1 Prologue- Tokyo Ward 3

Beep!
A man laid on the hospital bed, encircled by numerous doctors with an inhaler over his nose.
They all had special uniforms on their body and head, made out of hard metal, almost like they were trying to defend themselves from something.
"Sir! He's not responding to the substance! His vitals are fighting back!".
The man's eyes rolled over to the nurse that spoke beside him, she had her hands on an injection filled with blue glowing fluids.
He could barely make out the faces of the people around him, but their voices echoed inside his head while he tried to gain consciousness.
"Not good, his heart rate is dropping… fast!" Another male doctor exclaimed as he looked at the monitor.
"Hurry up goddammit! Release the nitrogen already!"
The head doctor panicked, shoving his assistant as he walked toward the monitor. He began tapping buttons, and everyone in the room could feel the tension building up.
Tusssh!
The sound of gas leaving the tank immediately went around. They all watched as the gas passed through the pipes and straight inside the man's body.
The monitors began reading clear signals, indicating that the patient they were operating on was peril free.
Nervous chuckles filled the surgery room one by one as each doctor began kneeling on the ground out of overwhelming relief.
"Looks like we can call this one a failure, get rid of his body and get me another specimen." The head doctor ordered.
He removed his gloves and tossed them in the equipment tray. Just when he was about to walk out the door, a weird sound echoed inside the room.
Rrccch! Rrccch!
The doctor gulped down his saliva, before slowly turning around to see what was making the creepy sound.
His eyes widened in shock when he saw a huge human-shaped monster with dark eyes and an all-black body, standing a few feet away and holding the severed head of one of the male doctors.
Blood dripped from the neck of the male doctor, soaking the while lab coat he had on before his body feel to the ground as blood spewed all over.
The rest of the doctors were so scared and frozen that they didn't even know how to react, the monster just stood there, making no movement or advances, that was until….
"Ahhhhh!"
One of the females screamed in fear and everyone began running out of the surgery room, screaming while they pushed each other around.
As soon as they arrived in the hallway, each person split into different parts of the building.
While some of them were simply running out of fear, only a few didn't let fear cloud their judgment.
The head doctor was an excellent example of that, his destination was straight to the MD of the organization.
He badge into the room, panting as he stormed in, "What did you do, Victor?!" The head doctor raged.
"Didn't anyone teach you to knock?" Victor voiced out with his legs crossed on the table and his back resting in the office chair.
The head doctor grunted with anger as he strolled over to Victor and tugged him close by the collar, "I just saw one of the monsters, free… in my lab!" He shouted.
"What?"
"I told you not to mess with something you didn't understand, I told you they were adapting, learning, but did you listen… no! And now that thing has taken the form of a 12ft freaking human!".
Victor pushed the doctor's hand away and hurriedly checked the security cam on his pc.
"Bloody mother fucker!" Victor exclaimed as he stared at the screen, the camera was videoing a white room that had a huge hole in the wall.
The doctor joined in to look at the screen and his eyes widened in shock almost instantly, "T-They escaped…" He muttered.
Victor grimaced, pulling his drawer out to pick up the desert eagle inside and immediately clucking the gun.
"Listen to me doctor," Victor used the remote on the table to lock the door remotely before he continued, "You've studied them, is there a way you can tame the Xynoins, get them back in the white room?".
Leaning against the wall, the doctor grip his hair tightly as he tried to control his frustration, " Like we even stand a chance against them, unlike when we found them, they aren't so fragile anymore, over the last few months, they've- they've been evolving, and I fucking warned you!." The doctor shouted, slamming his fist in the wall as he stared at Victor.
"If that's the case," Victor unlocked the door, "Then I see no reason to stay here." He walked away.
"You're just going to leave me here?! What about the researchers?!" The doctor shouted, banging his hand on the table furiously.
"Leave if you want doctor, I'm not getting killed by a freak of nature," Victor replied, he opened the door and almost instantly, a fast- huge moving human figure whooshed inside the room and pushed Victor to the ground.
The doctor stood right in front of the human beast, shuttering in fear as he watched Victor scream in terror.
"Fuck off, get off me! goddamit, die!" Victor panicked, firing multiple shots of his gun at the monster.
The bullets connected but there was no damage, it was like the monster absorbed all the bullets and the damage all together.
Clunk!
The bullets in Victor's gun suddenly finished, in a state of fear as he looked at the monster on top of him and began throwing punches out of desperation.
"HEY! doctor don't just stand here help me! Please damn it! I'm begging you!." Victor sobbed.
Screech!
Using it's right hand, the monster gave out a shriek and slapped Victor's head right off it's shoulder, sending Victor's head flying half away across the office.
Blood spewed from his neck like an open fountain, leaving the doctor who witnessed the whole thing in a state of shock.
The monster stood up from Victor's beheaded body and began to make its way toward the doctor.
A black show-like color with no face, its stature, and style of walking resembled that of a human. It was huge and about 12 ft tall.
The doctor was able to spot these facets, even though the fear he was feeling had passed the stage of return.
Once the monster was able to get close enough, it pushed his face closer and gave out a loud shriek.
The face of the monster opened up as it shrieked, it was so wide that it covered the whole altitude of the doctor's face.
All the doctor could do was stand there, frozen in shock as the fluids from the monster's mouth splashed on his face.
