14 Fury and losing Control

-Shadow Cat's POV-

After taking care of my jobs four in total and finally getting away from the police I arrived home. For some reason I couldn't shake off the feeling of something bad happening but I decided to ignore it and hurry inside to see my beautiful princess. All throughout the day I couldn't help but be confused at the amount of worried she showed before I left.

As I open the door I am surprise to find it unlocked. My heart quickens as panic slowly fills my insides. I look around the living room to find it empty. "Princess?" I call out for her. I look in the kitchen the halls and knock the door to her room. "Princess are you there?" I call out again but still I hear nothing. I quickly open her bedroom door to find it empty.

Now I am fully panicking. I run all around the house hoping to find her. "Oh no what if they found her here? What if they saw me and kidnapped her, princess please be okay" the thoughts of her being in danger filled my head. After searching all around the house with no luck I run outside to look for her. As I reach the front door something that I didn't notice before caught my eye. There in front of the door laid the spare key. As I grab it my blood boils.

"How could she? She promised me she wouldn't run! She lied to me! She intentionally hurt me. She is a liar and I will make her regret ever lying thinking about betraying my trust." Shadow Cat hissed as he held the key tighter. Shadow had lost control and now his body moved without his consent.

-No one's POV-

As Shadow Cat realized Marie had intentionally escaped anger filled his heart. Not only did she lied to him, she ran only making him feel like she only thought of him as a criminal with no heart. Anger took over, Shadow lost control, and now darkness overcame him. His hazel eyes turned black, his light brown hair followed its steps, his face expressed nothing but hate, his hands grew what seemed like claws, and his world had now became black clouding his better judgment.

The only thoughts in his head was her betrayal and it only made him feel the need for vengeance. He wanted blood, he wanted to make others feel his pain, to teach her a lesson. She cause this, her betrayal caused him to lose himself and now who would stop him? Only once had this happened before. Witnessing the death of his father had taken a toll on Shadows emotion leading to him losing control and ending the lives of 47 men.

Once again like that night Shadow is no longer here. Evil now took control of his body entirely. He lost the only woman he had ever loved before and now the monster had awoken. That monster his father had created him to be.

Shadow Cat used his lighting fast speed to search for Marie. He had not been gone for long therefore she could not have gone too far. He would find her, he would get rid of anyone that would come in his path and he would make her regret the moment she decided to break her promise. After a couple of minutes Shadow smirked as he heard a voice he surely recognized. "Fuck you" Marie called out. "Found you, princess."

Shadow Cat whispered getting on all four as he was a lion stalking his prey. Following the sound of her voice he got closer and closer. With every step the sound came out stronger, he then realized she was in danger. Someone else was there with his princess. As he arrived he was angered by the sight.

There Marie was being choked, touched! He saw as his princess was lifted in the air by a disgusting human with a death wish. As the men touched his princess breasts all hell broke loose. He has already lost control but this; this was the straw that broke the camel's back. Shadow Cat had been set off in a whole different level.

Shadow Cat didn't hesitate to charge towards the men that held Marie tackling him hard landing badly on the ground. A crack was herd as the man collided in the ground. It was certain Shadow had broken the man's ribs. But that did not stop there. Shadow proceeded to turning the man's neck until it snapped ending his life in a near second.

The other two men quickly reacted as one of them threw his knife at shadow penetrating deep in his shoulder while the other moved towards Shadow. They believed the knife would be enough to slow the notorious cat down but as he had lost control he felt no pain. It was as if there was a whole new level of adrenaline fueling his body.

Shadow Cat simply removed the knife from his shoulder blade and jumped towards the man who had thrown it at him. Before the man could blink Shadow Cat has slid his throat with his own knife. Thinking this was far from enough for what they were doing to his princess he held the men tightly with one hand as the other stabbed the men's chest over and over again with rapidity. Blood gushed out of the man as he fell dead on the ground.

As Shadow Cat was about to turn the third man kicked him in the back causing him to slightly stumble. This only angered Shadow even more. First they hurt his princess and then they have the audacity to actually fight.

The man was quick to swing his knife in an attempt to cut shadow but shadow was too quick. With only a couple of moves Shadow had managed to disarm the man and kick him hard making him fly a few feet from him. Shadow then slowing inched towards the man with a sinister look in his face. "No one touches MY princess." Finishing the last few words Shadow throws the knife and the man landing straight in his heart.

Marie had regained full consciousness halfway through the fight. Her eyes widened in fear as she watched Shadow Cat stab the men repeatedly on the chest. Marie was sent in a state of shock. Her body froze in fear as she watch the scene on fold right in front of her.

Shadow really was a heartless criminal and what was worse was that she knew she was next. She was fully aware she is the reason for the occurring events. She knew she had broken her promise and lied, she had ran away when he trusted her not to and now she would pay the consequences.

Marie waned to run, to scream, to do something, anything that could help her survive but her body did no such reaction. As much as she tried her body simply would not respond. She watched as Shadow Cat removed the knife from the man's heart and walked towards the man he first killed slowly cutting his hands as a message. He wanted to send a clear message to anyone who saw this. "NO ONE TOUCHES WHAT'S HIS!"

Tears ran down Marie's eyes, her body trembled as a bloody Shadow Cat slowly walked towards her. For the first time since he arrived Marie noticed how his once hazel eyes and beautiful light brown hair were fully black. Evil was imminent in his eyes. They were fill with such hate that it got to the point where they were hypnotizing not allowing her to even blink. She remained still as he got close and whispered "You broke your promise, princess and now you must be punished."
