35 Ch. 35

--Tsunade POV--

Shizune had just drawn me a nice hot bubble bath that I was about to get into when I heard some banshee screaming outside of the compound. With a frown, I stopped undressing and threw my clothes back on. As I left the bathroom and was greeted by Shizune at the door.

Shizune: "Lady Tsunade it seems a group of civilians has attempted to surround Zach and Naruto."

Tsunade: "When the cat's away the mice shall play. Or maybe, in this case, it's an ape. Come Shizune let's see what mischief we can make."

I left the room with Shizune following right behind me. We made it to the front gate as Zach was explaining to Jiraiya what was going on, it got my blood boiling. Turing to Shizune I gave her a nod and she shushinned right in front of Wheels-McGee. When she appeared I could see that she made a chakra blade with her right hand and slashed it across his neck, causing the greasy manlet's head to slide off.

Tsunade: "Oh really now?"

With that amazing entrance, I let out a radiant smile as Shizune made her way back to my side, as I made my way through to Zach, Jiraiya, and Naruto. Taking the spot in between Naruto and Jiraiya I received a raised eyebrow from Zach followed by a shrug, thank you dear for letting me play my little games with the idiots.

Mebuki Haruno: "Lady Tsunade, how dare you interfere with a civilian issue! This has nothing to do with the clans and you have no right!"

Tsunade: "Oh it's not a clan matter? Then why are you accosting a member of the Senju Clan?"

Mebuki Haruno: "Quit playing around Tsunade, Jiraiya, and Naruto aren't Senju and that man is just a civilian. Now go back into the compound."

I let out a bellowing laugh at that, Zach JUST a civilian. Bitch you're so wrong about that in so many ways and it's time to open your eyes and realize you lost this game before you even started. Well played honey you brought me something nice to play with. I ran my hands down my clothes making them show more of my figure to the group.

Tsunade: "So, the one who put these two in me isn't a clan member?"

Mebuki: "Why would Jiraiya be a Senju clan member if you two aren't married? Plus he just showed up and butted in! We only have an issue with the monster and the civilian!"

Tsk tsk tsk.

Tsunade: "Always jumping to conclusions. The old ape was too lenient in his old age when he decided to start this civilian council. That civilian you keep spouting about is my husband, who went to go pack up Naruto's things because he's moving in with us."

With that the crowd was so quiet that you could hear a pin drop, oh sweeties this isn't going to be the end. Looking around at all the faces I could tell that all the members were there as a show of "support" for Headless-McGee. I turned to Jiraiya and Shizune who were standing behind him.

Tsunade: "As Fifth Hokage, I order you to kill the civilian council on grounds of rampant corruption. Leave Mebuki alive, I want her to repent for what she has done."

Turning back to the group their jaws were hanging down and a couple of them fainted. I stared at the defeated Mebuki as the two ninjas run-down the members of the council. It was over in a matter of minutes. I had seen Zach holding Naruto and making him watch the scene occur and I agreed with his decision. This world is a world of death, there is no place for talk-no-jutsu, though I need to retrain everyone to not spout out their moves.

Tsunade: "So Mebuki, this is both a clan matter and a matter for the current Hokage. As of now, your little civilian council is disbanded, this is a ninja village, not a market. You are also banned from positions that grant power, I would thank your daughter for your life. If she wasn't on Naruto's team you would be on the ground with the rest of them. You are dismissed."

With that, I turned around and walked into the compound and the others followed behind me. As we reached the reception room I walked in and sat at my usual spot and Zach sat next to me.

Tsunade: "Shizune, show Naruto to his new room, he's been through enough today. Jiraiya your staying we have things to discuss."

Jiraiya sat down and just stared, he's gotten a lot quieter age must be catching up to him.

Jiraiya: "I want to adopt Naruto."

Tsunade: "You have 12 years to do that. You're just saying that cause I scolded you and you're trying to make me happy. He will stay here and will be adopted by us if he wants that. You WILL still train him. I will not take that from you, but he will also be learning from us."

All Jiraiya could do was nod his head to that. With that I dismissed him and he left, leaving me in the room with Zach who was giving me the questioning look.

Tsunade: "Whhaat?"

Zach: "I was pretty sure you'd tell them to take the Hokage position and shove it."

Tsunade: "There needs to be changes, a lot of them. The best thing I could do is accept the position and fix it."

Zach: "But that would take away from our family time. I'm kind of not okay with just me raising the kids, they need their mother too."

This man always knows the right things to say. I placed my hand on his cheek and leaned in and gave him a quick kiss.

Tsunade: "That's for you to figure out honey. I did read in some of your world's mythology that Hephaestus used automatons to help him in the forge. Maybe my lovely husband can make one that looks like me and is as proficient in politics and better at paperwork and legal matter"

Zach: "Do you want her pregnant too? Or would that be cheating?"

He winked at me and I punched his shoulder then gave him a pouty look. Zach laughed at me and gave me a hug and kiss on my head, I love it when he does that. The way he holds me and kisses me on the head makes me feel that everything will turn out alright.

Zach: "I'll figure out a way if you figure out how we can get Danzo. He's going to be pissed at us for taking a major pawn off his playing board."

Tsunade: "Deal!"

Zach: "Heads up I might be out of commission for a couple of days. Going to be in my mindscape reading all the material Hecate left me on enchanting. There is a lot of material so it'll probably take me a couple of days in real-time to finish it all."

Tsunade: "I am thinking of something, you remember that movie Star Wars you showed me. Let me run this by you."

--Sometime Later Zach POV--

Lately, I've felt like a peon in Warcraft 3, work work work. I've finished Tsunade's project to capture Danzo fairly quickly, now about to bunker down and lock myself in the panic room of the mansion. While I'm in my mindscape studying I'm placing myself in here so that if anything does happen it will be a pain to get to me and "use" me as leverage on Tsunade.

After giving Tsunade a kiss I locked myself inside the room and laid down. Entering my mindscape was as easy as closing my eyes. Appearing on the porch of the house in my mindscape I stretched and looked around.

Before I could head into the house a little red bullet shot at me and grabbed me in a big hug. The arms couldn't reach around my waist and I looked down to see the little red-headed fox-eared and bushy-tailed loli. Of course, I had to give the cutie pats and scritch scratches on the head.

Zach: "Hey Kurama how have you been?"

Kurama: "Thank you thank you thank you!"

Zach: "You're quite welcome, I'm glad you're not a grumpy fox anymore."

Kurama: "It's so wonderful, I can't wait until you add animals for me to hunt. Maybe a nice little rabbit, and I'll call him Kazekawa_Yusa and hunt him all the time!"
