1 Chapter 1

"Honey time for school", My mom said from the distance. I woke up and got ready for school. I got dressed and packed my lunch. I went downstairs to get to the bus. "Bye mom",I said. "Bye honey", my mom said. I got on the bus and saw my mom blow a kiss. Then, the bully of the school came up to me and said,"Your mom blew a kiss? What next, is she going to send you a love note or something". I couldn't talk back or do anything cause he had his friends with him, and plus all the kids would had made us fight at the end of school. "The snot can't talk", said the bully with a laugh at the end of his sentence. I couldn't fight because I wasn't the type to fight. I just read books and play video games. They sat down at the end of the bus. We finally got to school, and everybody lined up to get off the bus. Lucky me the bullies were right behind me. I tried not to do anything stupid,so I don't attract they're attention. As we were getting off the bus they pushed me. I just ignored it. When we got off the bus I saw my mom park,but don't worry it wasn't for me it was to talk to the principal about something. I couldn't know what it was cause mom wouldn't talk to me about it. I asked her but she never answers. Well I went to go eat breakfast in the lunch room ,and read a book. At the end of breakfast I went to my classroom. On the way there my friends found me."Hey, Kaden what are you doing", one of my friends said."Hello, I'm making my way to my classroom", I said. They walked with me down to my classroom, and kept asking questions like "Who do you like", and "What's your favorite period at school". I never answer the first question cause I didn't really like anyone. It's because I never really cared. I got to my classroom."Bye", I said going into my classroom."Bye", my friends said. We don't go into the same class. The only class we are all in is gym. The only thing we do there is either talk or play on our phones. Sometimes we have to run. I was pretty good at running. I got 3rd in our county,and 6th in our state. I didn't really care if I won or not. I tried my best though. "Kaden what is the answer of this question", My teacher said trying to get my attention while I was daydreaming. "Wait, what", I said quickly while everybody was looking at me. I didn't like being embarrassed. " Umm, Abraham Lincoln"I guessed. I knew we were in history class,and that we were talking about Abraham Lincoln for the past week. My luck finally came through,and I guessed right. I laid my head on my hand and got nervous. Let's hope that doesn't happen again. I can sense everybody looking at me,so I looked away from everybody and looked at the door. "Hey,Kaden come here", the teacher said with a smile. "Yes" I said while going up to the teachers desk. While I was going up there I saw everybody's eyes following me."everybody work on your work" the teacher said trying to get them from laying there eyes on us. " You can go get your books from the library, but there is a girl that I need you to walk around the school. She's new to the school", the teacher said. "Okay, yes ma'am", I said trying to be polite. I went to go and open the classroom door and leave,but I bumped into somebody on the way out."ouch" we both said. I heard a innocent voice in front of me. I saw hair of brown and innocent face."I'm sorry", we both said at the same time. I heard a laugh."it's okay" she said."Are u the new girl in school",I asked? "Yeah",she said with another of her laugh. "Well, let me show you around", I said. "Sure",she said. "Let's go to the library first because i need to get some books",I said so I can get my books on the way around."It's find I like to read books", she said with a laugh again. She had a smile on her face. I turned around and started walking with a red face. We went down the hallway and talked. It just felt weird walking down the hallway with her without talking,but it already felt weird enough that I was even walking with her. She didn't talk about herself,but I didn't mind. We got to the library and got myself two murder mystery books."I like those types of books", she said with a smile. I had a confused face as if I didn't hear her straight. "You do", I asked."Yeah. I like solving things.",she said. "Cool", I said. We head out the library and started walking around the school.
