Chapter 10: The Work

Nicolas Garcia-Almada's POV

I was looking at the backside of my wife right now. We were in bed as the rain was pouring lightly outside. It was the morning after the night of seduction that I took my wife again and again until she can only scream my name and I am sure her voice was hoarse now.

I was tracing my fingertips across her side before she was stirring in her sleep. She was turning around to look at me as her amber eyes were shining with happiness right now.

"Morning," she said hoarsely before I chuckled. Then, I was taking a glass of water and gave it to her. 

"Thanks," she said as she was drinking the water. She emptied it in seconds before she was giving me an empty glass. I smiled as I was putting my head in my hand and leaned on my elbow.

"How are you feeling today? Tired?" I asked her as Cami was glaring at me. I smirked before I was pulling her closer to me. She snuggled against my warmth before I was smiling at her.
