(A/N: VR is friggin cool. Got waylaid playing around with it, and just enjoyed the rest of my vacation. Hope ya'll enjoy!)

--Zach POV--

We reached the midway village by mid-day the next day. I had met Jiraiya at the gate after taking Nawaki's coffin. While we were in the time chamber I had given him the storage ring I had made at the mall. I had converted it to activate with chakra instead of my divine essence and to say he was impressed was an understatement. Of course, he did his silly poses upon realizing that he didn't have to haul around scrolls and manage which scroll contained what. Over the past year, Jiraiya and I have gotten closer. I see the man as the brother I never had, and someone I could trust my back to.

Dragging ourselves into the inn we got two rooms and proceeded to pass out. After a couple of hours of rest, I woke up when I rolled over and found that the side of the bed that Tsunade would normally sleep on was empty. Sitting up and looking around for her, my sleep-addled mind finally caught up to me. I just sat there for half an hour before I rubbed my face and decided it was time to get up.

With a wave of my hand over the bed, a couple of bottles of liquor appeared from the spacial ring I wore. The run over here I had cycled a lot of my Divine essence, so time to do what I do best, drink the pain away! While I was drinking I had thought of an issue with attacking Orochimaru in his own base. With him being a shinobi his base is bound to be trapped to hell and back. Going in with just normal armor would amount to suicide, we won't have time to disarm the traps.

We're going to hit him hard and fast, so I'll need something that can take me to hell and back. Thinking over all of the different armors I've seen growing up I finally figured out what I'm going to make. With a swig from the bottle, I started to cycle the essence I've gathered and formed the bottom of the metallic boot.

Losing myself in my work, creating layer upon layer of the armor I was finally snapped out of it by a knock on my door. Looking up I stared at the door, which emitted another knock. As I got up I stored the half-completed armor in my ring and walked to the door opening it. Jiraiya stood on the other side completely refreshed and ready to carry on with our mission.

Jiraiya got a good look at me and blanched, followed by waving in front of his face as he walked inside and I closed the door behind him.

Jiraiya: "Woah man, you REEK of alcohol. On top of that, you look like absolute shit."

Zach: "Yeah, yeah, had to top off and I've been creating something to get me into Orochimaru's base."

Jiraiya: "I figure we would sneak in and catch him by surprise."

I just stared at Jiraiya on that, which was replied by a shrug.

Zach: "Have you forgotten that I'm not a Shinobi, and I'm loud as hell when I'm trying to be quiet?"

Jiraiya: "You do have a point there, I'm just used to working with shinobi on missions like this. So, what is your plan?"

Zach: "Why would I spoil the surprise? Part of the reason I reek like this is that I've been using a LOT of my essence for the armor I'm making. I bet after Heph sees this he'll be begging me to make him one. But back to the point, I need probably 8 hours to finish it and another 8 after I drink myself into a coma after I finish."

Jiraiya: "You know Tsunade will have a hissy fit about you not getting done as fast as you can."

Zach: "Yeah, well tough. She can fester on it right now, might do her some good."

Jiraiya: "That's the lack of sleep and booze talking, quit that."

Zach: "Go pick up chicks while I finish this thing up and pass out."

I shooed Jiraiya out the door as he started to protest. Bringing out the half-finished armor I started the tedious work of completing it. Luckily I was still in the groove I had been in when I was making the armor. Working away for the remainder of the day, I had finally finished. Wiping away the sweat from my forehead I saw that the light outside had disappeared.

After stretching, I started to adorn the many different layers of the armor. It was a complicated piece of work, and luckily I'll only have to adorn it once. Once it's on me I can send it in to the storage ring and bring it back out anytime onto my body. It didn't help that I made a drinking game out of it, every time I put a piece on I took a shot. Towards the end, it was getting pretty hairy as I finally placed the helmet on, with a twist it locked into place.

Standing there looking at the screen on the inside of the helmet, I saw the boot-up sequences initiating and running checks with the whole armor. As the checks finished the screen went blank and the symbol of the Leaf Village along with UKVC flashed then vision of the outside of the helmet appeared in front of me. Along with a HUD that had a radar in the bottom left, a shields power meter on the top, and a couple of boxes on either side that was not in use yet.

???: "Hello Chief, I see that this is the first boot up. Would you like to go through a tutorial?"

Zach: "No C. Run a diagnosis on yourself to see if there are any errors."

It was quiet for about 30 mins before C replied.

