51 Ch.51

--Zach's POV--

It's been an hour since me and Tsunade got caught in the act. After we took a shower I got dressed and headed downstairs. On my way down I spotted the two culprits staring into the abyss with hollowed eyes. Calling them, I had them follow me down to the kitchen where I got them each a glass of milk and me a beer. Sitting down across the table from them I contemplated what to say.

Nawaki: "I'm sorry!"

Naruto: "Yeah, yeah I'm sorry too!"

With a sigh, I just took a sip from my beer.

Zach: "So, how much do you know about what we were doing?"

Nawaki just looked at me curiously, that one knew nothing but knew he walked in on something he shouldn't have. Naruto, on the other hand, had a thoughtful look and was scratching his cheek.

Naruto: "The lady I lived next to used to scream like that. When I asked her why she was doing that, she told me she had to make a living somehow. I always saw Konohamaru's teacher Ebisu leave her house."

I just chugged my beer and facepalmed at that. Getting up I ran and brought a couple more cans because this is going to be a rough talk. Sitting back down I cracked my next beer open.

Zach: "So, from the beginning, it will be. If you have questions just ask them and I'll answer the best I can."

Nawaki: "Ok."

Naruto: "You bet!"

Zach: "To start it out, what me and Tsunade were doing is called sex. When a man and a woman love each other and want to have a baby they have sex."

Nawaki: "But why was Nee-san screaming like that?"

I coughed at that one.

Zach: "Because I'm really good at it."

They just stared at me and I sipped some beer.

Naruto: "But Tsunade already has babies inside of her, are you trying to put more in her?"

Zach: "Sex also feels good for both the man and the woman. But ya'll worry about it too much, you're too young right now anyways."

Naruto: "BUT I WANT TO FEEL GOOD!"

Nawaki: "Yeah, yeah!"

Zach: "Maybe when you're older and find the woman that you love. Though, you have to treat them right and have them love you back. You can't just force yourself on some or else you'll get into a lot of trouble. For instance Naruto, you know how Hinata always stutters and turns red around you?"

Naruto: "Yeah, it's kinda weird."

Zach: "That's because she like likes you."

Naruto: "What? No way! But I like Sakura!"

Zach: "Why do you like Sakura?"

Naruto: "Because she's pretty and she talks to me a lot!"

I facepalmed and shook my head. There is not enough alcohol in the world for this.

Zach: "Think about everything she has said to you Naruto. Were they nice things? How did they actually make you feel?"

Nawaki: "What do you mean Nii-san? Have people been mean to Naruto?"

Zach: "Nawaki we'll go over all that you have missed in a couple of days. For right now just enjoy everything."

Naruto was sitting there with a dejected look on his face as he remembered all the "talks" he and Sakura had. With a heavy sigh, he replied to me.

Naruto: "It hurts, it really hurts. But she's so pretty, and..."

Zach: "Stop right there."

I dug into my pocket and pulled out my phone and googled Hinata Hyuga and tapped on the first decent picture. Putting my phone down I slid it to Naruto who picked it up and was staring at it. We sat there in silence as Naruto took in the picture and Nawaki had leaned over to look.

Naruto: "That's Hinata?"

Zach: "When she's older, yeah."

Naruto: "Wow… So pretty. Who's the little girl?"

Nawaki: "Look she has MRPHLLHGL"

I had Jumped over the table and covered his mouth. What I had shown him was a picture of Hinata and Himawari. Being on the Hinata boat, I wanted to make her path to Naruto so much easier. Looking at Naruto I could see he was staring at the phone lost in his own world. I know he doesn't know who Himawari is his daughter, but hopefully, subconsciously he sees the similarities. After a couple of minutes more of him looking I snatched my phone out of his hand.

Zach: "So, when ya'll are older. If you think whatever girl you decide on is the one. Come to me and I'll give you some advice. It's getting late, so you two go get washed up and go to bed. It's going to be a busy couple of days."

They nodded their heads and thanked me before running off to go to bed. I sat there for a time decompressing from the awkward conversation and sipped my beer. Lost in my thoughts, I was brought out of my head by a cough that came from the door.

Tsunade: "You're really good at it?"

I gave her my best smile.

Zach: "I don't hear you complaining."

She just smirked as she walked over to me and I wrapped my arm around her waist and laid my head on her belly. After a couple of seconds, I felt a couple of kicks from inside and I just smiled.

Zach: "They seem pretty active."

Tsunade: "I wonder why I think a mischievous man must have woken them up."

I chuckled at the and slipped my chair out a big and pulled her into my lap. Wrapping my arms around her and resting my chin on her shoulder we just enjoyed each other's company for a bit. But unfortunately, the world doesn't stop turning for us as much as it feels like when I'm around her.

