26 Ch. 26

--Zach POV--

I gave the girls a second to digest the information I gave them. It took them all-around 5 minutes to fully accept that I'm a badass now. Yeah, keep on praising me!

Tsunade: "YOU'RE INSANE!"

That's not the praise I'm looking for.

Zach: "It wasn't my idea! I'm the one that fought for my life and got chopped up like brisket at a bar-b-que joint."

She just ignored that and started to think once more. Uh-oh, that's not good, she must be picking apart my story. Damn me and perceptive women.

Tsunade: "You're leaving out something and I can feel it."

With that, the sounds of bell-like laughter filled the room. Oh shit, no please Hephaestus no! Please get her out of here. I don't want to die! If you don't I promise you I won't fight for the right to name my firstborn son after you!

Aphrodite appeared out of nowhere in all her glory. She was bound in chains and had a skimpy outfit on. But before she said anything Hephaestus appeared behind her and threw her onto his shoulder, disappearing before anyone could get a word out. THANK YOU! I got a mental image of him giving me a thumbs up and him smacking her on the ass.

Tsunade: "What. Did. You. Do."

Well shit.

Zach: "I didn't do anything!"

So to save my own skin I threw the Gods under the bus. Explaining the situation to Tsunade was not a fun experience. I expected to get hit multiple times but it never came. All I could see was relief in her eyes.

Tsunade: "So, you turned down the Goddess of sex?"

Zach: "Hell yeah I did, first off I'm yours. Second, you don't stick your dick in crazy."

Looking over at Kayla and Karin, Kayla was bright red and covering Karin's ears. Whoops, not used to a little one being around. This will be good practice for when we have babies. For Karin, I'll just let her mother explain to her about the birds and the bees.

Tsunade: "Well maybe, I'll just tell you how great your choice was tonight."

Score! Now, how do I get this dinner over with? Forget it, I won't be courteous anymore. I've waited long enough! Sliding out of the booth I dragged Tsunade with me. As she reached the edge of the booth I picked her up in a princess carry. She let out a squeak and I turned around to leave.

Zach: "Shizune please take care of the bill. Kayla, Karin nice to meet you. I've got things to do with Tsunade now, I will see ya'll tomorrow."

With that, I opened the door and carried Tsunade through the bar. Bringing her up the stairs her hand was caressing my cheek and she was running her thumb up and down the scar over my eye.

Tsunade: "Do you want me to get rid of this scar?"

Zach: "No, it's fine. I see it as a reminder of what I've been through. But enough about this, It's been three years and I miss my woman."

We reached the room and I brought us inside. Laying her down on the bed I took her clothes off, followed by taking my own. I'll show her how much I missed her, and she'll show me how my choice of not sticking my dick in crazy was the right one. That night I found out that I was no longer a one pump chump, and that a beard feels great.

--A Couple days later--

It's been a couple of days since we've gotten back and me and Tsunade haven't left the room. Pregnancy hormones are a blessing and a curse at the same time! But hey, I can't complain too much. Me and Tsunade are at the table eating breakfast that was delivered to us and just chit-chatting and then the conversation turned serious.

Tsunade: "We need to get married."

I spat out my coffee at that. Was it not my job to ask her to marry her? We've only been together for a month isn't she rushing it? I mean I'm ok with it, but is she really?

Tsunade: "Don't give me that. If I, the Hokage, show up at the village pregnant with a man's baby who isn't my husband. How do you think that would look to the village, if not the rest of the world?"

Zach: "That would be pretty shitty."

Tsunade: "So we need to get married sooner rather than later."

Zach: "No."

She gave me a glare that I've never seen before. This was anger, hatred, and worst of all hurt, all combined into one look. It made my gut twist and heartache. I need to elaborate more on this.

Zach: "I will not marry you because it's convenient. I will marry you because I love you."

Tsunade was still glaring at me. So I stood up and walked over to her. Standing next to her I looked her in her eye and took her left hand. With my right, I secretly created a diamond-studded gold ring. Getting down on one knee I didn't look away from her, I slipped the ring onto her ring finger.

Zach: "Tsunade Senju, even though we've only been together a month. I know it's really freaking fast but I'm not ashamed to say I love you more than life itself. I don't regret anything I've done when I'm with you, and I want to spend the rest of my life with you. Will you marry me?"

By the end, she was in tears and her hand was shaking in mine. She slowly brought both hands up to the side of my face and pulled me in for a kiss. We kissed for a while before we pulled back to breathe.

Zach: "Is that a yes?"

Tsunade: "Baka! Of course, that's a yes!"

With that I got some more kisses, it was really nice and there goes her hand wandering. Yeah, time to receive some sno-sno! Time to test out how sturdy this table is! Turns out, it's really sturdy.

--Later that night Tsunade POV--

I had called an all-girls meeting down here at that bar in the private room we rented a couple of days ago. The others should be already in there waiting, I can't wait to drop this on them. I haven't been able to get to know the Uzumaki women more because I had a needy man to take care of.

As I entered the room all three of them smiled and greeted me. I took a seat next to Shizune and started to talk to them. As a waiter came in I ordered the most expensive things on the menu for everyone. I could see Shizune sweating while she calculated the cost.

Tsunade: "Shizune it's on me tonight."

Shizune: "You never pay for food! What is going on? Don't tell me you're leaving us!"

That got a fearful look from the two Uzumaki's. I just slowly waved away the concern with my left hand. Before I could bring it down my wrist was caught by Shizune and I smiled. Looking over to her I could see her eyes were wide and I just smirked.

Shizune: "Ts-Tsunade is that what I think it is?!"

By this time Kayla and Karin saw the ring on my finger and their eyes were sparkling.

Tsunade: "Yup, he asked me this morning!"

Karin: "Give us the details!"

So I gave them the PG version of what happened. They were shocked about me wanting to get married just for the political sake. But when they heard Zach say no, they got extremely angry. When I told him what he said to me they all let out a dreamy aww. Yeah, that's right ladies, be jealous he is mine.