C: "All systems are optimal Chief."

Zach: "Good, go into standby mode. I'll be placing you and the suit into the storage ring and pull you out when I need you."

C: "No fair chief, you create a girl and now you hide her away."

That stunned me, I knew I created an AI. But I didn't think I'd create one with feelings. Better check with Heph when I get a second, I know he's made golems before and it's kinda similar. With a sigh and a silent sorry, I stored the armor and dropped 6 inches to the floor because of the sudden loss of the armor. Now it was time to make some toys to kick things off when we reached Orochimaru's base.

--An hour later--

Stumbling to the bed, I gave it a good swipe and all the empty bottles fell to the floor and I just plopped onto the best and passed out. In what felt like no time I was awoken by banging on my door, guess Jiraiya is anxious to get this over with. Groaning, I got up and yelled out.

Zach: "I'll meet you downstairs!"

Jiraiya: "Hurry up, we've already wasted a day. We need to get over there before Orochimaru gets wind of us."

I just grumbled at that and washed up. Coming out of the bathroom I stared at the room before me which was a complete mess. I bagged up all the bottles and placed them next to the door, making it easier for housekeeping to clean up. They already have a rough job, I don't want them to work harder because of me.

Making my way out to the dining area of the hotel I saw Jiraiya at a table with breakfast already ordered. I joined him and started to dig into my portion that he had ordered. As I was biting into a nice crispy piece of bacon the curiosity of what I made had sent Jiraiya over the edge.

Jiraiya: "So, what is the armor that you made?"

Zach: "Spoilers Jiraiya, you'll find out once we set things off."

Jiraiya just pouted at that and we finished eating our food. I paid the waitress and we made our way to the front country to check out and pay the bill. After that, we were on our way once again to the Land of Sound, at a pace that we wouldn't be too taxed when we arrived.

--Couple of hours later--

We reached the outskirts of where Orochimaru's hidden base was. We hunkered down in a small forested area to go over our plan. Jiraiya had pulled out a map of the area and circled where the base should be. Looking at the map and going through what I had planned out last night. Waving my hand to our side a pile of cylinder objects with flashing red lights appeared. Jiraiya looked at him curiously and it was time to reveal some of my plans.

Zach: "So, I need you to plant these as close as you can around his base without being detected."

Jiraiya: "Sounds easy enough, what does that do?"

Zach: "Come one Jiraiya, spoilers!"

He just grumbled and stored them in his ring.

Zach: "So, after the welcome, it'll hopefully piss him off. I'll go in and drag his snake ass out. I just need you to take care of Manda if he's summoned. Also, if you get a chance, kill Kabuto for me. Little shit is more of a cockroach than Orochimaru."

Jiraiya: "Sounds like a plan bud, I'll be on my way to plant these."

Zach: "Godspeed Jiraiya."

Jiraiya: "I don't want to be associated with those gods!"

Before I could reply Jiraiya was off. This meant it was time for me to get into my armor, which I happily did. Feeling the snug fit of the armor was a weird feeling. I felt like a newborn calf moving my body around to get acclimated to the armor.

C: "Chief, don't you think it's a little bit late to get used to the armor?"

Zach: "Nah C, it's more fun this way!"

C: "Whatever you say, might I suggest you test out weapons while you're getting used to the armor?"

Zach: "Good thinking C."

With that, I created a spear that looked like Gae Bolg from Final Fantasy XIV, might as well make it flashy. This after all will spread like wildfire to all the other villages and secret organizations. So that's how I spent my time waiting for Jiraiya to plant all the toys.

As Jiraiya arrived back at our base camp he was shocked at what I was wearing. All I could do was smile behind the vizor, but unfortunately, he couldn't see it. After he came out of his shock he just let out a long whistle.

Jiraiya: "Everything is set."

I nodded to him and motioned for him to follow. As we reached the edge of the treeline overlooking the entrance of the base I pulled out a cylinder object with a red button on top.

Jiraiya: "Mind telling me what you're doing with that?"

Zach: "Finishing the fight. Cortana, arm the explosives."

Cortana: "Roger chief, explosives armed."

I depressed the button on the controller and all hell broke loose in front of us. Giant balls of fire from the explosives littered our views, and dirt was flying everywhere. Giving them the American version of Justice felt right, and wearing Mjolnir Mark VI felt fitting too. I was trained like a Spartan, so why not represent it in the coolest way possible.