Zach: "You need to announce to the village about the elders. That way we can get our plans for them rolling."

Tsunade: "Don't you mean your plans?"

Zach: "I told you, I do everything for our family. Bringing back the Uchiha will strengthen the village. The stronger the village, the less work we have to do in the future."

She patted my cheek.

Tsunade: "I know, I'm giving you a hard time. I'll address the village tomorrow and call our little crow home."

I just nodded and we sat there in blissful silence. After a little while, she had gotten a hold of my phone and started to play a slot machine app which she kept winning big. It's gonna suck once she has the kids and becomes the legendary sucker again. Might as well let her enjoy it while it lasts. After an hour and her starting to yawn, I decided enough was enough and carried her to our room.

Walking past Shizune's room we saw Jiraiya coming out of the door and Shizune standing in the doorway. Her face was tomato red, and he gave off a guilty look while scratching the back of his head. I just gave them a smirk, and Tsunade buried her face into my chest as we walked by and into our room. I let her down and started to undress for bed which she followed suit. We both climbed into bed and cuddled together falling asleep in each other's arms.

--Tsunade POV--

Waking up to an alarm is not fun at all. Feeling Zach's warm body enveloping me was a great comfort, god I had missed it. I had to sneak out of his embrace to start my day, there was a lot to do today. After getting ready I walked downstairs to find Shizune had already made us breakfast, this has been the routine since I had become Hokage. Grabbing a plate, I sat down in front of her and started to eat.

Shizune: "Tsunade, I--"

Tsunade: "Stop. We won't talk about it. I'll let you live in one of the other houses on the compound. I'm sorry for putting you through that all these months. We won't ever talk about this again."

She just blinked and nodded her head and continued to eat.

Tsunade: "Once we're done I need you to spread the word I will be making an announcement at noon and expect everyone to be present. We'll broadcast it to the civilians too. But I want all the heads to meet in my office asap so they can hear what is happening first."

Shizune: "Yes ma'am. Is it about what Jiraiya told us?"

Tsunade: "Bingo, now finish up we have a long day ahead of us."

We ate the rest of our meal in silence. After Shizune finished she was out the door to spread the word. After I got finished I wrote a note for Zach letting him know I would be in the Hokage's Office and to come when he could. Then I slowly made my way to the office enjoying the peacefulness of the village.

Reaching the office I walked through greeting the receptionist and took the letters that had arrived for me. Leafing through them as I made my way to my desk I sat down and started to organize them as I had read in one of those management classes I took online. The people in Zach's universe have this management stuff down to an art, it's scary.

Getting lost in my work, I barely acknowledged Zach walking in and sitting down at the desk that Shizune usually uses. I could feel his eyes on me as I worked and looked up to see that he was looking at me over the laptop that he had set up and gave him a curious look.

Zach: "Just admiring the scene or a beautiful woman at work."

I swear that man's words are always laced with honey. Blushing a bit I glared at him which caused him to chuckle and continue with whatever world-changing project he was working on. As I was about to get back to my work a knock came from the door.

Tsunade: "Come in"

My receptionist came in followed by the heads of the clans of Konoha. They had fanned out around my desk, and I had seen Shikaku, and Inoichi walks over and greeted Zach. Hiashi just nodded to him in acknowledgment, but the rest barely glanced at him. They will learn in time that there is a lot more to him than what they think. Once everyone was settled I motioned to the receptionist to close the door on the way out.

Tsunade: "I have multiple reasons to call this, but the main reason is to inform you of what I'm going to tell the village later today."

Random Small Clan Leader: "You better have a good reason for getting me out of bed this early."

A couple of the other leaders expressed their agreement with this statement. The two who could figure out what this was about, just shook their heads and listened.

Tsunade: "Kazue, how does the discussion of traitors within the highest echelon on Konoha sound?"

That shut them up quickly, and everyone narrowed their eyes on me. By now I had everyone's attention and I loved it, time to lay some knowledge on you arrogant bastards. With that, I started to weave the tale of what Danzo and the elders have done to the village. The proof I needed was provided by Inoichi, and I could see some of the clan leaders sweating a little bit. Some of the actions involved them to some extent, but it wouldn't be good to kill off too many people because of this. I really like the saying, "Kill the chicken to scare the monkey." it fits so well in this situation.

After recounting the numerous crimes that the Elders had committed against the village I gave them time to digest the information. The few questions I got were either answered by Inoichi, Shikaku, or myself. But it was time to get into the meat and potatoes of this meeting.

Tsunade: "Today, I will declare the elders guilty and they will await execution. Tomorrow, I want ALL of the jonin and up in the village to meet in my courtyard for mandatory 24-hour training. That would include yourselves, let them know that they will be out of contact with everyone for that time."

