{Previously On "The Crown-Less Princess"}

The hooded female's eyes widened in realization. She needed to act now before it's too late. If she can save at least one innocent life today, she will.

"I have to go." The hooded female stated as she quickly ran away. Leaving a completely shocked and confused man.

"D-did she seriously run away from me?" The man just mumbled to himself.

After all those days and weeks of searching. She had found them, and then what? She had completely ran away from them.

Sometimes knowledge and information are more important than gaining an reward and pride.

Will the hooded female be able to save Aviana?

Will we finally know the true identity behind that hood of her's?

Will Karma and Caspian finally wake up and not sleep through Aviana getting chased and basically hunted down?

Or will something even worse happen to poor Aviana?

Find out the answers to these questions in this chapter of...

"The Crown-Less Princess"

'I just have to keep running. I have to keep running even if my legs can't take it anymore.' Thoughts of encouragement were all Aviana could think of to keep her going.

She had ran, and ran, even when she didn't know where she was going, she ran.

I guess the question she had for herself had finally been answered... 𝙛𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩 𝙤𝙧 𝙛𝙡𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩?

She had clearly chosen flight the minute she had the chance to.

There was no way in hell she was going to win that fight or even stand a chance if she tried.

Running seemed like the only plausible answer, and so she did.

Before she knew it, she had come to a halt.

Something stopped her from going further.

Maybe not something... but 𝙨𝙤𝙢𝙚𝙤𝙣𝙚.

She couldn't take another step forward no matter how hard she tried. It was as if something was stopping her... literally.

Before she knew it she heard footsteps and the cracking of leaves behind her, but something was different.

It was as if they weren't chasing her anymore. They were just walking towards her.

Even though Aviana had her back towards the footsteps she could identify it as the same two men from earlier.

"Well, well, well." one man said as his voice came closer and closer. "looks like you can't move.... Pity." they had started snickering. "I wonder why?"

You could just hear the smirk in their voices. Aviana was disgusted. Did they do something to her? this was probably one of their abilities.

What were they planning on doing with her anyways? she was just a random girl they stumbled upon in the middle of the forest.

Aviana tried to turn her head to confront the two men, but soon realization hit her.

She couldn't move at all.

She had absolutely no control over her body whatsoever.

If she didn't have control over her body.... then who did?

'This is bad... Really bad.' Aviana thought.

"oh~ looks like little bunny noticed." one of the men said smiling, inching closer. "You see, you're under 𝙢𝙮 control now."

Aviana's body slowly turned around to face the two men, this time she didn't want to face them, but she had no control over her now slowly turning body.

There's no way she's 𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙥𝙡𝙚𝙩𝙚𝙡𝙮 under their control right? there has to be a way to snap out of this. If this really is one of their abilities then it has to have a weakness or a flaw.

After all, 𝙀𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙮𝙤𝙣𝙚 has their 𝙡𝙞𝙢𝙞𝙩𝙨.

As her body slowly turned to stare at the man that now had control over her, thoughts were running wild in Aviana's head.

Aviana's eyes had looked down at the man's hand, curious.

𝘾𝙡𝙞𝙘𝙠..

What sounded like a bracelet had clicked against the man's ring.

Had he had his hand up while she was turning?

"W-w huh? " Aviana just realized she could speak.

'Alright, maybe he can just control me physically?' Aviana was thinking. 'So I have control over what I say and where I can look, but that's about it.'

Not much to go by huh?

"Oh~ look at that" The man smirked. "little bunny is trying to speak!" the other man said sarcastically.

"W-why are you doing this?" Aviana said. 'Damn that stutter, I shouldn't come off as weak, not that they haven't noticed by now.' Aviana thought, sarcastically.

There's possibly a 1% chance that Aviana can come off as intimidating, especially not now.

The two men glanced at each other with an unrecognizable expression.

Did they even know why they were doing this?

"You don't know, do you?" Aviana had somehow gained courage out of nowhere. "Pity." Aviana had repeated the man's same words back at them smirking.

Aviana couldn't move, so if she had control over what she says, she was going to take advantage of it.

"I don't know about you, but it seems to me like you're both just little puppets on a string." Aviana had glared daggers at them. "Do you just follow whatever your leader says like dogs?"

The men were almost speechless. How the hell does she have the guts to say all this to the men that literally have control over her body. They could control her like a ragdoll if they wanted, yet she still talks like this?

One man exhaled in disbelief. "Enough of this." The man that had the bracelet and ring said.

Without a second to react, Aviana had been launched backwards as her back collided with a tree, the force of her being flung backwards had made some of the leaves on the tree fall.

𝘾𝙡𝙞𝙘𝙠..

'There it is again. That sound. That stupid sound, what was it?' Aviana didn't have time to see anything, it happened so fast. Only after she had dropped to the ground after colliding with the tree had she looked up.

She saw the same man slowly in the middle of dropping his hand down, making that clicking sound once again as his bracelet and ring made impact against each other.

'So he has to use his hand to control me?' Aviana was thinking, she definitely shouldn't act off of that information. After all she doesn't know how his ability works exactly. He might be able to use his ability with any part of his body but just prefers using his hand.

She was once again lost in her train of thought for the hundredth time, she had completely dismissed the intense pain throughout her body, more specifically her back because of the collision.

"ugh! why can't we just kill her now?!" the man that wasn't controlling Aviana said.

"boss wants her alive apparently -don't ask me- " the other man replied, pausing, he looked at his alli with a glare. "Don't try anything myles." he said sternly.

𝙊𝙝 𝙝𝙚 𝙢𝙚𝙨𝙨𝙚𝙙 𝙪𝙥.

That last sentence he said gained Aviana's attention as her ears perked up.

𝙈𝙮𝙡𝙚𝙨 𝙝𝙢?

That was his name. Myles.

Little did Aviana know, that was more useful to someone else than her.

Out of nowhere once again, a person jumped from a far away tree, swung on the tree branches, then slowly landed on the ground in a familiar position.

'Is-is that the girl from before?' Aviana stood wide eyed as she thought in realization.

She looked at the hooded female in awe as she tried to signal to her with her eyes that she couldn't move.

But the hooded female didn't need any signals to tell her what was going on...

After all... she was here all along.

If anything, Aviana's weird eye movements creeped the female out.

The two men stared at the hooded female in shock. "Hey boys, odd bumping into you again, isn't it?" the hooded female said as she smirked.

"I thought this fight was over." one of the men said, stressed.

"oh baby, 𝙬𝙚'𝙧𝙚 𝙟𝙪𝙨𝙩 𝙜𝙚𝙩𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙧𝙩𝙚𝙙."
