13 Dancing in the moonlight

It was Friday night, I was listening to Lana del Rey while I was doing my homework in my room when suddenly somebody called me.

— Hello?

— Hi sweetie! What are you doing right now? It's 11 P. M and you're still awake up.

— Edward? Is this your new phone number?

— Yes, I lost the last one. But what are you doing?

— I'm doing homework.

— Ah, that's why I see a light on in your room.

— What? Are you outside? — I said looking outside my window but I couldn't saw him.

— Yes, I came to say hi. May I come inside?

— Of course not! You can't enter to my room whenever you want idiot! You are totally insane if you think you can!

— Stop yelling me Elizabeth, I'm not deaf.

— Okay, I'm sorry.

— Have a date with me then.

— A date!? Why would I...

— Hey hey — said interrupting me — first, why are you yelling me again? Second, it's just a date, I'm not asking you for marriage. And third, you still owe me something, remember?

— Can't believe this. Are you dare to play with my pain?

— No, I'm not playing at all. I just want to change the kiss you owe me for a date. But if you prefer the kiss... then I will be with you in one sec. I'm going!

— No!

— No?

— It... It's okay, I will have a date with you.

— Okay, then see you tomorrow at 6 P.M.

Who the hell he think he is? He stops talking to me for several weeks and now he wants to have a date with me? What an idiot!

After that phone call, I continued with my homework and after an hour I went to sleep.

Saturday morning was so calm, I went for a run with Alice at 8 A.M like every morning weekend since I met her. I told her about my date with Edward and so we passed the rest of the morning at the mall buying some stuff for the special occasion. We came back back to my house at 3 P.M and after eat she helped me with my makeup, clothes, and hairstyle to my date. I put on a pink plush jacket, a white cropped crop top, denim pants and black ankle boots which I combined perfectly with a bag and black glasses. She put on me a discreet but flirty makeup and smoothed my hair which is short and blond but very bright, at the end I looked myself at the mirror and I found myself as a precious woman, Alice really did wonderful things with me, I looked like a woman with style. My best friend took advantage of the situation and took me a picture which posted on my Instagram whit the legend: "Now I'm ready for a date with a sexy guy. Thanks, @AliceCullen, I love your style job here!"

After what she did I was a little mad with her but then we laugh together when Edward commented: "And who you think guys that it will be the sexy luckiest date of this precious woman tonight?"

I said goodbye to Alice five minutes before Edward arrived at my house. I was so nervous to see him and when I finally did I was totally surprised, he looked pretty handsome and sexiest than ever with his denim pants, his white printed T-shirt, his leather jacket and his black ankle boots. I was total foolish for him at that moment.

— You look amazing tonight my dear Lizzy. — said kissing my hand as completely gentleman.

— Thank you, yo-you look so hot, I mean so handsome. — I said so much embarrassed.

— Thank you, so... Can we go now?

After I said goodbye to my parents, Edward took me to his car and once inside he drove until we arrived at a popular coffee shop in Detroit (the city where we live) and then he parked his car outside before we enter the establishment. Once inside, we sat at a table next to a window and then we ordered some coffee and lemon pie. We talked about us for a while until we finished the coffee inside our cups and then we went to Riverside Park. Be there with him was simply amazing, that was my best date at the moment, we walked until we found an empty bench and then we set to talk again.

— I should tell you something Lizzy and it's very important that you please don't interrupt me until I finished.

— Okay, I listen to you then.

— When we first meet, at the chemistry lab, my idea was to seduce you for a plan of revenge I had. I wanted to revenge to Tiffany for what she did to my sister so I looked for a girl who I could easily seduce and sleep with me so Tiffany could feel what my sister felt. But then... — he made a little pause to think on well the things before continue — But then I realized that it wasn't easy to seduce you at all and so I realized that I started to really like you. When you told me about what Jacobs did to you I kick his as 'cause I really cared about you at that moment. Please forgive me, I was a total fool but now I can't contain my feelings for you, I'm in love with you and I don't want to lose you. Forgive me, please forgive me. — said begging on his knees but I was so shocked to answer.

— And what about Tiffany? — I finally said after a couple of minutes.

— I broke up with her, we both knew it was the best thing to everybody.

— I don't know what to say, Edward, I'm also in love with you but...

— Shhh — said interrupting me and putting his index finger on my lips — shut up and dance with me Elizabeth. — said to me and then he got up from his knees and helped me to stand up. After that, we danced in the moonlight while he hummed a slow song.

— Look at the moon, it looks beautiful tonight. — I said.

— Wow, you're right. It's perfect for a special occasion. — said looking at the moon. And while he looked at the moon, I looked at him. We were so fucking close... Then he looked at me again makings us even closer, so he hesitated before slowly approaching my lips and finally culminating the distance between us with a kiss.
