17 Ch17.Just a start.

Today I present my Beer to Pam and the Bar Owner, Toim. I have met Toim a few times when I brought my discarded batches over to run some 'tests'. He is a really chill guy, basically leaving the running of the bar to Pam while he drinks with his patrons.

I am currently pulling a big hand cart that I have bought specifically to carry my Beer over, it is large enough to be a carriage, but has no space for anyone to sit. It only has deep circular grooves where I place my big bottles of beer.

After arriving at the bar I see a big crowd of people gathering around Toim and Pam, Toim was sitting in a chair and Pam was standing next to him.

Toim is a short skinny man who is only around 1.5m(5ft) tall, he has a scruffy black beard and long curly hair. He is always slouching and you will never see him without some type of drink in his hand.

Pam on the other hand was a bit taller than Toim, but she had a better posture so she appeared quite a bit taller than him. She had long bright red hair that was always tied up in a bun.

There was a big table in front of them and as I approached one of the guys in the crowd shouted, "Rob!! Hurry up! We don't have all day!"

I just looked at him, rolled my eyes and shouted "Oi Bitch! If you are in such a rush, you are more than welcome to help me pull this thing!!"

The crowd just burst into laughter after that, everyone has gotten used to my behavior at the moment, so I don't have to 'act' childish anymore. I have noticed that after becoming a human, I didn't inherit any instincts from this body, I did, however get affected by a childish mentality that came with becoming this young. It didn't affect me as obviously as an animal's instinct did, so it has taken a while to notice that I was unknowingly being affected.

By now I have basically adapted; however I actually quite like my current persona. I have become very straight forward, basically saying what I want when I want. I was never able to be like this in my previous life so I am currently owning it!

Anyway as I arrive in front of the table I say to Toim and Pam, "You guys ready to give me your money?"

Toim just lazily replies "Where is that confidence coming from boyo? Sure, what you've been bringing the last few weeks was quite nice, but I have plenty of wines that taste better and costs less."

Pam quickly flicks Toim in the head and smiles at me, saying "Don't listen to this old drunk, I am sure these will be more than good enough for us to buy."

I just Ignore their comments, I am quite confident in my two main beers, even though I haven't had much time to do many experiments, this is just the start. My current plan is just to legitimately become rich, so that nobody questions where all my money comes from.

I pick up one bottle of my light beer off my cart and bring it to the table, this is quite the funny scene as I have to wrap both of my hands around the bottle when I pick it up, then I have to slowly shuffle forward as I can just barely see what is in front of me. I set it down in front of the table and bring out two glasses as I say, "Just be prepared to be amazed, I hope you have deep pockets old man."

It's quite the struggle to pour beer out of a bottle this big, I mean I am only just taller than it, so I had a tap adjusted to fit on top, this will allow me to pour the beer with ease.

After filling up the two glasses I place them in front of each of them and explain, "This here is what I call a light beer, it doesn't have a high alcohol percentage, so you can drink it all day."

Toim was not quite impressed at my comment, saying "What are you talking about boyo, you can drink any alcohol all day."

They then both first sipped the beer, after which Toim just chugged the rest of his and then Pam's glass, while saying, "Not bad, not bad, I prefer my Rum and Wine though"

After that I grabbed the other bottle and poured two more glasses of the more potent beer, I then gave this one to them to try saying, "This one is a bit stronger, it tastes best when Ice cold!".

After I said that Toim seemed to become interested, I then saw him lifting his hand towards the glasses, some light blue energy came out of his hand, slowly forming into a symbol, after it formed completely, the Symbol glowed a light blue color before forming into a ice like smoke, after the smoke surrounded the glasses of beer, I could see the glasses visibly frost up.

After seeing that I was completely shocked! "....!"

Toim just seemed to ignore my reaction, as if what he did was the most normal thing in the world, then they both repeated the process of each having a sip to taste the beer, then Toim would down the rest of the beer.

After they had tasted both beers, Pam just smiled and remained silent as she has basically been during my whole presentation.

Toim just helped himself to a few more cups of each beer, froze and finished them all, sat back lazily and said, "Ok fine, I will buy your light beer for 10 copper per 5L bottle and 25 copper per strong Beer, what are their names?"

After hearing that I jumped in the air and screamed, "Fuck Yess!! You know Magic!!"

After calming down a bit I 'professionally' responded completely forgetting my freak out, "'Cough...' Ok so my brand of Alcohol is called 'Dop'; so the weaker one is 'Dop Light' and then 'Dop Lager' for the stronger one. I will start bringing a lot more stock at the end of every week, so be prepared to pay me!!".

After I said that I poured myself a 'Dop Lager' and chugged it down in celebration! Now that I have generated a source of income, I can finally ask the obvious question, "What the Fuck was that!" I need to understand what that was!! I am going to get this guy to tell me where I can learn Magic!!
