1 Humans

Humans. They are fascinating, they have no particular feature, no horns, no paws, no feathers or pointy ears. Just an unfinished project.

That's what you would think at first glance.

Dig deeper, you can find mages among them. Powerful ones. But what made humans scary and unapproachable was their minds.

They had the power to create machines made to kill, not only their enemies but each other. They organize such complicated plans to bring each other down. It's fascinating.

Some people might look at them like experiments. What are they going to do next? Mass murder? Genocide? Slavery?

All done before. But what tools will they use now? Overly complicated schemes? Or a new dangerous weapon?

They are what other races would call monstrous. They are considered monsters yet, they are the least frightening people you can come across in the world. Says a lot about them.

They are a mystery. Their "justice" is interesting as well. A man gets to decide who lives and who dies because of a little ring of gold upon his head. And public humiliation is a bonus. All the kingdom is welcome to see you get fucked. It seems there is a lot of injustice in their methods

Then again, we aren't the judges here.
