"What is it, Fang? You can tell me, I can help you if it is in my control." She said giving me a ray of hope.

I thought for a second and started to say the story of my family's curse and how am I a victim of that curse.

Rooni didn't utter word until the end of the narration and she just gave me a pitiful look.

"So what to do now," she asked

"I along with granny and mama traced out a solution yesterday after so much of research but that is the very deadly solution."

"What is it?" Rooni asked

"Sage are one of a kind people who live in the Himalayas, they have magical powers and they give a solution to the curse."

"And there is also a possibility that we can find the man who has the qualities to revoke my curse."

"The problem is they will live in the deep forest of Himalayas and normal people cannot reach them. Even though I try to go there ready to face all these consequences, I need to get lots of permissions and visa to visit India"

"So thinking all these you are stepping back" she questioned

"I am not stepping back but I am thinking whether there are any other ways to find the man who never touched a woman, without going to the Himalayas."

"This is a stupid thought, there will be any man in this world who never touched a woman even after he is 18, no way, and such species are not available in this world yet," she said with a studied tone

"Then what I should now?" I questioned

"You should go to the Himalayas, though you don't find the man you are searching for there you will definitely find a solution to your problem. I also heard that Sages have magical powers. We will please them to give us a solution."

"Rooni I feel hurt when I think about this curse and what is happening in my life, I fear that will I be alive by the day I find the man I am searching for"

"Anyhow let's go out and sit in the garden for some time," I said walking out from my room and moving towards the garden

"Fang, leaving you alone at this time is quite worrisome, I will have a sleepover with you today, please don't deny it," Rooni said so concernedly.

"Rooni, why this should happen to me only? What did I do to deserve this punishment? I am gambling with my life right now yet I don't find anything to come out from this curse. I feel like all the doors are closed. When I think that I am all alone in this, I get very sad."

"But thinking further, I feel I am in a better position than many people living on the earth"

"Fang, you are tired now, don't think too much, some way or the other we will find the solution for this problem, and trust me and believe in yourself, there is no other best way to accomplish, that believing in yourself and what you are doing."

"Come let's go inside its midnight already"

We moved back to my room, I covered myself in a warm duvet and slept with a hope of a good day to come.

The next morning, when I was having breakfast, Rooni came rushing into our house and dragged me to my room.

"What is this Rooni, why did you dragged me here?"

"I got an idea, I just want to say the idea to you, that's why I came rushing towards your house." She said taking deep breaths and not saying any word clearly

"Hold on, first calm down and then we can talk about your idea," I said passing her a bottle of water.

She took a few sips of water and started to say her idea.

"I just now heard that my father and your father are going to start a new business in India," said Rooni

"Ok, good," I said casually

"You know where in India?" she asked

"Where?" I asked

"My native Place in India, Nagaland and it is in the Himalayan range," she said enthusiastically

"Ok, what can we do with that," I asked not understanding what she is saying.

"You Dumbo" Rooni hit me on my head

"Ask your father to take you there with them, you can go there and ask for the man you are searching for and also you meet sages to find the solution." She said the actual idea.

"Hmmm, that's a good idea but where should I search for I don't know any one there, how can I find the place sages live and all" I said a bit sad

"Your father know about this right?" she asked

"Ya he know only about curse, not about marrying the man to revoke the curse" I said the real situation.

"Ok, then we both will go there with our fathers and you can say your father that we are in search of the remedy for the curse so that he will agree with us."

"That's a good idea Rooni" said granny entering into my room.

"Granny, you are eve drooping by talk?" I said

"Fang, that's not important, I will also come with you then your father will believe you and send you both with me" she said convincing me for the plan

"They will not allow you to go there until you have a grown up adult with you"

"Wow granny super" shouted Rooni listening to granny's idea.

"Rooni, keep this as a secret from everyone especially your father" granny warned Rooni

"Sure granny, don't worry it will be a secret" said Rooni zipping her lips.

I am feeling so happy after finding a small chance to find the man and a ray of hope in liberating me from this Curse.
