"y-yeah, I-I'm fine" stupid. Why did I stutter?

"As you say so" he smile.

My heart skipped a beat.

Why god. Why does he have to be so handsome?

Ahhhh, I'm literally drooling over him.

No pull yourself together y/n. remember, breath in breath out. Just like this.

"soo, do you like someone or have a crush on someone?" he asked breaking the unwanted silence.

Oh god what should I do? If I told him I have a crush on someone he might think that I like someone else. And if I told him that I don't have a crush on someone he might think that I don't like him. What should I do?

Breath in breath out.

"y-yeah, I h-have a crush on s-someone." I looked at him trying to see his reaction but he had a mixed expression. It looks like sad, jealousy, and angry I guess. Noo, who am I kidding, I suck at reading peoples expression.

"who is he" he asked. "I won't say" I replied smiling. "okay then" he said.

We kept walking in silence until I decided to break it.

"tha-"

"I-"

We both stared at each other, and then burst out laughing together.

"You first"

We again said in the same time.

"You first" he says fast this time.

"Well, I wanted to say thanks for walking me home you really didn't have to" I said, scratching my lips awkwardly.

"It's nothing really, besides my home is in the same way as yours"

He says grinning showing his perfect white teeth.

"Soooo, what did you wanted to say earlier" I remembered that he wanted to say something earlier but he didn't.

"I…. um…. I wanted to say…. Ummm. Just forget about it" he stuttered.

I saw his cheeks turning into a light pink colour. I think I'm just imagining things cuz it's completely dark and I barely see anything.

"okay" curiosity filled me. I wanted to know what he wanted to say.

Maybe he wanted to confess.

No, don't get your hopes too high; he probably wanted to say something else.

We kept walking until we reached my house.

"Well, we are here. Goodnight" he says scratching the back of his neck awkwardly.

Weird

I shrugged it off

"Yeah, goodnight" I smiled then began to walk towards my house.

Once I reached the door, I looked behind me to see Luca still standing there looking at me.

I waved my hand to him and he did the same.

I turned and opened the door as he began to walk away.

I entered quickly and closed the door behind me.

Phew. That was close.

Suddenly I yawned.

I'm going to take a quick shower then go to sleep. Tomorrow is going to be a very long day.

Luca pov

Stupid.

I was going to confess to her by wrong. Don't misunderstand I'm just afraid of destroying our friendship if she doesn't feel the same way.

I liked y/n from the start. She is perfect. Her black hair, that shines under the moonlight. Don't forget her innocent hazel eyes. And her smile is way beyond the perfection.

I made my way to my house which is just few meters away from her house.

As I entered the house I received a nontification from the group chat.

Angry boss: hey, did you guys reached home?

Mom: yeah, I drove Lisa home and returned to my home, Lisa slept on the way so I didn't wake her up and carried her to her room so she won't talk in the group chat.

Trouble maker: yeah me and Kevin arrived and now I'm heading to bed. Goodnight.

Crazy girl: I arrived  and I'm going to sleep. Nighty

Queen: yeah I arrived and I'm going to sleep as well. Goodnight everyone.

I guess they all arrived.

Lovely boy: I just arrived and I'm going to take a shower then sleep goodnight.

Angry boss: well then, goodnight.

Mom: goodnight, sleep well.

I closed my phone , headed to my room and put it on the nightstand.

I got my clothes then took a quick shower.

I adjusted the alarm to wake me up early.

I sighed

Tomorrow is going to be a very long day.

I started to think about y/n until I drifted to dreamland.
