"Hah … Hah … Hah …" A teenager around 16 years of age sprints through a dimly lit alleyway, as if his life depends on it. "Fuck … Damn it … Shit, why me?" Stumbling into bins and trash, he stumbles his way toward his destination. "Just hold on, almost there."

He arrives at a three-story, old, dilapidated building and rushes toward the door. "Damn it, why is this shit locked? The fucking landlord always irritates me." Seeing no other choice, he climbs the wall to his apartment on the second floor and through an open window. "Almost there."

He hurries into the bathroom. "Haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa...… I shouldn't have drunk so much water. Phew, I almost peed myself. HaHaHa, that would have been embarrassing as hell."

Opening the door, he reenters his trashy room, but who cares—it gets the job done. "Man, the world is truly becoming a comic book, huh?" he comments, looking at today's newspaper about mutants and superpowers. "It would be fun having a superpower myself."

"Hah, Uhm, I always thought that 'The Secret' was a sham, but getting something interesting just by asking for it…hah, it seems I manifested my wish," he states, looking at a blue bow above the newspaper.

As if to prove him wrong, he feels a weight in his breast pocket. Startled, he pulls out a deck of cards. "Huh," he looks at the ceiling, "Hello, is anybody there? God, are you listening to me?" Feeling kinda stupid, he opens the deck and a series of information appears in his brain.

"Huh, HAHAHAHAHAHA, this seems interesting," he says, looking around his apartment for objects to experiment on. "Hmmmm," he picks up a pack of ON Protein.

To further his testing, he stores the newspaper and sees that it's ranked 'F.' "Is F the lowest rank?"

"Sooooooooo... This is really happening, huh?"

KNOCK KNOCK A heavy set of fists bangs against the door. "Yes, yes, wait a moment," opening the door, he sees the landlord, Mr. Turner. No one knows his first name. He is a man with a perpetual scowl and a look in his eyes that you owe him money. In this case, Orion really does owe him money.

"Boy, where's my money? I allowed you to rent on the condition of timely rent. You are a week late."

"Mr. Turner! Yes, I have your money, wait a moment," going into the apartment, Orion retrieves his wallet, which is overflowing. "Here you go, Mr. Turner, $1500 as we agreed." The man takes the money and narrows his eyes suspiciously while counting it. Orion can feel the distrust oozing out of him. He keeps a smile on his face as Mr. Turner counts.

"Well, it seems enough. I don't know where you get your money, boy, but keep your activities out of this place." He leaves, his warning hanging in the air.

"That man reaaaaaaally has a pole up his ass. Whatever. Now, where were we? Yes, the deck. I think I should take the protein as a base and then try to fuse something that will increase the concept of regeneration. Maybe then it will allow me to increase my strength faster. Let's see.*"

Searching around the kitchen, he finds his favorite instant coffee.