Kazue: "Why should we? My clan can't drop everything to just show up for training."

The comments from this small-time clan made me frown. But before I could ream him a new one Hiashi spoke up.

Hiashi: "The Hyuga Clan will be there."

Shikaku: "The Nara Clan will be there."

Inoichi: "The Yamanaka Clan will be there."

Just like that everyone else followed except Kazue and a couple of the smaller clans. It was within my expectations there would be a couple of hold outs at first. But once they see the results they will follow suit. Looking over to Zach I could see him frowning at the holdouts. When he looked at me I lightly shook my head to have him not worry about it.

It took a little more time to explain what everyone should bring and prepare for. But by the time the questions had ended, it was time for me to address the village. As I started to get up, Zach made his way to me and held his hand out for support. Taking his hand and leveraging myself up, I moved my arm up and we locked arms together. We made our way out the door with the Clan Heads following behind us. At times like these, we needed to show unity, and that's what we will do.

We made our way to the roof of the tower where a microphone and speakers had been set up to address the crowd in front of the tower, it was also set up to broadcast to the radios in the village. Walking up to the microphone arm in arm with Zach I was psyching myself up for the speech I was about to make.

Reaching the mic the crowd gathered had quieted down to near silence. Zach leaned over and kissed my cheek, knocking off some of the nerves I had. He then untangled our arms and stood straight next to me as I grabbed the microphone. I cleared my throat and started my speech.

Tsunade: "My fellow villagers. I have come to you on these trying days. Since I have become Hokage, I have found many things that I have been disappointed about. I'm sure rumors about what happened to the civilian council have spread like wildfire. My silence on the matter has not helped with that either, but there is a reason for this. I wanted to get everything settled before I addressed you, I wanted to make sure that what has happened will not happen again. Over the past weeks, I have found RAMPANT corruption in our village. I have also found many traitors to the village. The elder council Homura Mitokado, Koharu Utatane, and Danzō Shimura have all conspired with our enemies, in the past and in recent times. They have colluded with the Civilian Council to spread the word that Naruto houses the 9-Tailed fox."

The crowd was in an uproar after that. I let them scream, yell, and deny all they wanted. After a couple of minutes of me, Zach, and the clan heads staring them down they started to quiet down.

Tsunade: "Let me give you a little history of the boy that all of you called a monster. Naruto's father was an orphan just like his son. During the Third Shinobi War, he rose to fame and carried our village's hope on his back. After the war, he fell in love with Naruto's mother who came from our sister village Hidden in the Whirlpools. On October 10th, the day that will live forever in our village as one of the worst days in our history, Naruto was born. That same night the 9-Tails attacked the village, and Naruto's father was at the front lines to stop it while his mother worked away to seal the 9-Tails in Naruto. By the end of the night, they had succeeded in sealing the 9-Tails into Naruto. But unfortunately, The Yellow Flash of Konoha, our Third Hokage Minato Namikaze, and his wife The Red Hot Habanero Kushina Uzumaki had died. They sacrificed themselves to seal the 9-Tails in their own son! THE SAME BOY THAT HAS BEEN SHUNNED IN OUR VILLAGE!"

Before I could get worked up and really give them a piece of my mind, I felt a strong hand grip my shoulder. Looking over I could see Zach's hand on my shoulder, and I looked at him. He shook his head to let me know it was not the time to go into lecture mode. Snapping out of my fury I couldn't hear a sound from the whole village, reality had hit them hard.

Tsunade: "The elders had released an S-Class secret to the Civilian Council. It's such an open secret that there is no point in keeping it anymore. Breaking that secret alone would be a death sentence. I will not go into the other aspects of their betrayal since it is an S-Class secret. The Civilian Council has already been dealt with. The Elder Council shall be executed."

That got roaring cheers, the masses wanted to find someone to blame for their actions. That's why I decided to give them 3 on a platter. I let the crowd settle down before I continued.

Tsunade: "We will not give them the satisfaction of a public execution. They will die their traitorous death alone in the dark. Our village will learn from this and become stronger. I am proud to serve beside each and every one of you. There is a saying that comes from my husband's land, 'The crow does not hide its prey, but calls for others to share it; So wealth will be with those of a like disposition.' I'm calling all of you to share in the wealth that Konoha will rise too!"

As I stepped back from the microphone the crowd went wild. Zach had interlocked his arm back into mine and we stood there with our heads held high. Showing the crowd that we are strong and undaunted by the actions that had been taking on over the years. Today was the start of a new Konoha that will make our world tremble, and the one who started the chain reaction is standing right next to me. I couldn't be more proud of him.
