1 A Nightmare
Both her eyelids and long curled eyelashes fluttered a bit due to the dark nightmare, twisting and turning her entire body dampened with cold sweat. She opened her eyes widely and sat up on the soft bed. Even the air conditioner couldn't keep her body dry, cool and comfortable.
Taking a look at the clock whose hands glaringly showed the time, Jingxi knew it was going to be another sleepless night.
Turning on the light, She muttered to herself, "Great Jingxi great, even a pig smells better than you. No wonder You need to take at least two showers per day despite your hectic schedule." With another long sigh, She entered the airconditioned Restroom.
Slowly stepping out of the anime printed cotton pajamas she entered the bathtub filled with rose water and lavender oil after placing the pajamas in the washing machine. Jingxi had quite the habit of creating new machineries based on her research on the original one from her middle school. This washing machine was one of them.
The warm water with waves of micro currents produced by the semi-conductor coated electric ball also emitting tiny bath bombs engulfed her slender body as the fear and anxiety earlier due to her nigtmare slowly dispelled.
Tommorrow was also gonna be an eventful day oblivious to her.
Georgia tech institute, time - 6.00 am
A mini bus was resting at the side of the famous science garden of GEORGIA TECH INSTITUTE. It was one of the top science institutes of Country S.
Due to high quality lab instruments and Professors with great teaching skills most international students preffered to get admitted here. Although that wasn't a easy task to complete.A large number of international students opt to take admission here every year, by taking nine proper tests besides SAT, ACT, TOEFL and AP tests.
Clear concept of the basics as well as advanced theories were needed in order to pass the three steps exam which included High level Question paper prepared by theoritical physisists, Submitting new ideas by thorough analysis via thesis and The last but not the least step of submitting fresh, convenient innovation which also had to surpass the expectations of Experienced Scientists.
This was not the end, yeah pretty tiring I know.
One even needed to possess some other extra curricullar activity certifications like- knowing code languages, Some sort of involvement in Web designing courses, owning an online business which consists of a topic related to the major e.t.c.
Dancing, singing and drawing... these weren't even considered as extracurriculars if one didn't do well in them on international level. All in all Georgia Tech Institute was more like a modern magical academy for modern self made princes and princesses.
As it was a cloudy evening slight breezes chilled the surroundings, occational mild thunders could be heard, Jingxi entered the Institute campus with dreams reflecting in her almond eyes.
She had a pinkish fair skin, long curly brown hair updone in a messy bun leaving a few strands framing her small face and a pair of glittering bright eyes with lush and long lashes.
Her butterflywings shaped collar bones matched with her swan neck. She was wearing a knee length full sleeve baby pink dress paired up with a black denim. Which was twirling softly due to the cool breeze. Without any doubt the dress was perfectly matched with her beauty.
she was releasing a pure and innocent vibe, beautiful enough to attract gazes of appreciation from all the visitors of the campus. However it was only her who knew the darkest and deepest mysteries hidden behind those glowing eyes.
A few seniors as well as newcomers held their gazes at her for a while to appreciate this beauty. For a while, since their papers and crowded timetables were not something to be ignored.
As every single freshers she was also a lot excited about her university life. Her biggest dream is to make a breakthrough in the world of Quantum Physics. Professor Sean Caroll was the main lecturer of the Astrophydics brunch for which she was enrolled for.
Suddenly her cell phone buzzed....She ruffled through her white purse before finding the phone. Quickly turning down the volume she locked the purse and then picked it up.
A loud voice could be immidiately heard just as she placed the phone near her ears. Fortunately she placed it a few inches far from her ear or else she must have been deaf by now.
" Hey, Jingxy where the hell are you and what are you doing so early in the morning without meeting up with me.. I have been waiting for you in the subway for atleast three hours....By the way do you know Paris Perfect recently launched a new perfume? Oh another thing I also got to see a really really handsome eye candy yesterday. Hey are you even listening?"
Jingxi who completely forgot to inform her bestie about her first day at university today facepalmed and replied back, "Today is my first day in the university. So bye bye, the registration will be starting in a while, see you later."
The girly childish banter of the two besties went on for a while and our heroine of this story ended the call saying," ayiaa..you talk so much. I will be there in a minute.bye."

Sure enough she has not noticed a pair of eyes were fixted at her for a while and the gaze was not normal.
She felt a cold chill running down her spine. Looking around she failed to notice any abnormalities and walked away feeling a bit uneasy.
"Hey, are you new here?" A mild looking guy with glasses approached her when he noticed she was looking around standing at a single place unsure of where to go like a lost child.
"Yeah, Actually I am a fresher, I was trying to find the way to the Reporting room to get my Id card." She answered with a slight smile.
"Oh, I see, come with me, I was going to the library and the office will be in the way, is that ok with you?" He answered gently charmed by the soft smile of the sweet girl Infront of him.
